在那些日子，有许多人聚集，约一百二十名，彼得在弟兄中间站起来，说，
And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the brothers and said (there was a group of persons gathered together, about a hundred and twenty),

诸位，弟兄们，圣灵借着大卫的口，在经上预先讲到那领人捉拿耶稣的犹大，这话是必须应验的。
Men, brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before through the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who seized Jesus;

他本来列在我们数中，并且在这职事上得了一分。
For he was numbered among us and was allotted his portion of this ministry.

这人用不义的工价买了一块田，以后他倒头坠下，肚腹迸裂，肠子都流出来。
(Now this man acquired a piece of land with the wages of unrighteousness; and falling headlong, he burst in the middle, and all his inward parts gushed out.

住在耶路撒冷的众人都知道这事，所以按着他们的本地话，称那块田为亚革大马，就是血田的意思。
And it became known to all those dwelling in Jerusalem, so that that piece of land was called in their own dialect, Akeldamach, that is, Field of Blood.)

因此诗篇上写着，“愿他的住处变为荒场，无人在内居住。”又说，“愿别人得他的监督职分。”
For it is written in the book of Psalms, “Let his habitation become desolate, and let no one dwell in it”; and, “His overseership let another take.”

所以在主耶稣出入于我们中间的时候，
It is necessary therefore that of the men who accompanied us all the time in which the Lord Jesus went in and went out among us,

从约翰施浸起，直到主离开我们被接上升的日子，始终与我们作伴的那些人中，现在必须有一位与我们同作耶稣复活的见证人。
Beginning from the baptism of John until the day on which He was taken up from us, one of these should become a witness of His resurrection with us.

于是他们推举两个人，就是那称为巴撒巴，又名犹士都的约瑟，和马提亚，
And they proposed two, Joseph, called Barsabbas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias.

就祷告说，主啊，你知道万人的心，求你从这两个人中，指明你所拣选的是哪一个，
And they prayed and said, You Lord, Knower of the hearts of all, show us clearly the one whom You have chosen of these two

叫他得这职事与使徒职分的地位。这一分犹大已经离弃，往自己的地方去了。
To take the place of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas turned aside to go to his own place.

于是众人为他们摇签，摇出马提亚来，他就和十一位使徒同列。
And they cast lots for them, and the lot fell on Matthias; and he was counted with the eleven apostles.

以色列众人聚集到希伯仑见大卫，说，看哪，我们是你的骨肉。
Then all Israel gathered themselves to David at Hebron, saying, Here we are, your bone and your flesh.

从前扫罗作王的时候，率领以色列人出入的是你；耶和华你的神曾对你说，你必牧养我的民以色列，作我民以色列的领袖。
Even previously, when Saul was king, it was you who led out and brought in Israel. And Jehovah your God said to you, It is you who shall shepherd My people Israel, and you shall be ruler over My people Israel.

于是以色列的长老都来到希伯仑见大卫王；大卫在希伯仑耶和华面前与他们立约，他们就膏大卫作以色列的王，是照耶和华借撒母耳所说的话。
And all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron. And David made a covenant with them in Hebron before Jehovah, and they anointed David king over Israel according to the word of Jehovah spoken by Samuel.

大卫和以色列众人到了耶路撒冷，就是耶布斯；耶布斯人是当地的居民。
And David and all Israel went to Jerusalem, that is, Jebus; and the Jebusites were the inhabitants of the land there.

耶布斯的居民对大卫说，你不能进这里来。然而大卫攻取了锡安的保障，就是如今的大卫城。
And the inhabitants of Jebus said to David, You shall not come in here. But David took the stronghold of Zion, which is now the city of David.

大卫说，谁先攻打耶布斯人，必作首领和元帅。洗鲁雅的儿子约押先上去，就作了首领。
And David said, Whoever strikes the Jebusites first will be the chief and the captain. And Joab the son of Zeruiah went up first, so he became chief.

大卫住在保障里，所以那保障叫作大卫城。
So David dwelt in the stronghold; therefore they called it the city of David.

大卫又四围建筑城墙，从米罗起，达到城的周围，城的其余部分是约押修理的。
And he built the city all around, from the Millo even unto the surrounding area, and Joab repaired the rest of the city.

大卫日见强大，万军之耶和华与他同在。
And David became greater and greater, and Jehovah of hosts was with him.

以下记录的是大卫勇士的首领，就是奋勇帮助他得国、照着耶和华所说关于以色列的话，与以色列众人一同立他作王的。
And these are the chief of the mighty men whom David had, who showed themselves strong with him in his kingdom, with all Israel, to make him king according to the word of Jehovah concerning Israel.

大卫的勇士列述如下：哈革摩尼人的儿子雅朔班，他是三十勇士的统领，一时举枪杀了三百人。
And these are the number of the mighty men whom David had: Jashobeam the son of a Hachmonite, the chief of the thirty; he brandished his spear against three hundred, and they were slain at one time.

其次是亚合人朵多的儿子以利亚撒，他是三个勇士里的一个。
After him was Eleazar the son of Dodo, the Ahohite; he was among the three mighty men.

他从前与大卫在巴斯达闵，非利士人聚集在那里要打仗。那里有一块长满大麦的田，百姓在非利士人面前逃跑；
He was with David at Pas-dammim, and the Philistines gathered themselves there for battle, and there was a plot of land full of barley there; and the people fled before the Philistines.

他们却站在那块田中间，救护那田，击杀非利士人；耶和华又大行拯救。
But they stationed themselves in the midst of the plot and delivered it and struck the Philistines, and Jehovah accomplished a great salvation.

三十个首领中有三个人下到磐石那里，进了亚杜兰洞见大卫；非利士人的军队在利乏音谷安营。
Now three of the thirty chief men went down to the rock to David in the cave of Adullam while the army of the Philistines was encamped in the valley of Rephaim.

那时大卫在山寨，非利士人的防营在伯利恒。
Now at that time David was in the stronghold, and the garrison of the Philistines was in Bethlehem at that time.

大卫渴想，说，甚愿有人将伯利恒城门旁、井里的水打来给我喝！
And David said longingly, If only someone would give me water to drink from the well of Bethlehem that is by the gate!

这三个人就闯过非利士人的营，从伯利恒城门旁的井里打水，拿来奉给大卫。大卫却不肯喝，将水奠给耶和华，
And the three burst through the camp of the Philistines and drew water from the well of Bethlehem that is by the gate. And they carried it and brought it to David, but David would not drink it; rather he poured it out to Jehovah.

说，在我的神面前，我断不敢作这事！这三个人冒着性命的危险去打水，这水好像他们的血，我岂可喝呢？如此，大卫不肯喝。这些是三个勇士所作的事。
And he said, Far be it from me, before my God, that I should do this! Shall I drink the blood of these men who went at the risk of their lives? For at the risk of their lives they brought it. Therefore he would not drink it. These things the three mighty men did.

约押的兄弟亚比筛是这三个勇士的首领；他举枪杀了三百人，就在三个勇士里得了名。
And Abishai the brother of Joab was chief of the three. And he brandished his spear against three hundred, who were slain; and he had a name among the three.

他在三十个勇士里是最尊贵的，所以作他们的首领，只是不及前三个勇士。
He was honored among the two of the thirty, and he became their leader; but he did not attain to the three.

有甲薛勇士耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅，是大有作为的。他杀了摩押人亚利伊勒的两个儿子；又在下雪的日子下坑里去，杀了一只狮子。
And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, the son of a valiant man from Kabzeel, was great in mighty deeds. He struck the two sons of Ariel the Moabite; he also went down and struck a lion in the midst of a pit on a snowy day.

他又杀了一个身量高大的埃及人，那人高五肘，手里拿着枪，枪杆粗如织布的机轴，比拿雅只拿着棍子下去，从埃及人手里夺过枪来，用那枪将他杀死。
And he struck an Egyptian, a man of great stature, five cubits tall. And the Egyptian had a spear in his hand like a weaver's beam, but he went down to him with a staff and snatched the spear out of the hand of the Egyptian and slew him with his own spear.

耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅行了这些事，就在三个勇士里得了名。
These things Benaiah the son of Jehoiada did, and he had a name among the three mighty men.

他比那三十个勇士都尊贵，只是不及前三个勇士。大卫立他作护卫长。
He was indeed more honored than the thirty, but he did not attain to the three. And David set him over his bodyguard.

军中的勇士有约押的兄弟亚撒黑；伯利恒人朵多的儿子伊勒哈难；
And the mighty men of the armies were: Asahel the brother of Joab; Elhanan the son of Dodo of Bethlehem;

哈律人沙玛；比伦人希利斯；
Shammoth the Harodite; Helez the Pelonite;

提哥亚人益吉的儿子以拉；亚拿突人亚比以谢；
Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite; Abiezer the Anathothite;

户沙人西比该；亚合人以来；
Sibbecai the Hushathite; Ilai the Ahohite;

尼陀法人玛哈莱；尼陀法人巴拿的儿子希立；
Maharai the Netophathite; Heled the son of Baanah the Netophathite;

便雅悯族基比亚人利拜的儿子以太；比拉顿人比拿雅；
Ithai the son of Ribai from Gibeah of the children of Benjamin; Benaiah the Pirathonite;

迦实溪人户莱；亚拉巴人亚比；
Hurai from the brooks of Gaash; Abiel the Arbathite;

巴路米人押斯玛弗；沙本人以利雅哈巴；
Azmaveth the Baharumite; Eliahba the Shaalbonite;

基孙人哈深的子孙中，哈拉人沙基的儿子约拿单；
Of the sons of Hashem the Gizonite, Jonathan the son of Shagee the Hararite;

哈拉人沙甲的儿子亚希暗；吾珥的儿子以利法勒；
Ahiam the son of Sacar the Hararite; Eliphal the son of Ur;

米基拉人希弗；比伦人亚希雅；
Hepher the Mecherathite; Ahijah the Pelonite;

迦密人希斯罗；伊斯拜的儿子拿莱；
Hezro the Carmelite; Naarai the son of Ezbai;

拿单的兄弟约珥；哈基利的儿子弥伯哈；
Joel the brother of Nathan; Mibhar the son of Hagri;

亚扪人洗勒；比录人拿哈莱（他是给洗鲁雅的儿子约押拿兵器的）；
Zelek the Ammonite; Naharai the Beerothite, the armor bearer to Joab the son of Zeruiah;

以帖人以拉；以帖人迦立；
Ira the Ithrite; Gareb the Ithrite;

赫人乌利亚；亚莱的儿子撒拔；
Uriah the Hittite; Zabad the son of Ahlai;

流便人示撒的儿子亚第拿（他是流便人中的一个首领，率领三十人）；
Adina the son of Shiza the Reubenite, a chief of the Reubenites, and thirty with him;

玛迦的儿子哈难；弥特尼人约沙法；
Hanan the son of Maacah and Joshaphat the Mithnite;

亚施他拉人乌西亚；亚罗珥人何坦的儿子沙玛和耶利；
Uzzia the Ashterathite; Shama and Jeiel the sons of Hotham the Aroerite;

提洗人申利的儿子耶叠，和他的兄弟约哈；
Jediael the son of Shimri, and Joha his brother, the Tizite;

玛哈未人以利业；伊利拿安的儿子耶利拜和约沙未雅；摩押人伊特玛；
Eliel the Mahavite, and Jeribai and Joshaviah the sons of Elnaam, and Ithmah the Moabite;

以利业，俄备得，并米琐八人雅西业。
Eliel and Obed and Jaasiel the Mezobaite.

大卫因基士儿子扫罗的缘故，躲在洗革拉的时候，以下这些人来到他那里；他们都列在帮助他打仗的勇士之中。
Now these are those who came to David at Ziklag while he was still hidden away because of Saul the son of Kish, and they were among the mighty men who helped him in battle.

他们善于拉弓，能用左右两手甩石并拉弓射箭，都是便雅悯人扫罗的族弟兄。
They drew the bow, and with both right and left hands they could sling stones and shoot arrows with the bow; they were from among the brothers of Saul from Benjamin.

为首的是亚希以谢，其次是约阿施，都是基比亚人示玛的儿子；还有亚斯玛威的儿子耶薛和毗力，又有比拉迦，并亚拿突人耶户，
The chief was Ahiezer, then Joash, the sons of Shemaah the Gibeathite; and Jeziel and Pelet, the sons of Azmaveth; and Beracah and Jehu the Anathothite;

基遍人以实买雅（他在三十人中是勇士，管理他们），且有耶利米，雅哈悉，约哈难，和基得拉人约撒拔，
And Ishmaiah the Gibeonite, a mighty man among the thirty and over the thirty; and Jeremiah and Jahaziel and Johanan and Jozabad the Gederathite;

伊利乌赛，耶利摩，比亚利雅，示玛利雅，哈律弗人示法提雅，
Eluzai and Jerimoth and Bealiah and Shemariah and Shephatiah the Haruphite;

可拉人以利加拿、耶西亚、亚萨列、约以谢、雅朔班，
Elkanah and Isshiah and Azarel and Joezer and Jashobeam, the Korahites;

基多人耶罗罕的儿子犹拉和西巴第雅。
And Joelah and Zebadiah, the sons of Jeroham of Gedor.

有些迦得人到旷野的山寨投奔大卫，都是大能的勇士，服役的战士，能使用盾牌和枪；他们的面貌好像狮子，快跑如同山上的羚羊。
And some of the Gadites separated themselves unto David at the stronghold in the wilderness, mighty men of valor, men fit for the service of war, who could wield shield and spear and whose faces were like the faces of lions; and they were as swift as gazelles upon the mountains:

为首的是以薛，第二是俄巴底雅，第三是以利押，
Ezer the chief, Obadiah the second, Eliab the third,

第四是弥施玛拿，第五是耶利米，
Mishmannah the fourth, Jeremiah the fifth,

第六是亚太，第七是以利业，
Attai the sixth, Eliel the seventh,

第八是约哈难，第九是以利萨巴，
Johanan the eighth, Elzabad the ninth,

第十是耶利米，第十一是末巴奈。
Jeremiah the tenth, Machbannai the eleventh.

这些都是迦得人中的军长，至小的能抵一百人，至大的能抵一千人。
These from among the sons of Gad were heads of the army; he who was least was equal to a hundred, and the greatest to a thousand.

正月，约但河水涨过两岸的时候，这些人过了河，使一切住在谷中的人东奔西逃。
These are the ones who crossed over the Jordan in the first month, when it overflowed all its banks; and they put to flight all those of the valleys, to the east and to the west.

又有便雅悯人和犹大人到山寨大卫那里。
And some of the children of Benjamin and Judah came to David at the stronghold.

大卫出去迎接他们，回应他们说，你们若是和和平平地到我这里来帮助我，我的心就与你们相契；你们若是将我这手中没有过错的人出卖给我的敌人，愿我们列祖的神察看责罚。
And David went out to meet them; and he responded and said to them, If you have come to me in peace in order to help me, my heart will be knit to you; but if you have come to betray me to my adversaries, though there is no wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers see and reprove.

那时神的灵临到那三十个勇士的首领亚玛撒，他就说，大卫啊，我们是归于你的；耶西的儿子啊，我们在你这边。愿你平平安安，愿帮助你的也都平安；因为你的神帮助你。大卫就收留他们，立他们作带队的首领。
Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, the head of the thirty, and he said, We are yours, O David, / And are with you, O son of Jesse. / Peace, peace be with you, / And peace with those who help you; / For your God helps you. And David received them and made them heads of the troops.

大卫从前与非利士人同去，要与扫罗争战，有些玛拿西人来投奔大卫，他们却没有帮助非利士人；因为非利士人的首领商议，打发他回去，说，恐怕大卫拿我们的首级，归降他的主人扫罗。
And some from Manasseh fell away to David when he came with the Philistines for battle against Saul. (But they did not help them, for the lords of the Philistines, upon deliberation, sent him away, saying, He will fall back to his master Saul at the cost of our heads.)

大卫往洗革拉去的时候，有玛拿西人的千夫长押拿、约撒拔、耶叠、米迦勒、约撒拔、以利户、洗勒太从玛拿西来投奔他。
As he went to Ziklag, some fell away to him from Manasseh: Adnah and Jozabad and Jediael and Michael and Jozabad and Elihu and Zillethai, captains of thousands who were from Manasseh.

这些人帮同大卫攻击群匪；他们都是大能的勇士，都是军长。
And they helped David against the band of raiders, for they were all mighty men of valor, and they were captains of the army.

那时天天有人到大卫那里帮助他，以致成了大军，如神的军一样。
Indeed day by day they came to David to help him, until there was a great army, like the army of God.

那些装备好能打仗的人，来到希伯仑见大卫，要照着耶和华的话将扫罗的国转给大卫，他们的数目如下：
And these are the numbers of the heads of those who were armed for war and came to David at Hebron to turn the kingdom of Saul unto him according to the word of Jehovah:

犹大的子孙中，拿盾牌和枪，装备好能打仗的，有六千八百人。
The children of Judah who carried shield and spear were six thousand eight hundred, armed for war;

西缅的子孙中，能上阵大能的勇士，有七千一百人。
Of the children of Simeon, mighty men of valor for the war, seven thousand one hundred;

利未的子孙中，有四千六百人。
Of the children of Levi, four thousand six hundred.

耶何耶大是亚伦家的首领，跟从他的有三千七百人。
And Jehoiada was the leader of the house of Aaron; and with him were three thousand seven hundred;

还有少年大能的勇士撒督，出于他宗族的有首领二十二人。
As well as Zadok, a young mighty man of valor; and from his father's house, twenty-two captains;

便雅悯的子孙，扫罗的族弟兄中，也有三千人，他们向来大半向扫罗家守信忠诚。
And of the children of Benjamin, the brothers of Saul, three thousand; for until that time the greater part of them kept their allegiance to the house of Saul;

以法莲子孙中大能的勇士，在他们宗族里著名的有二万零八百人。
And of the children of Ephraim, twenty thousand eight hundred mighty men of valor, men of renown in their fathers' houses;

玛拿西半支派的人中，记名来立大卫作王的，有一万八千人。
And of the half-tribe of Manasseh, eighteen thousand, who were designated by name to come and make David king.

以萨迦的子孙中，通达时务，知道以色列人所当行的，有二百首领；他们的族弟兄都听从他们的命令。
And of the children of Issachar, men who understood the times that they might know what Israel should do, the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brothers were at their command;

西布伦的子孙中，能用各样兵器出去打仗、摆阵的有五万人，他们帮助大卫并无二心。
Of Zebulun, those who were able to go forth in war, who could set the battle in array with all the equipment of war, were fifty thousand, and they helped David without a double heart;

拿弗他利的子孙中，有一千军长，跟从他们、拿盾牌和枪的有三万七千人。
And of Naphtali, one thousand captains, and with them, with shield and spear, thirty-seven thousand;

但人中，能摆阵的有二万八千六百人。
And of the Danites who could set the battle in array, twenty-eight thousand six hundred;

亚设的子孙中，能出去打仗、摆阵的有四万人。
And of Asher, those who were able to go forth in war, who could set the battle in array, forty thousand;

约但河另一边的流便人、迦得人、玛拿西半支派的人中，拿着各样兵器打仗的有十二万人。
And from the other side of the Jordan, of the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh, with all the equipment of war for the battle, one hundred twenty thousand.

以上都是能整齐摆阵的战士，他们都全心来到希伯仑，要立大卫作全以色列的王；以色列其余的人也都一心要立大卫作王。
All these, men of war who could order the battle array, came with a perfect heart to Hebron to make David king over all Israel; and all the rest of Israel as well were of one heart to make David king.

他们在那里三日，与大卫在一起，又吃又喝，因为他们的族弟兄给他们预备了。
And they were there with David for three days, eating and drinking; for their brothers had provided for them.

靠近他们的人，甚至从以萨迦、西布伦、拿弗他利来的，将许多食物，就是面饼、无花果饼、葡萄干、酒、油，用驴、骆驼、骡子、牛驮来，又带了许多的牛和羊来，因为以色列中充满欢乐。
Moreover those near them, as far as Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, brought food on asses and on camels and on mules and on oxen — provisions of flour, cakes of figs, and clusters of raisins, and wine and oil, and oxen and sheep, in abundance; for there was joy in Israel.
