Remind them to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready unto every good work,
你要提醒众人服从执政的、掌权的，顺从他们，预备行各样的善事。

To slander no one, to be uncontentious, forbearing, showing all meekness toward all men.
不要毁谤人，不要争竞，乃要谦让宜人，向众人显出十分的温柔。

For we also were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving as slaves various lusts and pleasures, spending our lives in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another.
因为我们从前也是无知、悖逆、受迷惑的，给各样的私欲和宴乐作奴仆，将生命时光耗费于恶毒和嫉妒，是可恨的，又是彼此相恨。

But when the kindness and the love to man of our Savior God appeared,
然而，当我们救主神的恩慈，和祂对人的爱显现的时候，

Not out of works in righteousness which we did but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Spirit,
祂便救了我们，并不是本于我们所成就的义行，乃是照着祂的怜悯，借着重生的洗涤，和圣灵的更新。

Whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior,
这圣灵就是神借着耶稣基督我们的救主，丰丰富富浇灌在我们身上的，

In order that having been justified by His grace, we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
好叫我们既因祂的恩典得称义，就可以照着永远生命的盼望成为后嗣。

Faithful is the word, and concerning these things I desire you to confidently affirm, so that those who have believed in God may be careful to maintain respectable works. These things are good and profitable to men.
这话是可信的，我也愿你把这些事确实坚信地讲明，使那些已信神的人留心作正经事业。这些都是美事，并且与人有益。

But avoid foolish questionings and genealogies and strifes and contentions about the law, for they are unprofitable and vain.
但要远避愚拙的辩论、家谱、争竞以及因律法而起的争论，因为这些都是无益虚妄的。

A factious man, after a first and second admonition, refuse,
分门结党的人，警戒过一两次，就要拒绝；

Knowing that such a one is perverted and is sinning, though he is condemned by his own self.
知道这等人已经深入歧途，虽定自己的罪，仍是犯罪。

When I send Artemas to you or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me at Nicopolis, for I have decided to spend the winter there.
我打发亚提马或推基古到你那里去的时候，你要赶紧往尼哥波立去见我，因为我已经定意在那里过冬。

Zenas the lawyer and Apollos send forward diligently that nothing may be lacking to them.
你要赶紧给律法师西纳和亚波罗送行，叫他们没有缺乏。

And let those also who are ours learn to maintain respectable works for their necessary needs, that they may not be unfruitful.
并且我们的人也要学习作正经事业，好应必需，免得不结果子。

All who are with me greet you. Greet those who love us in faith. Grace be with you all.
同我在一起的众人都问你安。请代问那些因信爱我们的人安。愿恩典与你们众人同在。

The word which came to Jeremiah from Jehovah when Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon and all his army and all the kingdoms of the earth under his dominion and all the peoples were fighting against Jerusalem and against all its cities, saying,
巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒率领他的全军，和地上属他管理的各国各民，攻打耶路撒冷和属耶路撒冷所有的城邑；那时，从耶和华有话临到耶利米，说，

Thus says Jehovah the God of Israel, Go and speak to Zedekiah the king of Judah and say to him, Thus says Jehovah, I am about to give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he will burn it with fire;
耶和华以色列的神如此说，你去告诉犹大王西底家，对他说，耶和华如此说，我要将这城交付巴比伦王的手，他必用火焚烧；

And you will not escape from his hand but will surely be captured and given into his hand; and your eyes will see the eyes of the king of Babylon, and he will speak with you mouth to mouth, and you will go into Babylon.
你必不能逃脱他的手，定被拿住，交在他的手中；你的眼要见巴比伦王的眼；他要口对口和你说话，你也必到巴比伦去。

Yet hear the word of Jehovah, O Zedekiah king of Judah, Thus says Jehovah concerning you, You will not die by the sword.
然而犹大王西底家啊，你还要听耶和华的话；耶和华论到你如此说，你必不死于刀剑；

You will die in peace; and as there were burnings for your fathers, the former kings who were before you, so men will burn spices for you and wail for you, saying, Alas, lord! Indeed, it is I who have spoken the word, declares Jehovah.
你必平安而死；人必为你焚烧香料，好像为你列祖，就是在你以前的先王焚烧一般；人必哀悼你，说，哀哉，我主啊！耶和华说，这话是我说的。

Then Jeremiah the prophet spoke all these words to Zedekiah the king of Judah in Jerusalem
于是申言者耶利米在耶路撒冷将这一切话告诉犹大王西底家；

When the army of the king of Babylon was fighting against Jerusalem and against all the cities of Judah that were left, against Lachish and against Azekah, for these were the fortified cities that remained among the cities of Judah.
那时，巴比伦王的军队正攻打耶路撒冷，又攻打犹大所剩下的城邑，就是拉吉和亚西加；原来犹大的城邑中，只剩下这两座坚固城。

The word which came to Jeremiah from Jehovah after King Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people who were in Jerusalem to proclaim liberty to them,
西底家王与耶路撒冷的众民立约，要向他们宣告自由，叫各人打发自己希伯来的仆人和婢女自由出去，谁也不可使他的一个犹大弟兄作奴仆（此后，从耶和华有话临到耶利米）。

That every one should set free his male servant and every one his female servant, who is a Hebrew male or a Hebrew female, so that no one should exact service of them, that is, of a Jew his brother.

And all the princes and all the people who had entered into the covenant obeyed, so as to set free every one his male servant and every one his female servant, so that no one would exact service of them again; and they obeyed and set them free.
所有立约的首领和众民都听从了，各人打发自己的仆人婢女自由出去，谁也不再叫他们作奴仆；大家都听从，打发他们自由去了；

But afterward they turned around and took back the male servants and the female servants, whom they had set free, and they brought them into subjection as male servants and as female servants.
但后来他们又反悔，叫所打发任其自由的仆人婢女回来，强迫他们仍为仆婢。

And the word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah from Jehovah, saying,
有耶和华的话从耶和华临到耶利米，说，

Thus says Jehovah the God of Israel, I made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage, saying,
耶和华以色列的神如此说，我将你们的列祖从埃及地为奴之家领出来的时候，与他们立约，说，

At the end of every seven years each of you shall set free his brother who is a Hebrew, who was sold to you and has served you six years, and you shall set him free from you; but your fathers did not listen to Me or incline their ear.
你的一个希伯来弟兄，若卖给你服事你六年，到第七年，你们各人就要打发他去；你要打发他自由离开你；只是你们列祖不听从我，也不侧耳而听。

And though you had turned in these days and done what is right in My eyes to proclaim liberty, each one to his neighbor, and made a covenant before Me in the house which is called by My name;
如今你们回转，行我眼中看为正的事，各人向邻舍宣告自由；并且在称为我名下的殿中，在我面前立约。

You turned back and profaned My name when you took back each one his male servant and each one his female servant, whom you had set free according to their desire, and brought them into subjection to be your male servants and your female servants.
但你们却又反悔，亵渎我的名，各人叫所打发任其随意自由的仆人婢女回来，强迫他们仍为仆婢。

Therefore thus says Jehovah, You have not listened to Me to proclaim liberty each one to his brother and each one to his neighbor; I am now proclaiming liberty to you, declares Jehovah, to sword and to pestilence and to famine, and I will make you a terror to all the kingdoms of the earth.
所以耶和华如此说，你们没有听从我，各人没有向弟兄和邻舍宣告自由；看哪，我向你们宣告自由，使你们自由于刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫之下；并且使你们在地上万国中令人惊恐；这是耶和华说的。

And I will give the men who transgressed My covenant and did not establish the words of the covenant which they made before Me when they cut the calf in two and passed between its parts,
我必将那些违背我约的人交出去；他们没有坚立他们在我面前所立的约，当时他们曾将牛犊剖开，分成两半，从其间经过；

The princes of Judah and the princes of Jerusalem, the eunuchs and the priests and all the people of the land who passed between the parts of the calf —
犹大的首领、耶路撒冷的首领、太监、祭司和这地的众民，都曾从牛犊的两半中间经过──

Indeed, I will give them into the hand of their enemies and into the hand of those who seek their life, and their corpses will be food for the birds of the sky and the beasts of the earth.
我必将他们交在仇敌和寻索他们性命的人手中，他们的尸首必给空中的鸟，和地上的兽作食物。

And Zedekiah the king of Judah and his princes I will give into the hand of their enemies and into the hand of those who seek their life and into the hand of the army of the king of Babylon, which has withdrawn from you.
并且我必将犹大王西底家和他的首领，交在他们仇敌和寻索他们性命的人手中，与那撤离你们而去的巴比伦王军队手中。

I hereby give the command, declares Jehovah, to bring them back to this city; and they will fight against it and capture it and burn it with fire; and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation, without inhabitant.
耶和华说，我必吩咐他们回到这城；他们要攻打这城，将城攻取，用火焚烧；我也要使犹大的城邑变为荒场，无人居住。

The word which came to Jeremiah from Jehovah in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, the king of Judah, saying,
当犹大王约西亚之子约雅敬的日子，从耶和华有话临到耶利米，说，

Go to the house of the Rechabites and speak with them and bring them to the house of Jehovah, into one of the chambers, and give them wine to drink.
你去见利甲族的人，和他们说话，领他们进入耶和华殿的一间屋子，给他们酒喝。

So I took Jaazaniah the son of Jeremiah, the son of Habazziniah, and his brothers and all his sons and the whole house of the Rechabites,
我就将哈巴洗尼雅的孙子，雅利米雅的儿子雅撒尼亚，和他弟兄，并他众子，以及利甲全族的人，

And I brought them to the house of Jehovah, into the chamber of the sons of Hanan the son of Igdaliah, the man of God, which was near the chamber of the princes, which was above the chamber of Maaseiah the son of Shallum, the keeper of the threshold.
领到耶和华的殿，进入神人伊基大利的儿子哈难众子的屋子；那屋子在首领的屋子旁边，在沙龙之子守门的玛西雅屋子以上。

And I set before the members of the house of the Rechabites pitchers full of wine and cups; and I said to them, Drink wine.
我在利甲族人面前设摆盛满酒的大小杯子，对他们说，请喝酒。

But they said, We will drink no wine, for Jonadab the son of Rechab, our father, commanded us, saying, You shall not drink wine, you and your sons, forever.
他们却说，我们不喝酒；因为我们先祖利甲的儿子约拿达曾吩咐我们说，你们与你们的子孙，永不可喝酒。

And you shall not build a house, and you shall not sow seed, and you shall not plant a vineyard or have one; but you shall dwell in tents all your days, that you may live many days on the land where you are sojourning.
也不可盖房、撒种、栽种或拥有葡萄园；但你们一生要住帐棚，使你们在寄居之地，得以存活许多年日。

And we have listened to the voice of Jonadab the son of Rechab, our father, to all that he commanded us: to drink no wine all our days, we, our wives, our sons, and our daughters,
凡我们先祖利甲的儿子约拿达所吩咐我们的话，我们都听从了；我们和我们的妻子儿女，一生都不喝酒，

And not to build houses for us to dwell in; neither do we have a vineyard or a field or seed.
也不盖房居住；也没有葡萄园、田地和种子。

But we have dwelt in tents and have listened to and done according to all that Jonadab our father commanded us.
但我们住帐棚，听从我们先祖约拿达的话，照他所吩咐我们的一切去行。

But when Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon came up against the land we said, Come and let us go to Jerusalem from before the army of the Chaldeans and from before the army of the Syrians. So we are dwelling in Jerusalem.
巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒上来攻打这地，我们就说，来吧，我们要从迦勒底的军队和亚兰的军队面前，逃到耶路撒冷去；这样，我们才住在耶路撒冷。

Then the word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah, saying,
耶和华的话临到耶利米，说，

Thus says Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Go and say to the men of Judah and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, Will you not receive instruction by listening to My words? declares Jehovah.
万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说，你去对犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民说，耶和华说，你们不受教诲，不听从我的话么？

The words of Jonadab the son of Rechab, by which he commanded his sons to drink no wine, have been established, and they have drunk no wine unto this day, for they have obeyed the command of their father. But I have spoken to you, rising up early and speaking, yet you have not listened to Me.
利甲的儿子约拿达所吩咐他子孙不可喝酒的话，他们已经遵行，直到今日也不喝酒，因为他们听从先祖的吩咐。但我从早起来对你们说话，你们却不听从我。

I have also sent to you all My servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them, saying, Turn now every one from his evil way, and amend your deeds, and do not go after other gods to serve them; and you will dwell in the land which I gave to you and to your fathers; but you did not incline your ear or listen to Me.
我从早起来差遣我的仆人众申言者到你们那里去，说，你们各人当回转，离开恶的行径，改正行为，不随从事奉别神，就必住在我所赐给你们和你们列祖的地上；只是你们没有侧耳而听，也没有听从我。

But the sons of Jonadab the son of Rechab have established the commandment of their father, which he commanded them, yet this people have not listened to Me.
利甲的儿子约拿达的子孙，能遵行先祖所吩咐他们的命令，这百姓却没有听从我。

Therefore thus says Jehovah the God of hosts, the God of Israel: I am about to bring on Judah and on all the inhabitants of Jerusalem all the evil which I have spoken against them; because I spoke to them, but they did not listen; and I called to them, but they did not answer.
因此，耶和华万军之神，以色列的神如此说，我要使我向犹大人和耶路撒冷所有居民所说的一切灾祸临到他们；因为我对他们说话，他们没有听从；我呼唤他们，他们没有答应。

But to the house of the Rechabites Jeremiah said, Thus says Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Because you have listened to the commandment of Jonadab your father and have kept all his commandments and have done according to all that he commanded you;
耶利米对利甲族的人说，万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说，因你们听从你们先祖约拿达的吩咐，谨守他的一切命令，照他所吩咐你们的一切去行；

Therefore thus says Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Jonadab the son of Rechab will never lack a man to stand before Me forever.
所以万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说，利甲的儿子约拿达必永不缺人侍立在我面前。
