那些日子，耶稣出去上山祷告，整夜祷告神。
And in these days He went out to the mountain to pray, and He spent the whole night in prayer to God.

到了天亮，祂就叫门徒来，从他们中间挑选十二个人，称他们为使徒，
And when it became day, He called His disciples to Him, and He chose from them twelve, whom He also named apostles:

就是西门，耶稣又给他起名叫彼得，还有他的兄弟安得烈，又有雅各和约翰，腓力和巴多罗买，
Simon, whom He also named Peter, and Andrew his brother and James and John and Philip and Bartholomew

马太和多马，亚勒腓的儿子雅各，和称为热烈派的西门、
And Matthew and Thomas and James the son of Alphaeus and Simon, who was called Zealot,

雅各的兄弟犹大，和以后出卖主的加略人犹大。
And Judas the brother of James, and Judas Iscariot, who became the traitor.

耶稣同他们下来，站在一块平地上，有许多门徒，又有一大群百姓，从犹太全地，和耶路撒冷，并推罗、西顿的海边来，都要听祂，并要他们的疾病得医治；
And He came down with them and stood on a level place; and there was a great crowd of His disciples, and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, who had come to hear Him and to be healed of their diseases.

还有被污灵缠磨的，也得了医治。
And those who were troubled by unclean spirits were healed.

群众都想要摸祂，因为有能力从祂身上发出来，医治了众人。
And all the crowd sought to touch Him, because power was going out from Him and healing all.

耶稣举目看着门徒说，贫穷的人有福了，因为神的国是你们的。
And He lifted up His eyes to His disciples and said, Blessed are the poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.

现今饥饿的人有福了，因为你们将要饱足。现今哀哭的人有福了，因为你们将要喜笑。
Blessed are those who hunger now, for you shall be satisfied. Blessed are those who weep now, for you shall laugh.

人为人子的缘故，恨恶你们，隔绝你们，辱骂你们，弃掉你们的名，以为是恶，你们就有福了。
Blessed are you when men hate you and when they separate you from them and reproach you and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of Man's sake.

当那日你们要欢喜跳跃，因为看哪，你们在天上的赏赐是大的，原来他们的祖宗待申言者也是这样。
Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven; for so their fathers did to the prophets.

但你们富足的人有祸了，因为你们充分地受了你们的安慰。
But woe to you who are rich, for you have received your consolation in full.

你们现今饱足的人有祸了，因为你们将要饥饿。你们现今喜笑的人有祸了，因为你们将要哀恸哭泣。
Woe to you who are satiated now, for you shall hunger. Woe to you who are laughing now, for you shall mourn and weep.

人都说你们好的时候，你们就有祸了，因为他们的祖宗待假申言者也是这样。
Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for so their fathers did to the false prophets.

只是我告诉你们这听见的人，要爱你们的仇敌，善待恨你们的人。
But to you who hear I say, Love your enemies; do well to those who hate you;

要为那咒诅你们的祝福，为那凌辱你们的祷告。
Bless those who curse you; pray for those who revile you.

有人打你的脸，连另一面也给他打。有人夺你的外衣，连里衣也不要拦阻他拿去。
To him who beats you on the cheek, offer the other also; and from him who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either.

凡求你的，就给他；有人夺你的东西去，不用再要回来。
To everyone who asks of you, give; and from him who takes away your things, do not require their return.

你们愿意人怎样待你们，你们也要怎样待人。
And just as you want men to do to you, do to them likewise.

你们若爱那爱你们的人，有什么可酬谢的？因为连罪人也爱那爱他们的人。
And if you love those who love you, what thanks is it to you? For even sinners love those who love them.

你们若善待那善待你们的人，有什么可酬谢的？就是罪人也这样行。
For if you also do good to those who do good to you, what thanks is it to you? Even sinners do the same.

你们若借给人，指望从他收回，有什么可酬谢的？就是罪人也借给罪人，要如数收回。
And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive, what thanks is it to you? Even sinners lend to sinners that they may get back the equal amount.

但你们要爱你们的仇敌，也要善待他们；并且要借给人，不指望偿还；你们的赏赐就必大了，你们且要成为至高者的儿子，因为祂恩待那忘恩的和作恶的。
But love your enemies, and do good and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He is kind to the unthankful and evil.

你们要有怜恤，正如你们的父有怜恤一样。
Be full of compassion, even as your Father also is full of compassion.

你们不要审判，就绝不会受审判；你们不要定罪，就绝不会被定罪；你们要赦免人，就必蒙赦免。
And do not judge, and you shall by no means be judged; and do not condemn, and you shall by no means be condemned; release, and you will be released;

你们要给人，就必有给你们的，用十足的量器，连摇带按，上尖下流地倒在你们怀里；因为你们用什么量器量给人，也必用什么量器量给你们。
Give, and it will be given to you; a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, they will give into your bosom. For with what measure you measure, it shall be measured to you in return.

耶稣又对他们说一个比喻：瞎子岂能领瞎子？两个不是都要掉在坑里么？
And He also spoke a parable to them: A blind man cannot guide a blind man, can he? Will not both fall into a pit?

门徒并不高过老师，凡学成的，就会像他的老师一样。
A disciple is not above the teacher, but everyone who has been perfected will be like his teacher.

为什么看见你弟兄眼中的刺，却不想到自己眼中的梁木？
And why do you look at the splinter which is in your brother's eye, but the beam which is in your own eye you do not consider?

你看不见自己眼中的梁木，怎能对你弟兄说，弟兄，让我去掉你眼中的刺？你这假冒为善的人，先从你的眼中去掉梁木，然后你才看得清楚，去掉你弟兄眼中的刺。
How can you say to your brother, Brother, let me remove the splinter which is in your eye, you yourself not seeing the beam which is in your eye? Hypocrite, first remove the beam from your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the splinter which is in your brother's eye.

因为没有好树结坏果子，也没有坏树结好果子。
For there is no good tree that produces corrupt fruit, nor again a corrupt tree that produces good fruit.

每一棵树都是凭自己的果子认出来的。人不是从荆棘收取无花果，也不是从蒺藜收采葡萄。
For each tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not collect figs from thorns, nor do they pick grapes from a thornbush.

善人从他心里所存的善，发出善来；恶人从他心里所存的恶，发出恶来；因为心里所充满的，口里就说出来。
The good man, out of the good treasure of his heart, brings forth that which is good, and the evil man, out of the evil treasure of his heart, brings forth that which is evil; for out of the abundance of his heart his mouth speaks.

你们为什么称呼我“主啊，主啊，”却不实行我所说的？
And why do you call Me, Lord, Lord, and do not do the things that I say?

凡到我这里来，听见我的话就实行的，我要指示你们，他像什么人。
Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and does them, I will show you whom he is like.

他像一个人盖造房子，开掘深挖，把根基安在磐石上。到了洪水泛滥的时候，河流冲击那房子，也不能摇动它，因为盖造得好。
He is like a man building a house, who dug and went deep and laid a foundation on the rock. And when a flood came, the river broke out against that house, yet it was not strong enough to shake it, because it had been built well.

惟有听见不实行的，就像一个人在土地上盖造房子，没有根基，河流一冲，那房子立刻倒塌了，并且崩毁得很大。
But he who hears and does not do is like a man who built a house upon the earth without a foundation, against which the river broke out, and immediately it collapsed, and the crash of that house was great.

耶和华的仆人摩西死了以后，耶和华对摩西的帮手，嫩的儿子约书亚说，
After the death of Moses the servant of Jehovah, Jehovah spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' attendant, saying,

我的仆人摩西死了；现在你要起来，和众百姓过这约但河，往我所要赐给以色列人的地去。
Moses My servant is dead; now then arise, and cross over this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land which I am giving to them, to the children of Israel.

凡你们脚掌所踏之地，我都照着我所应许摩西的话赐给你们了。
Every place on which the sole of your foot treads I have given to you, as I promised Moses.

从旷野和这利巴嫩，直到大河，就是伯拉河，赫人的全地，又到大海日落之处，都要作你们的境界。
From the wilderness and this Lebanon even to the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the Great Sea toward the setting of the sun will be your territory.

你一生的日子，必无一人能在你面前站立得住。我怎样与摩西同在，也必照样与你同在；我必不撇下你，也不丢弃你。
No man will be able to stand before you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, I will be with you; I will not fail you nor forsake you.

你当刚强壮胆，因为你必使这百姓承受那地为业，就是我向他们列祖起誓要赐给他们的。
Be strong and take courage, for you will cause this people to inherit the land which I swore to their fathers to give to them.

只要刚强，大大壮胆，照我仆人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，谨守遵行，不偏离左右，使你无论往哪里去，都可以顺利。
Only be strong and very courageous, being certain to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you. Do not turn away from it to the right or to the left, that you may have success wherever you go.

这律法书不可离开你的口，总要昼夜默想，好使你照这书上所写的一切，谨守遵行。如此，你的道路就可以亨通，你也必凡事顺利。
This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall muse upon it day and night so that you may be certain to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have success.

我岂没有吩咐你么？你当刚强壮胆，不要惧怕，也不要惊惶；因为你无论往哪里去，耶和华你的神必与你同在。
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and take courage; do not be afraid or dismayed. For Jehovah your God is with you wherever you go.

于是，约书亚吩咐百姓的官长说，
Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,

你们要走遍营中，吩咐百姓说，当预备食物，因为三日之内你们要过这约但河，进去得耶和华你们神赐你们为业之地。
Go through the midst of the camp, and command the people, saying, Prepare provisions for yourselves, for in three days you are to cross this Jordan to enter and possess the land which Jehovah your God is giving you to possess.

约书亚对流便人、迦得人和玛拿西半支派的人说，
And to the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh Joshua spoke, saying,

你们当记得耶和华的仆人摩西所吩咐你们的话，说，耶和华你们的神使你们得享安息，也必将这地赐给你们。
Remember the word which Moses the servant of Jehovah commanded you, saying, Jehovah your God has given you rest and will give you this land.

你们的妻子、孩子、牲畜，都可以留在约但河东，摩西所给你们的地；但你们一切大能的勇士，都要列队在你们的弟兄前面过去，帮助他们；
Your wives, your little ones, and your livestock shall remain in the land which Moses has given you beyond the Jordan; but you yourselves shall cross over in battle array before your brothers, all the mighty men of valor; and you shall help them,

等到耶和华使你们的弟兄像你们一样得享安息，并且得着耶和华你们神所赐他们为业之地，那时你们才可以回你们所得之地，承受为业，就是耶和华的仆人摩西在约但河东，向日出之地所给你们的。
Until Jehovah gives rest to your brothers as He has to you, and they also possess the land which Jehovah your God is giving them. Then you shall return to the land of your possession, and you will possess that which Moses the servant of Jehovah has given you beyond the Jordan toward the rising of the sun.

他们回答约书亚说，你所吩咐我们行的，我们都必行；你所差遣我们去的，我们都必去。
And they answered Joshua, saying, All that you have commanded us we will do, and wherever you send us we will go.

我们从前怎样在一切事上听从摩西，现在也必照样听从你；惟愿耶和华你的神与你同在，像与摩西同在一样。
As in all things we listened to Moses, so we will listen to you. Only may Jehovah your God be with you, as He was with Moses.

无论什么人违背你的命令，不听从你所吩咐他的一切话，那人就要被处死。你只要刚强壮胆。
Any man who rebels against your command or does not listen to your words in all that you command him, let him be put to death. Only be strong and take courage.

当下，嫩的儿子约书亚从什亭暗暗打发两个人作探子，吩咐说，你们去察看那地，特别是耶利哥。
Then Joshua the son of Nun secretly sent out from Shittim two men as spies, saying, Go, view the land, especially Jericho.

于是二人去了，来到一个名叫喇合的妓女家里，就在那里躺卧。
And they went and entered the house of a woman who was a harlot, whose name was Rahab; and they lay down there.

有人告诉耶利哥王说，今夜有以色列人来到这里，探查此地。
And the king of Jericho was told, saying, There are some men who have now come here tonight from the children of Israel to search out the land.

耶利哥王打发人去见喇合说，那来到你这里，进了你家的人，你要交出来，因为他们来，是要探查全地。
Then the king of Jericho sent word to Rahab, saying, Bring out the men who have come to you and who entered your house, for they have come to search out all the land.

女人将二人隐藏起来，回答说，是有人到我这里来；但他们是哪里来的，我并不知道。
And the woman took the two men and hid them. And she said, Yes, the men came to me, but I did not know where they were from.

天黑要关城门的时候，他们出去了，往哪里去我却不知道。你们快快去追赶，必能追上。
And when it was time to shut the gate at dark, the men went out; I do not know where the men have gone. Pursue quickly after them, for you can overtake them.

其实女人已经领二人上了房顶，将他们藏在那里所堆放的麻秸中。
But she had taken them up to the roof and hidden them among stalks of flax that she had laid out on the roof.

那些人就沿着通往约但河的路追赶他们，直到渡口。追赶他们的人一出去，城门就关了。
So the men pursued after them on the way toward the Jordan as far as the fords. And as soon as those who pursued after them went out, the gate was shut.

二人还没有躺卧，女人就上房顶，到他们那里，
And before the spies lay down, she went up to them on the roof;

对他们说，我知道耶和华已经把这地赐给你们，并且因你们的缘故我们都惊慌了，这地的一切居民，在你们面前也都丧胆了；
And she said to the men, I know that Jehovah has given you the land, and that the dread of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land melt before you.

因为我们听见你们出埃及的时候，耶和华怎样在你们前面使红海的水干了，以及你们怎样待约但河东亚摩利人的两个王西宏和噩，将他们尽都毁灭。
For we have heard how Jehovah dried up the water of the Red Sea before you when you came out of Egypt, and what you did to the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, to Sihon and to Og, whom you utterly destroyed.

我们一听见，心就融化了。因你们的缘故，并无一人有胆气；耶和华你们的神本是上天下地的神。
When we heard, our hearts melted; and there no longer remained any spirit in any man because of you; for Jehovah your God, He is God in heaven above and upon earth beneath.

现在我既以恩慈待你们，求你们指着耶和华向我起誓，也要以恩慈待我父家，并给我一个可靠的记号，
So now, swear to me by Jehovah, I beg you, since I have dealt kindly with you, that you also will deal kindly with my father's house; and give me some token of trust,

要使我的父母、兄弟、姊妹和一切属他们的都能存活，拯救我们的性命不死。
That you will preserve my father and my mother and my brothers and my sisters and all that they have, and will deliver our lives from death.

二人对她说，我们情愿替你们死！你若不泄漏我们这件事，耶和华将这地赐给我们的时候，我们必以恩慈信实待你。
And the men said to her, Our life for yours! If you do not utter anything of this matter concerning us, then when Jehovah gives the land to us, we will deal kindly and faithfully with you.

于是女人用绳子将二人从窗户缒下去；因她的房子是在城墙边上，她就住在城墙上。
Then she let them down by a rope through the window, for her house was on the wall of the city and she dwelt on the wall.

她对他们说，你们且往山上去，免得追赶的人碰见你们；要在那里隐藏三天，等追赶的人回来，然后才可以走你们的路。
And she said to them, Go to the mountain, so that your pursuers do not come upon you; and hide yourselves there for three days, until your pursuers return; then afterward you can go on your way.

二人对她说，你要照以下的话行，不然，你叫我们所起的誓就与我们无干了：
And the men said to her, We will be released from this oath to you that you made us swear,

我们来到这地的时候，你要把这条朱红线绳系在缒我们下去的窗户上，并要使你的父母、兄弟和你父的全家，都聚集在你家中。
Unless, when we enter the land, you tie this line of scarlet thread in the window through which you let us down, and gather your father and your mother and your brothers and all your father's house to you in your house.

凡出了你家门往街上去的，流他血的罪必归到他自己头上，与我们无干。凡在你家里的，若有人下手害他，流他血的罪就归到我们头上。
And anyone who goes forth from the doors of your house into the street, his blood will be upon his own head, and we will be innocent. And whoever is with you in the house, his blood will be upon our heads if a hand should come upon him.

但你若泄漏我们这件事，你叫我们所起的誓就与我们无干了。
But if you utter anything of this matter concerning us, we will be released from this oath to you that you made us swear.

女人说，就这样照你们的话吧。于是打发他们走，他们就去了；她又把朱红线绳系在窗户上。
And she said, According to your words, so shall it be. Then she sent them away, and they left. And she tied the scarlet line in the window.

二人离去，到了山上，在那里住了三天，等着追赶的人回去。追赶的人一路找他们，却找不着。
And they left and came to the mountain, and they remained there for three days, until their pursuers returned. And although their pursuers searched the entire way, they could not find them.

二人就下山回来，过了河，到嫩的儿子约书亚那里，向他述说所遭遇的一切事；
Then the two men returned and came down from the mountain, and they crossed over and came to Joshua the son of Nun. And they related to him all that had happened to them.

又对约书亚说，耶和华果然将那全地交在我们手中；那地的一切居民，在我们面前都丧胆了。
And they said to Joshua, Jehovah has indeed given all the land into our hand; moreover, all the inhabitants of the land melt before us.
