彼得同十一位使徒站起来，高声对众人说，诸位，犹太人和一切住在耶路撒冷的人哪，这件事你们当知道，也当侧耳听我的话。
But Peter, standing with the eleven, lifted up his voice and spoke forth to them: Men of Judea, and all who are dwelling in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and give ear to my words.

这些人并不是像你们所想的喝醉了，因为时候不过是上午九时；
For these men are not drunk, as you suppose, for it is the third hour of the day;

这正是借着申言者约珥所说的，
But this is what is spoken through the prophet Joel:

“神说，在末后的日子，我要将我的灵浇灌在一切属肉体的人身上；你们的儿女要说预言，你们的青年人要见异象，你们的老年人要作异梦。
“And it shall be in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream things in dreams;

在那些日子，我要将我的灵浇灌在我的奴仆和婢女身上，他们就要说预言。
And indeed upon My slaves, both men and women, I will pour out of My Spirit in those days, and they shall prophesy.

我要在天上显出奇事，在地上显出神迹，有血、有火、有烟雾。
And I will show wonders in heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and vapor of smoke.

在主大而显赫的日子来到以前，日头要变为黑暗，月亮要变为血。
The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord comes.

那时，凡呼求主名的，就必得救。”
And it shall be that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

诸位，以色列人哪，你们要听这些话：神借着拿撒勒人耶稣，在你们中间施行异能、奇事、神迹，将祂证明出来，正如你们自己所知道的。
Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man shown by God to you to be approved by works of power and wonders and signs, which God did through Him in your midst, even as you yourselves know —

祂既按着神的定议先见被交给人，你们就借着不法之人的手，把祂钉在十字架上杀了。
This man, delivered up by the determined counsel and foreknowledge of God, you, through the hand of lawless men, nailed to a cross and killed;

神却将死的痛苦解除，叫祂复活了，因为祂不能被死拘禁。
Whom God has raised up, having loosed the pangs of death, since it was not possible for Him to be held by it.

大卫指着祂说，“我看见主常在我眼前，因祂在我右边，我便不至摇动。
For David says regarding Him, “I saw the Lord continually before me, because He is on my right hand, that I may not be shaken.

所以我的心快乐，我的舌欢腾，并且我的肉身要安居在指望中；
Therefore my heart was made glad and my tongue exulted; moreover, also my flesh will rest in hope,

因你必不将我的魂撇在阴间，也不叫你的圣者见朽坏。
Because You will not abandon my soul to Hades, nor will You permit Your Holy One to see corruption.

你已将生命的道路指示我，你必用你的面容使我充满快乐。”
You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of gladness with Your presence.”

诸位，弟兄们，先祖大卫的事，我可以明明地对你们说，他死了，也葬了，并且他的坟墓直到今日还在我们这里。
Men, brothers, I can say to you plainly concerning the patriarch David that he both deceased and was buried, and his tomb is among us until this day.

大卫既是申言者，又晓得神曾用誓言向他起誓，要从他的后裔中，立一位坐在他的宝座上，
Therefore, being a prophet and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him to seat One from the fruit of his loins upon his throne,

就预先看明这事，讲论基督的复活说，祂不被撇在阴间，祂的肉身也不见朽坏。
He, seeing this beforehand, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that neither was He abandoned to Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.

这位耶稣，神已经叫祂复活了，我们都是这事的见证人。
This Jesus God has raised up, of which we all are witnesses.

祂既被高举在神的右边，又从父领受了所应许的圣灵，就把你们所看见所听见的，浇灌下来。
Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God and having received the promise of the Holy Spirit from the Father, He has poured out this which you both see and hear.

大卫并没有升到诸天之上，但他自己说，“主对我主说，你坐在我的右边，
For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says, “The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand

等我使你的仇敌作你的脚凳。”
Until I set Your enemies as a footstool for Your feet.”

所以，以色列全家当确实地知道，你们钉在十字架上的这位耶稣，神已经立祂为主为基督了。
Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made Him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you have crucified.

众人听了，觉得扎心，就对彼得和其余的使徒说，诸位，弟兄们，我们当怎样行？
And when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and they said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, What should we do, brothers?

彼得对他们说，你们要悔改，各人要靠耶稣基督的名受浸，叫你们的罪得赦，就必领受所赐的圣灵。
And Peter said to them, Repent and each one of you be baptized upon the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

因为这应许是给你们和你们的儿女，并一切在远方，凡是主我们的神所召来的人。
For to you is the promise and to your children, and to all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God calls to Himself.

彼得还用许多别的话郑重地作见证，劝勉他们说，你们要得救，脱离这弯曲的世代。
And with many other words he solemnly testified and exhorted them, saying, Be saved from this crooked generation.

于是领受他话的人，就受了浸，那一天约添了三千人。
Those then who received his word were baptized, and there were added on that day about three thousand souls.

他们都坚定持续在使徒的教训和交通里，持续擘饼和祷告。
And they continued steadfastly in the teaching and the fellowship of the apostles, in the breaking of bread and the prayers.

众人都起了敬畏，又有许多奇事神迹，借着使徒行出来。
And fear was upon every soul; and many wonders and signs took place through the apostles.

信的人都在一处，凡物公用，
And all those who believed were together and had all things common;

并且卖了田产家业，照各人所需用的分给各人。
And they sold their properties and possessions and divided them to all, as anyone had need.

他们天天同心合意，坚定持续地在殿里，并且挨家挨户擘饼，存着欢跃单纯的心用饭，
And day by day, continuing steadfastly with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house, they partook of their food with exultation and simplicity of heart,

赞美神，在众民面前有恩典。主将得救的人，天天和他们加在一起。
Praising God and having grace with all the people. And the Lord added together day by day those who were being saved.

大卫住在自己宫中，对申言者拿单说，看哪，我住在香柏木的宫中，耶和华的约柜反倒住在幔子之下。
And as David dwelt in his house, David said to Nathan the prophet, See now, I dwell in a house of cedar, but the Ark of the Covenant of Jehovah dwells under curtains.

拿单对大卫说，凡你心中所想的，只管去作，因为神与你同在。
And Nathan said to David, All that is in your heart do, for God is with you.

当夜，神的话临到拿单，说，
And in that night the word of God came to Nathan, saying,

你去对我仆人大卫说，耶和华如此说，建造殿宇给我居住的，不是你。
Go and say to David My servant, Thus says Jehovah, It will not be you who builds Me a house to dwell in.

自从我领以色列人从埃及上来的日子，直到今日，我未曾住过殿宇，乃从这帐棚到那帐棚，从这帐幕到那帐幕。
For I have not dwelt in a house, since the day I brought up Israel to this day; but I have been from tent to tent and from tabernacle to tabernacle.

我在以色列众人中间行走时，何曾向以色列的一个士师，就是我吩咐牧养我民的说，你为何不给我建造香柏木的殿宇呢？
In all My going about among all Israel, did I ever speak a word to any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd My people, saying, Why have you not built Me a house of cedar?

现在，你要对我仆人大卫这样说，万军之耶和华如此说，我从草场上选取了你，叫你不再跟从羊群，使你作我民以色列的领袖。
And now thus shall you say to My servant David, Thus says Jehovah of hosts, I took you from the pasture, from following the sheep, that you might be ruler over My people Israel;

凡你所到之处，我都与你同在，将你的一切仇敌从你面前剪除。我必使你得大名，好像地上伟人的名一样。
And I have been with you in every place that you have gone and have cut off all your enemies before you; and I will make a name for you, like the name of the great ones who are on the earth.

我必为我民以色列选定一个地方，栽植他们，使他们住自己的地方，不再受搅扰；凶恶之子也不再像从前扰害他们，
And I will appoint a place for My people Israel and will plant them there, that they may dwell in their own place and be disturbed no more; and the sons of wickedness will waste them away no more as before,

并不像我命士师治理我民以色列的日子以来那样；我必制伏你的一切仇敌。再者，我耶和华向你宣告，耶和华必为你建立家室。
Even since the time when I commanded that there be judges over My people Israel; and I will subdue all your enemies. Moreover I declare to you that Jehovah will build you a house.

你在世的日子满足，到你列祖那里去的时候，我必从你的众子中兴起你的后裔接续你，我也必坚定他的国。
When your days are fulfilled that you must go to be with your fathers, I will raise up your seed after you, which will be from your sons, and I will establish his kingdom.

他必为我建造殿宇；我必坚定他的国位，直到永远。
It is he who will build a house for Me, and I will establish his throne forever.

我要作他的父，他要作我的子；我必不使我的慈爱离开他，像我使慈爱离开你以前的扫罗一样。
I will be his Father, and he will be My son; and My lovingkindness I will not take from him, as I took it away from him who was before you.

我却要将他永远坚立在我家里和我国里；他的国位必永远坚定。
And I will set him in My house and My kingdom forever, and his throne will be established forever.

拿单就按这一切话，照这全部异象，告诉大卫。
According to all these words and according to this whole vision did Nathan speak to David.

于是大卫王进去，坐在耶和华面前，说，耶和华神啊，我是谁？我的家算什么，你竟带我到这地步呢？
Then King David went and sat before Jehovah; and he said, Who am I, O Jehovah God, and what is my house that You have brought me this far?

神啊，这在你眼中还看为小事；你又说到你仆人的家至于久远；耶和华神啊，你竟看顾我好像看顾高贵的人。
And this was a small thing in Your sight, O God; but You have spoken of the house of Your servant for a great while to come; and You have regarded me according to the custom for a man of high degree, O Jehovah God.

对于你给仆人的尊荣，大卫还有何言可以加添呢？因为你知道你的仆人。
What more can David add to say to You concerning this honoring of Your servant? For You know Your servant.

耶和华啊，你因仆人的缘故，并照你的心意，行了这一切大事，为要使人知道这一切事。
O Jehovah, for Your servant's sake and according to Your own heart, You have done all this greatness to make known all these great things.

耶和华啊，照我们耳中所听见的一切，没有可比你的，除你以外再没有神。
O Jehovah, there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears.

有谁能比你的民以色列呢？以色列是地上独特的国民，是神去救赎出来作自己的子民，好为自己立大而可畏的名，又在你从埃及赎出来的民面前，驱逐列邦人。
And who is like Your people Israel, a nation unique on the earth, which God went to redeem to Himself as a people in order to make for Yourself a name of greatness and awesomeness to drive out nations from before Your people, whom You have redeemed out of Egypt?

你使你的民以色列作你的子民，直到永远；耶和华啊，你也作了他们的神。
And You have made Your people Israel to be a people to You forever, and You, O Jehovah, became their God.

耶和华啊，愿你所说关于你仆人和仆人家的话，如今得以坚立，直到永远，求你照你所说的而行。
And now, O Jehovah, may the word which You have spoken concerning Your servant and concerning his house be established forever, and do as You have spoken.

愿你的名永远坚立，被尊为大，人要说，万军之耶和华是以色列的神，实在是以色列的神；这样，你仆人大卫的家必在你面前坚立。
And may Your name be established and magnified forever when men say, Jehovah of hosts is the God of Israel, even a God to Israel; and the house of David Your servant will be established before You.

我的神啊，因你启示你的仆人，你必为他建立家室，所以仆人心中才敢在你面前如此祷告。
For You, O my God, have revealed to Your servant that You will build him a house; therefore Your servant has found it in his heart to pray before You.

耶和华啊，惟有你是神，论到你的仆人，你已讲说了这美好的事。
And now, O Jehovah, You are God, and You have spoken this good matter concerning Your servant;

现在你已乐意赐福与仆人的家，使这家永存在你面前；耶和华啊，你已经赐福，你仆人的家要蒙福到永远。
Now therefore You have been pleased to bless the house of Your servant, that it may be before You forever; for You, O Jehovah, have blessed, and it is blessed forever.

此后，大卫攻打非利士人，把他们制伏，从他们手中夺取了迦特，和属迦特的乡村。
And after this David struck the Philistines and subdued them. And he took Gath and her villages out of the hand of the Philistines.

他又攻打摩押，摩押人就臣服于大卫，给他进贡。
And he struck Moab, and the Moabites became servants to David and brought tribute.

琐巴王哈大底谢往伯拉河去，要坚定自己的国权；大卫就在哈马攻打他，
Then David struck Hadadezer the king of Zobah at Hamath, when he went to establish his power at the river Euphrates.

从他那里夺了战车一千，马兵七千，步兵二万。大卫将拉战车的马砍断蹄筋，只留下足够拉一百辆车的马。
And David took from him one thousand chariots and seven thousand horsemen and twenty thousand foot soldiers. And David hamstrung all the chariot horses but left enough of them for a hundred chariots.

大马色的亚兰人来帮助琐巴王哈大底谢，大卫就杀了亚兰人二万二千。
And when the Syrians of Damascus came to help Hadadezer the king of Zobah, David struck twenty-two thousand men among the Syrians.

于是大卫在大马色的亚兰人中间设立防营，亚兰人就臣服于他，给他进贡。大卫无论往哪里去，耶和华都使他得胜。
And David put garrisons among the Syrians of Damascus, and the Syrians became servants to David and brought tribute. And Jehovah preserved David wherever he went.

他夺了哈大底谢臣仆所拿的金盾牌，带到耶路撒冷。
And David took the shields of gold that were on the servants of Hadadezer and brought them to Jerusalem.

大卫又从属哈大底谢的提巴和均二城中，夺取了许多的铜，后来所罗门用此制造铜海、铜柱和一切的铜器。
And from Tibhath and Cun, cities of Hadadezer, David took very much bronze, with which Solomon made the bronze sea and the pillars and the vessels of bronze.

哈马王陀乌听见大卫杀败琐巴王哈大底谢的全军，
Then when Tou the king of Hamath heard that David had struck down all the army of Hadadezer the king of Zobah,

就打发他儿子哈多兰去见大卫王，问他的安，因为他攻打哈大底谢，击败了他；原来陀乌与哈大底谢常常争战。哈多兰带着金银铜的各样物件而来。
He sent Hadoram his son to King David to greet him and congratulate him for fighting against Hadadezer and striking him down, for Hadadezer had been at war with Tou. And Hadoram brought all kinds of articles of gold and of silver and of bronze.

大卫王将这些物件，并从各国取来的金银，就是从以东人、摩押人、亚扪人、非利士人、亚玛力人所取来的，都分别为圣归给耶和华。
King David consecrated these also to Jehovah along with the silver and gold that he had carried from all the nations: from the Edomites and from the Moabites and from the children of Ammon and from the Philistines and from the Amalekites.

洗鲁雅的儿子亚比筛在盐谷击杀了以东一万八千人。
Moreover Abishai the son of Zeruiah struck down the Edomites in the Valley of Salt, that is, eighteen thousand men.

大卫在以东设立防营，以东人就都臣服于他。大卫无论往哪里去，耶和华都使他得胜。
And he put garrisons in Edom, and all the Edomites became servants to David. And Jehovah preserved David wherever he went.

大卫作全以色列的王，又向众民施行公理和公义。
So David reigned over all Israel and executed justice and righteousness for all his people.

洗鲁雅的儿子约押统领军队，亚希律的儿子约沙法作记事官，
And Joab the son of Zeruiah was over the army, and Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud was recorder.

亚希突的儿子撒督和亚比亚他的儿子亚希米勒作祭司，沙威沙作书记，
And Zadok the son of Ahitub and Abimelech the son of Abiathar were priests, and Shavsha was scribe.

耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅统管基利提人和比利提人，大卫的众子都在王的左右作首领。
And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the Cherethites and the Pelethites, and David's sons were chief at the king's side.
