The Christian living is in spirit :
A
The origin of our spirit is God; the spirit of man was created by God, to complete God's purpose in the creation of heaven and the earth—John 4:24; Zech. 12:1b.
B
Our spirit is a vessel, to contact and contain God—Gen. 1:26, 2:7, 2 Cor. 4:7.
C
Christ has become the life-giving Spirit, as our life and life supply from within our spirit—1 Cor, 15:45b, 6:17, 2 Tim. 1:6-7.
Ⅱ
We need to exercise our spirit, building up a life of calling on the name of the Lord :
A
The Lord's name, which is His person, is the all-inclusive compound Spirit—S.S. 1:3

Jesus : Jehovah the Savior, the salvation of Jehovah—Matt. 1:21.

Christ : Messiah, the anointed one of God—v. 16.

Emmanuel : God with us—v. 23.

Calling on the name of the Lord is the way to enjoy the Lord—1 Cor. 1:2, Rom. 10:12b.

Calling on the name of the Lord is to use our spirit to pray - our spiritual deep breathing—1 Thes. 5:16-19.

Calling on the name of the Lord everyday, walking in spirit—2 Tim. 2:22, Rom. 10:12b-13.
