[KJV] So he brought down3381(8686) the people5971 unto the water4325: and the LORD3068 said559(8799) unto Gideon1439, Every one that lappeth3952(8799) of the water4325 with his tongue3956, as a dog3611 lappeth3952(8799), him shalt thou set3322(8686) by himself; likewise every one that boweth down3766(8799) upon his knees1290 to drink8354(8800).

[KJV] And the number4557 of them that lapped3952(8764), putting their hand3027 to their mouth6310, were three7969 hundred3967 men376: but all the rest3499 of the people5971 bowed down3766(8804) upon their knees1290 to drink8354(8800) water4325.
[恢复本] 于是用手捧到嘴边舔水的有三百人，其余的人都屈膝跪下喝水。

[和合本] 耶和华3068对413基甸1439说559(8799)：“我要用这舔3952(8764)水的三90027969百3967人376拯救3467(8686)你们853，将853米甸人4080交5414(8804)在你手中90023027；其余的人5971都3605可以各376归各处90014725去3212(8799)。”
[KJV] And the LORD3068 said559(8799) unto Gideon1439, By the three7969 hundred3967 men376 that lapped3952(8764) will I save3467(8686) you, and deliver5414(8804) the Midianites4080 into thine hand3027: and let all the other people5971 go3212(8799) every man376 unto his place4725.

[和合本] 又有人把853他的车7393洗7857(8799)在5921撒马利亚8111的池1295旁（妓女{2185}在那里洗澡7364(8804)），狗3611来舔3952(8799){853}他的血1818，正如耶和华3068所834说1696(8765)的话90031697。
[KJV] And one washed7857(8799) the chariot7393 in the pool1295 of Samaria8111; and the dogs3611 licked up3952(8799) his blood1818; and they washed7364(8804) his armour2185; according unto the word1697 of the LORD3068 which he spake1696(8765).
