保罗和他的同伴从帕弗开船，来到旁非利亚的别加；约翰就离开他们，回耶路撒冷去。
And putting out to sea from Paphos, Paul and his companions came to Perga of Pamphylia; and John departed from them and returned to Jerusalem.

他们离开别加往前行，来到彼西底的安提阿，在安息日进入会堂坐下。
And they passed through from Perga and arrived at Pisidian Antioch. And they went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day and sat down.

读过了律法和申言者的书，管会堂的打发人到他们跟前，说，二位，弟兄们，若有什么劝勉百姓的话，请说。
And after the reading of the Law and the Prophets, the synagogue rulers sent word to them, saying, Men, brothers, if you have any word of exhortation for the people, say it.

保罗就站起来，摆手说，诸位，以色列人和敬畏神的人，请听：
And Paul, rising up and motioning with his hand, said, Men of Israel and those who fear God, listen.

这以色列民的神，拣选了我们的祖宗，当这民寄居埃及地的时候，抬举他们，以高举的膀臂领他们出来；
The God of this people Israel chose our fathers and exalted the people during their sojourn in the land of Egypt, and with a high arm He led them out of it.

又在旷野抚养他们，为时约有四十年；
And for a time of about forty years He carried them as a nurse in the wilderness.

既灭了迦南地的七族，就把那地分给他们为业；
And when He had overthrown seven nations in the land of Canaan, He distributed their land as an inheritance.

此后给他们设立士师，直到申言者撒母耳的时候，约有四百五十年。
And after these things, for about four hundred and fifty years, He gave them judges until Samuel the prophet.

后来他们求一个王，神就把便雅悯支派中的一个人，基士的儿子扫罗，赐给他们作王四十年。
And afterward they asked for a king; and God gave them Saul, the son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, for forty years.

既废了扫罗，就兴起大卫作他们的王，又为他作见证说，我寻得耶西的儿子大卫，他是合乎我心的人，必实行我一切的旨意。
And when He had deposed him, He raised up David for them as king, to whom also He testified and said, I have found David, the son of Jesse, a man according to My heart, who will do all My will.

从这人的后裔中，神已经照着所应许的，给以色列带来一位救主，就是耶稣。
From this man's seed, God, according to promise, brought to Israel a Savior, Jesus,

在祂来到以前，约翰预先向以色列众民宣传悔改的浸。
After John had proclaimed, prior to His public entrance, a baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.

约翰将行尽他路程的时候，说，你们以为我是谁？我不是基督；只是看哪，有一位要在我以后来，我就是解祂脚上的鞋带也不配。
Now as John was completing his course, he said, What do you suppose that I am? I am not the Christ. But behold, One is coming after me, the sandals of whose feet I am not worthy to untie.

诸位，弟兄们，亚伯拉罕种族的子孙，和你们中间敬畏神的人哪，这救恩的话是传给我们的。
Men, brothers, sons of the race of Abraham, and those among you who fear God, to us the word of this salvation has been sent forth.

耶路撒冷的居民和他们的官长，因为不认识这人，也不明白每安息日所读众申言者的话，就审判了祂，正应验了申言者的话。
For those dwelling in Jerusalem and their rulers, being ignorant of this One and of the words of the prophets which are read every Sabbath, fulfilled them by judging Him.

虽然查不出祂有什么该定死罪的，还是求彼拉多杀祂。
And though they did not find one cause of death in Him, they asked of Pilate that He be done away with.

既成就了经上所记关于祂的一切事，就把祂从木头上取下来，放在坟墓里。
And when they had accomplished all that was written concerning Him, they took Him down from the tree and laid Him in a tomb.

神却叫祂从死人中复活。
But God raised Him from the dead.

祂多日向那些从加利利同祂上耶路撒冷的人显现，这些人如今向百姓作了祂的见证人。
And for many days He appeared to those who had come up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are now His witnesses to the people.

我们也传福音给你们，就是那给祖宗的应许，
And we announce to you the gospel of the promise made to the fathers,

神已经向我们这作儿女的完全应验，叫耶稣复活了，正如诗篇第二篇上所记：“你是我的儿子，我今日生了你。”
That God has fully fulfilled this promise to us their children in raising up Jesus, as it is also written in the second Psalm, “You are My Son; this day have I begotten You.”

论到神叫祂从死人中复活，不再归于朽坏，就这样说：“我必将大卫那圣的，那可靠的，赐给你们。”
And as to His having raised Him up from the dead, no longer to return to corruption, He spoke in this way, “I will give you the holy things of David, the faithful things.”

所以又在另一篇上说，“你必不容你的圣者见朽坏。”
Therefore He also says in another place, “You will not allow Your Holy One to see corruption.”

大卫在神的旨意中，服事了他那一代的人，就睡了，归到他祖宗那里，已见朽坏；
Now David, having served his own generation by the counsel of God, did indeed fall asleep and was buried with his fathers and saw corruption;

惟独神所复活的，祂并未见朽坏。
But He whom God has raised did not see corruption.

所以诸位，弟兄们，你们当晓得，赦罪是借这人传给你们的。
Therefore let it be known to you, men, brothers, that through this One forgiveness of sins is announced to you;

在一切你们靠摩西的律法不得称义的事上，靠这人，凡信的就都得称义了。
And from all the things from which you were not able to be justified by the law of Moses, in this One everyone who believes is justified.

所以你们要谨慎，免得申言者书上所说的临到你们：
Therefore beware that what is spoken in the prophets does not come upon you:

“轻慢的人哪，你们要观看，要希奇，要灭亡；因为在你们的日子，我行一件事，就是有人详细地告诉你们，你们也绝不信。”
“Look, you despisers, and marvel, and vanish away; for I am doing a work in your days, a work which you will by no means believe, though someone tells it to you in detail.”

他们出会堂的时候，众人恳求他们到下个安息日，再讲这话给他们听。
And as Paul and Barnabas were going out, the people begged that these words would be spoken to them on the next Sabbath.

散会以后，犹太人和敬神入犹太教的人，多有跟从保罗、巴拿巴的，二人对他们讲论，劝勉他们要一直留于神的恩中。
And when the synagogue gathering had been dismissed, many of the Jews and the devout proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas, who spoke to them and urged them to continue in the grace of God.

到了下个安息日，全城的人几乎都来聚集，要听神的话。
And on the following Sabbath almost all the city gathered together to hear the word of God.

但犹太人看见群众，就充满嫉妒，硬驳保罗所说的话，并且毁谤。
But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and contradicted the things being spoken by Paul and blasphemed.

保罗和巴拿巴放胆说，神的话先讲给你们听，原是应当的；只因你们弃绝这话，断定自己不配得永远的生命，看哪，我们就转向外邦人去。
And Paul and Barnabas spoke boldly and said, It was necessary for the word of God to be spoken to you first. Since you thrust it away and do not judge yourselves worthy of eternal life, behold, we turn to the Gentiles.

因为主曾这样吩咐我们说，“我已经立你作外邦人的光，叫你施行救恩直到地极。”
For so the Lord has commanded us, “I have set you as a light of the Gentiles, that you would be for salvation unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

外邦人听见了，就欢乐，并且荣耀主的话，凡指定得永远生命的人都信了。
And the Gentiles, hearing this, rejoiced and glorified the word of the Lord; and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed.

于是主的话传遍了整个地区。
And the word of the Lord was carried through the whole region.

但犹太人挑唆敬神的尊贵妇女，和城内首要的人，掀起逼迫，反对保罗、巴拿巴，将他们赶出境外。
But the Jews incited the women of high standing who worshipped God, and the chief men of the city, and raised up a persecution against Paul and Barnabas and cast them out from their borders.

二人对着众人跺下脚上的尘土，就往以哥念去了。
But they shook off the dust of their feet against them and came to Iconium.

门徒就被喜乐和圣灵充满。
And the disciples were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit.

波斯王古列元年，耶和华为要成就祂借耶利米口所说的话，就激动波斯王古列的灵，使他通告全国，下诏书说，
Now in the first year of Cyrus the king of Persia, so that the word of Jehovah by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, Jehovah stirred up the spirit of Cyrus the king of Persia; and he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom and put it also in writing, saying,

波斯王古列如此说，耶和华天上的神已将地上万国赐给我，又嘱咐我在犹大的耶路撒冷为祂建造殿宇。
Thus says Cyrus the king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth has Jehovah the God of heaven given to me; and He has charged me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

你们中间凡作祂子民的，可以上犹大的耶路撒冷，建造在耶路撒冷之耶和华以色列神的殿（祂是神）；愿这人的神与他同在。
Whoever there is among you of all His people, may his God be with him; and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and let him build the house of Jehovah the God of Israel — He is God — who is in Jerusalem.

凡余剩的人，无论寄居何处，那处的人要用金银、财物、牲畜支助他，另外也要为在耶路撒冷神的殿，甘心献上礼物。
And everyone who is left, in whatever place he sojourns, let the men of his place support him with silver and with gold and with goods and with cattle, besides the freewill offering for the house of God, which is in Jerusalem.

于是，犹大和便雅悯的宗族首领、祭司、利未人，就是一切被神激动他灵的人，都起来要上去建造在耶路撒冷耶和华的殿。
Then the heads of the fathers' houses of Judah and Benjamin and the priests and the Levites rose up, even everyone whose spirit God had stirred up to go up to build the house of Jehovah, which is in Jerusalem.

他们四围的人就拿银器、金子、财物、牲畜、宝物帮助他们，另外还有各样甘心献的礼物。
And all those around them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with cattle and with precious things, besides all that was offered willingly.

古列王也将耶和华殿的器皿拿出来，这些器皿是尼布甲尼撒从耶路撒冷拿出来，放在自己神之庙中的。
Also King Cyrus brought out the vessels of the house of Jehovah, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought out from Jerusalem and had put in the house of his gods;

波斯王古列派库官米提利达将这些器皿拿出来，点交给犹大的首领设巴萨。
And Cyrus the king of Persia had them brought out by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer and had them enumerated to Sheshbazzar the prince of Judah.

器皿的数目记在下面：金盘三十个，银盘一千个，刀二十九把，
And this was their number: thirty gold dishes, one thousand silver dishes, twenty-nine knives,

金碗三十个，次等银碗四百一十个，别的器皿一千件。
Thirty gold bowls, four hundred ten silver bowls of a different kind, and one thousand other vessels.

金银器皿共有五千四百件。被掳的人从巴比伦被带上耶路撒冷的时候，设巴萨将这一切都带上来。
There were five thousand four hundred vessels of gold and silver in all. Sheshbazzar brought up all of them with those of the captivity who were brought up from Babylon to Jerusalem.

从前被巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒迁徙到巴比伦犹大省的人，现在他们的子孙从被掳到之地上到耶路撒冷和犹大，各归本城，这些人记在下面。
Now these were the children of the province who went up out of the captivity of those who had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away to Babylon, and who returned to Jerusalem and Judah, each man to his city.

他们是同着所罗巴伯、耶书亚、尼希米、西莱雅、利来雅、末底改、必珊、米斯拔、比革瓦伊、利宏、巴拿回来的。以色列民中男子的数目记在下面：
These came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:

巴录的子孙二千一百七十二名；
The children of Parosh, two thousand one hundred seventy-two.

示法提雅的子孙三百七十二名；
The children of Shephatiah, three hundred seventy-two.

亚拉的子孙七百七十五名；
The children of Arah, seven hundred seventy-five.

巴哈摩押的子孙，属耶书亚和约押子孙的，二千八百一十二名；
The children of Pahath-moab, of the children of Jeshua and Joab, two thousand eight hundred twelve.

以拦的子孙一千二百五十四名；
The children of Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four.

萨土的子孙九百四十五名；
The children of Zattu, nine hundred forty-five.

萨改的子孙七百六十名；
The children of Zaccai, seven hundred sixty.

巴尼的子孙六百四十二名；
The children of Bani, six hundred forty-two.

比拜的子孙六百二十三名；
The children of Bebai, six hundred twenty-three.

押甲的子孙一千二百二十二名；
The children of Azgad, one thousand two hundred twenty-two.

亚多尼干的子孙六百六十六名；
The children of Adonikam, six hundred sixty-six.

比革瓦伊的子孙二千零五十六名；
The children of Bigvai, two thousand fifty-six.

亚丁的子孙四百五十四名；
The children of Adin, four hundred fifty-four.

亚特的子孙，属希西家子孙的，九十八名；
The children of Ater, of Hezekiah, ninety-eight.

比赛的子孙三百二十三名；
The children of Bezai, three hundred twenty-three.

约拉的子孙一百一十二名；
The children of Jorah, one hundred twelve.

哈顺的子孙二百二十三名；
The children of Hashum, two hundred twenty-three.

吉罢珥人九十五名；
The children of Gibbar, ninety-five.

伯利恒人一百二十三名；
The children of Bethlehem, one hundred twenty-three.

尼陀法人五十六名；
The men of Netophah, fifty-six.

亚拿突人一百二十八名；
The men of Anathoth, one hundred twenty-eight.

亚斯玛弗人四十二名；
The children of Azmaveth, forty-two.

基列耶琳人、基非拉人、比录人共七百四十三名；
The children of Kiriath-arim, Chephirah, and Beeroth, seven hundred forty-three.

拉玛人和迦巴人共六百二十一名；
The children of Ramah and Geba, six hundred twenty-one.

默玛人一百二十二名；
The men of Michmas, one hundred twenty-two.

伯特利人和艾人共二百二十三名；
The men of Bethel and Ai, two hundred twenty-three.

尼波人五十二名；
The children of Nebo, fifty-two.

末必人一百五十六名；
The children of Magbish, one hundred fifty-six.

The children of the other Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four.

哈琳的子孙三百二十名；
The children of Harim, three hundred twenty.

罗德人、哈第人、阿挪人共七百二十五名；
The children of Lod, Hadid, and Ono, seven hundred twenty-five.

耶利哥人三百四十五名；
The children of Jericho, three hundred forty-five.

西拿人三千六百三十名。
The children of Senaah, three thousand six hundred thirty.

祭司的数目记在下面：耶书亚家耶大雅的子孙九百七十三名；
The priests: the children of Jedaiah, of the house of Jeshua, nine hundred seventy-three.

音麦的子孙一千零五十二名；
The children of Immer, one thousand fifty-two.

巴施户珥的子孙一千二百四十七名；
The children of Pashhur, one thousand two hundred forty-seven.

哈琳的子孙一千零一十七名。
The children of Harim, one thousand seventeen.

利未人有耶书亚和甲篾的子孙，属何达威雅子孙的，共七十四名。
The Levites: the children of Jeshua and Kadmiel, of the children of Hodaviah, seventy-four.

歌唱的有亚萨的子孙一百二十八名。
The singers: the children of Asaph, one hundred twenty-eight.

守门者的子孙有沙龙的子孙、亚特的子孙、达们的子孙、亚谷的子孙、哈底大的子孙、朔拜的子孙，共一百三十九名。
The children of the gatekeepers: the children of Shallum, the children of Ater, the children of Talmon, the children of Akkub, the children of Hatita, the children of Shobai, in all one hundred thirty-nine.

殿役有西哈的子孙、哈苏巴的子孙、答巴俄的子孙、
The temple servants: the children of Ziha, the children of Hasupha, the children of Tabbaoth,

基绿的子孙、西亚的子孙、巴顿的子孙、
The children of Keros, the children of Siaha, the children of Padon,

利巴拿的子孙、哈迦巴的子孙、亚谷的子孙、
The children of Lebanah, the children of Hagabah, the children of Akkub,

所罗门仆人的子孙有琐太的子孙、琐斐列的子孙、比路大的子孙、
The children of Solomon's servants: the children of Sotai, the children of Hassophereth, the children of Peruda,

雅拉的子孙、达昆的子孙、吉德的子孙、
The children of Jaalah, the children of Darkon, the children of Giddel,

示法提雅的子孙、哈替的子孙、玻黑列哈斯巴音的子孙、亚米的子孙。
The children of Shephatiah, the children of Hattil, the children of Pochereth-hazzebaim, the children of Ami.

殿役和所罗门仆人的子孙共三百九十二名。
All the temple servants and the children of Solomon's servants were three hundred ninety-two.

从特米拉、特哈萨、基绿、押但、音麦上来，却不能指明他们的宗族和世系是不是以色列人的，记在下面：
And these were those who went up from Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Cherub, Addan, and Immer; but they could not give evidence of their fathers' houses nor their descendants, whether they were of Israel:

第来雅的子孙、多比雅的子孙、尼哥大的子孙，共六百五十二名。
The children of Delaiah, the children of Tobiah, the children of Nekoda, six hundred fifty-two.

祭司的子孙中，有哈巴雅的子孙、哈哥斯的子孙、巴西莱的子孙；巴西莱因娶了基列人巴西莱的女儿为妻，所以按其名叫巴西莱。
And of the children of the priests: the children of Hobaiah, the children of Hakkoz, the children of Barzillai, who took a wife from among the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite and was called by their name.

这些人在家谱的记载中寻查自己的记录，却寻不着，因此算为不洁，不准供祭司的职任。
These sought their registry among those who were enrolled by genealogy, but they were not found; therefore they were considered defiled and were excluded from the priesthood.

省长对他们说，不可吃至圣的物，直到有用乌陵和土明决疑的祭司兴起来。
And the governor told them that they should not eat of the most holy things until a priest stood up with Urim and Thummim.

全会众共有四万二千三百六十名。
The whole assembly together was forty-two thousand three hundred sixty,

此外，还有他们的仆婢七千三百三十七名，又有歌唱的男女二百名。
Besides their male servants and their female servants, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred thirty-seven; and they had two hundred male singers and female singers.

他们有马七百三十六匹，骡二百四十五匹，
Their horses were seven hundred thirty-six; their mules, two hundred forty-five;

骆驼四百三十五只，驴六千七百二十匹。
Their camels, four hundred thirty-five; their donkeys, six thousand seven hundred twenty.

有些宗族的首领到了耶路撒冷耶和华殿的地方，便为神的殿甘心献上礼物，要在原址把殿重新建立起来。
And some of the heads of fathers' houses, when they came to the house of Jehovah, which is in Jerusalem, offered willingly for the house of God to restore it on its foundation.

他们按力量捐入工程库的有金子六万一千达利克，银子五千弥拿，并祭司的礼服一百件。
They gave to the treasury of the work, according to their ability, sixty-one thousand darics of gold and five thousand minas of silver and one hundred priestly garments.

于是祭司、利未人、民中的一些人、歌唱的、守门的、殿役并以色列众人，都住在自己的城里。
So the priests and the Levites and some of the people and the singers and the gatekeepers and the temple servants dwelt in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.
