A Song; a Psalm of Asaph
亚萨的诗，一首歌。 O God, do not keep silent; / Do not be quiet, and do not be still, O God.
神啊，求你不要静默；神啊，求你不要闭口，也不要不作声； For, behold, Your enemies are in tumult, / And those who hate You lift up their heads.
因为看哪，你的仇敌喧嚷；恨你的抬起头来。 They devise crafty counsel against Your people, / And conspire against Your hidden ones.
他们同谋奸诈要害你的百姓，彼此商议要害你所隐藏的人。 They have said, Come and let us destroy them from being a nation, / That the name of Israel may no longer be remembered.
他们说，来吧，我们将他们除灭，使他们不再成国，使以色列的名不再被人记念。 For they have conspired together with one heart; / It is against You that they have made an alliance:
他们同心商议，彼此结盟，要抵挡你； The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, / Moab and the Hagarites,
就是以东帐棚的人和以实玛利人，摩押人和夏甲人， Gebal and Ammon and Amalek, / Philistia along with the inhabitants of Tyre;
迦巴勒、亚扪和亚玛力，非利士同推罗的居民； Assyria is also joined with them; / They have been a help to the children of Lot. Selah
亚述也与他们联合；他们作了罗得子孙的帮手。〔细拉〕 Do with them as with Midian, / As with Sisera and Jabin, at the brook Kishon:
求你待他们如待米甸，如在基顺河待西西拉和耶宾一样： They were destroyed at Endor; / They became dung for the earth.
他们在隐多珥灭亡，成了地上的粪土。 Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, / And all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,
求你叫他们的贵胄像俄立和西伊伯，叫他们的首领都像西巴和撒慕拿； Who said, Let us possess for ourselves / The habitations of God.
这些人曾说，我们要得神的住处，作为自己的产业。 O my God, make them like a tumbleweed, / Like stubble before the wind.
我的神啊，求你叫他们像随风滚转的草，像风前的碎秸。 Like fire that burns a forest / And like a flame that sets mountains on fire,
火怎样焚烧树林，火焰怎样烧着山岭， So pursue them with Your tempest, / And terrify them with Your storm.
求你也照样用你的狂风追赶他们，用你的暴雨恐吓他们。 Fill their faces with shame, / That they may seek Your name, O Jehovah.
耶和华啊，愿你使他们满面羞愧，好叫他们寻求你的名。 May they be ashamed and dismayed forever, / And may they be confounded and perish;
愿他们永远羞愧惊惶，愿他们抱愧灭亡； That they may know that You alone, whose name is Jehovah, / Are the Most High over all the earth.
使他们知道惟独你名为耶和华的，是管理全地的至高者。 |
