And when He came down from the mountain, great crowds followed Him.
耶稣下了山，有好多群众跟着祂。

And behold, a leper, coming near, worshipped Him, saying, Lord, if You are willing, You can cleanse me.
看哪，有一个患麻风的人前来拜祂，说，主啊，你若肯，必能叫我洁净了。

And stretching out His hand, He touched him, saying, I am willing; be cleansed! And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
耶稣伸手摸他，说，我肯，你洁净了吧。他的麻风立刻洁净了。

And Jesus said to him, See that you tell no one; but go, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift which Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.
耶稣对他说，你要当心，不可告诉人，只要去把身体给祭司察看，并且献上摩西所规定的礼物，对他们作证据。

And when He entered into Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, beseeching Him
耶稣进了迦百农，有一个百夫长到祂跟前来，恳求祂说，

And saying, Lord, my servant is lying in the house paralyzed, terribly tormented.
主啊，我的仆人瘫痪了，躺在家里，极感痛苦。

And He said to him, I will come and heal him.
耶稣对他说，我去治好他。

But the centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not fit for You to enter under my roof; but only speak a word, and my servant will be healed.
百夫长回答说，主啊，我不配你到舍下来，只要你说一句话，我的仆人就必得医治。

For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, Go, and he goes; and to another, Come, and he comes; and to my slave, Do this, and he does it.
因为我也是一个在权柄之下的人，有兵在我以下；我对这个说，去，他就去；对那个说，来，他就来；对我的奴仆说，作这事，他就作。

Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled and said to those who followed, Truly I say to you, With no one in Israel have I found such great faith.
耶稣听见，就希奇，对跟从的人说，我实在告诉你们，这样大的信心，我在以色列中，没有遇见人有过。

But I say to you that many will come from the east and the west and will recline at table with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of the heavens,
我又告诉你们，从东从西，将有许多人要来，在诸天的国里与亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各一同坐席。

But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness. In that place there will be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
但国度之子要被扔在外面黑暗里，在那里必要哀哭切齿了。

And Jesus said to the centurion, Go; as you have believed, so be it done to you. And his servant was healed in that hour.
耶稣对百夫长说，去吧，照你所信的，给你成就了。他的仆人就在那时得了医治。

And Jesus, coming into Peter's house, saw his mother-in-law lying down and in a fever.
耶稣到了彼得家里，见他的岳母发烧躺着。

And He touched her hand, and the fever left her. And she arose and served Him.
耶稣摸她的手，烧就退了；她便起来服事耶稣。

And when evening fell, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed, and He cast out the spirits with a word, and all those who were ill He healed,
到了黄昏，有人带着许多鬼附的到祂跟前，祂用一句话赶出那些灵，并且治好了一切患病的人。

So that what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, saying, “He Himself took away our infirmities and bore our diseases.”
这是要应验那借着申言者以赛亚所说的，说，“祂亲自取去了我们的软弱，担当了我们的疾病。”

And Jehovah visited Sarah as He had said, and Jehovah did to Sarah as He had promised.
耶和华按先前的话眷顾撒拉，便照祂所应许的给撒拉成就。

And Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the appointed time of which God had spoken to him.
当亚伯拉罕年老的时候，撒拉怀了孕；到神和亚伯拉罕约定的日期，就给亚伯拉罕生了一个儿子。

And Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him, whom Sarah bore to him, Isaac.
亚伯拉罕为撒拉给他生的儿子起名叫以撒。

And Abraham circumcised Isaac his son when he was eight days old, as God had commanded him.
以撒生下来第八日，亚伯拉罕照着神所吩咐的，给他的儿子以撒行了割礼。

And Abraham was a hundred years old when Isaac his son was born to him.
他儿子以撒出生的时候，亚伯拉罕年一百岁。

And Sarah said, God has made me laugh; everyone who hears will laugh with me.
撒拉说，神使我欢笑，凡听见的必与我一同欢笑；

And she said, Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have borne him a son in his old age.
又说，谁能预先对亚伯拉罕说，撒拉要乳养儿女呢？然而在他年老的时候，我竟给他生了一个儿子。

And the child grew and was weaned. And Abraham made a great feast on the day that Isaac was weaned.
孩子渐长，就断了奶。以撒断奶的日子，亚伯拉罕设摆盛大的筵席。

And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had borne to Abraham, mocking.
当时，撒拉看见埃及人夏甲给亚伯拉罕所生的儿子戏笑，

So she said to Abraham, Cast out this maidservant and her son, for the son of this maidservant shall not inherit with my son Isaac.
就对亚伯拉罕说，你把这使女和她儿子赶出去，因为这使女的儿子不可与我的儿子以撒，一同承受产业。

And the matter displeased Abraham greatly on account of his son.
亚伯拉罕因他儿子的缘故甚是愁烦。

And God said to Abraham, Do not be displeased on account of the boy and on account of your maidservant. Whatever Sarah says to you, listen to her voice, for in Isaac shall your seed be called.
神对亚伯拉罕说，你不必为这童子和你的使女愁烦。凡撒拉对你说的话，你都要听；因为从以撒生的，才要称为你的后裔。

And of the son of the maidservant I will also make a nation, because he is your seed.
至于使女的儿子，我也必使他成为一国，因为他是你的后裔。

And Abraham rose up early in the morning and took bread and a waterskin full of water and gave them to Hagar, putting them on her shoulder, and gave her the child and sent her away. And she departed and wandered in the wilderness of Beer-sheba.
亚伯拉罕清早起来，拿饼和一皮袋水，给了夏甲，搭在她的肩上，又把孩子交给她，打发她走。夏甲就走了，在别是巴的旷野走迷了路。

When the water in the waterskin was finished, she cast the child under one of the bushes.
皮袋的水用尽了，夏甲就把孩子撇在一棵小树下，

And she went and sat herself down opposite him, a fair distance away, about a bowshot away, for she said, Do not let me look upon the death of the child. And as she sat opposite him, she lifted up her voice and wept.
自己走开约有一箭之远，相对而坐，说，我不忍见孩子死，就相对而坐，放声大哭。

And God heard the voice of the boy. And the Angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven and said to her, What troubles you, Hagar? Do not be afraid, for God has heard the voice of the boy where he is.
神听见童子的声音；神的使者从天上呼叫夏甲说，夏甲，你怎么了？不要害怕，神已经听见童子的声音了。

Rise up; lift up the boy, and hold him with your hand, for I will make of him a great nation.
起来，把童子扶起来牵着；我必使他成为大国。

And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water. And she went and filled the waterskin with water and gave the boy a drink.
神开了夏甲的眼睛，她就看见一口水井，便去将皮袋盛满了水，给童子喝。

And God was with the boy, and he grew. And he dwelt in the wilderness and became an archer.
神与童子同在，他就渐长，住在旷野，成了弓箭手。

And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran. And his mother took a wife for him from the land of Egypt.
他住在巴兰的旷野；他母亲从埃及地给他娶了一个妻子。

And at that time Abimelech and Phicol the captain of his army spoke to Abraham, saying, God is with you in all that you do.
当那时候，亚比米勒同他军长非各对亚伯拉罕说，在你所作的一切事上，神都与你同在。

Now therefore swear to me here by God that you will not deal falsely with me or with my offspring or with my posterity. According to the kindness that I have shown to you, you shall do to me and to the land in which you have sojourned.
我愿你如今在这里指着神对我起誓，不要以诡诈待我与我的子孙后代。我怎样以恩慈待你，你也要照样待我，与你所寄居这地的民。

And Abraham said, I swear it.
亚伯拉罕说，我愿意起誓。

And Abraham confronted Abimelech concerning the well of water which Abimelech's servants had taken by force.
从前，亚比米勒的仆人霸占了一口水井，亚伯拉罕为这事指责亚比米勒。

And Abimelech said, I do not know who has done this thing; and you did not tell me about it, nor have I even heard of it until today.
亚比米勒说，谁作这事，我不知道；你也没有告诉我，今日我才听见了。

And Abraham took sheep and oxen and gave them to Abimelech. And the two of them made a covenant.
亚伯拉罕把羊和牛给了亚比米勒，二人就彼此立约。

And Abraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock by themselves.
亚伯拉罕把羊群中的七只母羊羔，另放在一处。

And Abimelech said to Abraham, What is the meaning of these seven ewe lambs which you have set by themselves?
亚比米勒问亚伯拉罕说，你把这七只母羊羔另放在一处，是什么意思？

And he said, These seven ewe lambs you shall take from my hand, that it may be a witness for me that I dug this well.
他说，你要从我手里接受这七只母羊羔，作我挖这口井的证据。

Therefore he called that place Beer-sheba, because there the two of them swore an oath.
所以他称那地方为别是巴，因为他们二人在那里起了誓。

So they made a covenant at Beer-sheba; and Abimelech rose up with Phicol the captain of his host, and they returned into the land of the Philistines.
他们在别是巴立了约。亚比米勒就同他军长非各起身，回非利士人的地去了。

And Abraham planted a tamarisk tree in Beer-sheba, and there he called on the name of Jehovah, the Eternal God.
亚伯拉罕在别是巴栽了一棵垂丝柳树，又在那里呼求耶和华永远之神的名。

And Abraham sojourned in the land of the Philistines many days.
亚伯拉罕在非利士人的地寄居了多日。

Now after these things God tested Abraham and said to him, Abraham. And he said, Here I am.
这些事以后，神试验亚伯拉罕，对他说，亚伯拉罕。他说，我在这里。

And He said, Take now your son, your only son, whom you love, Isaac, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I will tell you.
神说，你带着你的儿子，就是你独生的儿子，你所爱的以撒，往摩利亚地去，在我所要指示你的山上，把他献为燔祭。

And Abraham rose early in the morning and saddled his donkey and took two of his young men with him and Isaac his son. And he split the wood for the burnt offering and rose up and went to the place of which God had told him.
亚伯拉罕清早起来，备上驴，带着两个仆人和他儿子以撒，也劈好了燔祭的柴，就起身往神所指示他的地方去。

On the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes and saw the place from afar.
到了第三日，亚伯拉罕举目远远地看见那地方。

And Abraham said to his young men, Stay here with the donkey; and I and the boy will go over there, and we will worship, and then we will return to you.
亚伯拉罕对他的仆人说，你们和驴在这里等着，我与童子往那里去敬拜，然后回到你们这里来。

And Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and laid it upon Isaac his son. And he took in his hand the fire and the knife. And the two of them walked together.
亚伯拉罕把燔祭的柴放在他儿子以撒身上，自己手里拿着火与刀；于是二人同行。

And Isaac spoke to Abraham his father and said, My father! And he said, Here I am, my son. And he said, The fire and the wood are here, but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
以撒对他父亲亚伯拉罕说，父亲哪。亚伯拉罕说，我儿，我在这里。以撒说，请看，火与柴都有了，但燔祭的羊羔在哪里？

And Abraham said, God Himself will provide the lamb for a burnt offering, my son. So the two of them walked on together.
亚伯拉罕说，我儿，神必自己预备作燔祭的羊羔。于是二人同行。

And they came to the place of which God had told him. And Abraham built the altar there and laid the wood in order and bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar on top of the wood.
他们到了神所指示的地方，亚伯拉罕在那里筑坛，把柴摆好，就捆绑他的儿子以撒，放在坛的柴上。

And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slaughter his son.
亚伯拉罕伸手拿刀，要杀他的儿子。

And the Angel of Jehovah called to him from the heavens and said, Abraham, Abraham. And he said, Here I am.
耶和华的使者从天上呼叫他说，亚伯拉罕！亚伯拉罕！他说，我在这里。

And He said, Do not stretch out your hand upon the boy, nor do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.
使者说，你不可在这童子身上下手，一点不可害他。现在我知道你是敬畏神的了，因为你没有将你的儿子，就是你独生的儿子，留下不给我。

And Abraham lifted up his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram, caught in the thicket by its horns. And Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up for a burnt offering in place of his son.
亚伯拉罕举目观看，不料，在他后面有一只公羊，两角扣在树丛中，亚伯拉罕就去取了那只公羊来，献为燔祭，代替他的儿子。

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah-jireh, as it is said to this day, On the mount of Jehovah it will be provided.
亚伯拉罕给那地方起名叫耶和华以勒，直到今日人还说，在耶和华的山上必有预备。

And the Angel of Jehovah called to Abraham a second time from the heavens
耶和华的使者第二次从天上呼叫亚伯拉罕，说，

And said, By Myself I have sworn, declares Jehovah: Because you have done this thing and have not withheld your son, your only son,
耶和华宣示说，你既行了这事，不留下你的儿子，就是你独生的儿子，我指着自己起誓：

I will surely bless you and will greatly multiply your seed like the stars of the heavens and like the sand which is on the seashore; and your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies.
论福，我必赐福给你；论繁增，我必使你的后裔繁增，如同天上的星，海边的沙；你的后裔必得着仇敌的城门；

And in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.
并且地上万国，都必因你的后裔得福；因为你听从了我的话。

So Abraham returned to his young men, and they rose up and went together to Beer-sheba. And Abraham dwelt in Beer-sheba.
于是亚伯拉罕回到他仆人那里，他们一同起身往别是巴去，亚伯拉罕就住在别是巴。

And after these things it was told Abraham, saying, Milcah has now also borne children to your brother Nahor:
这些事以后，有人告诉亚伯拉罕说，密迦给你兄弟拿鹤生了几个儿子，

Uz his firstborn and Buz his brother and Kemuel the father of Aram
长子是乌斯，他的弟弟是布斯、亚兰的父亲基母利、

And Chesed and Hazo and Pildash and Jidlaph and Bethuel;
并基薛、哈琐、必达、益拉、彼土利。

And Bethuel begot Rebekah. These eight Milcah bore to Nahor, Abraham's brother.
彼土利生利百加，这八个人都是密迦给亚伯拉罕的兄弟拿鹤生的。

And his concubine, whose name was Reumah, also bore Tebah and Gaham and Tahash and Maacah.
拿鹤的妾名叫流玛，生了提八、迦含、他辖和玛迦。

And the life of Sarah was one hundred twenty-seven years. These were the years of the life of Sarah.
撒拉享寿一百二十七岁，这是撒拉一生的岁数。

And Sarah died in Kiriath-arba (that is, Hebron) in the land of Canaan. And Abraham proceeded to mourn for Sarah and to weep for her.
撒拉死在迦南地的基列亚巴，就是希伯仑。亚伯拉罕为她哀恸哭号。

Then Abraham rose up from before his dead wife and spoke to the children of Heth, saying,
后来亚伯拉罕从死人面前起来，对赫人说，

I am a stranger and a sojourner among you. Give me the possession of a burial place among you that I may bury my dead wife out of my sight.
我在你们中间是外人，是寄居的，求你们让我在这里得着一块坟地，我好埋葬我的死人，使她不在我眼前。

And the children of Heth answered Abraham, saying to him,
赫人回答亚伯拉罕说，

Hear us, my lord. You are a prince of God in our midst. In the choicest of our burial places bury your dead wife. None of us will withhold from you his burial place for burying your dead wife.
我主请听，你在我们中间是神的王子，只管在我们最好的坟地埋葬你的死人；我们没有一人不容你在他的坟地埋葬你的死人。

And Abraham rose up and bowed down to the people of the land, to the children of Heth.
亚伯拉罕就起来，向那地的赫人下拜，

And he spoke with them, saying, If it is your desire that I should bury my dead wife out of my sight, hear me, and entreat Ephron the son of Zohar for me,
对他们说，你们若有意叫我埋葬我的死人，使她不在我眼前，就请听我的话，为我求琐辖的儿子以弗仑，

That he would give me the cave of Machpelah, which is his and which is at the end of his field. For the full price let him give it to me in your midst for the possession of a burial place.
把他田地尽头那麦比拉洞给我；他可以按着足价卖给我，使我在你们中间得着一块坟地。

Now Ephron was sitting in the midst of the children of Heth. And Ephron the Hittite answered Abraham in the hearing of the children of Heth, in the hearing of all who went in at the gate of his city, saying,
当时以弗仑正坐在赫人中间。于是，赫人以弗仑在出入城门的赫人面前回答亚伯拉罕说，

No, my lord, hear me. I give you the field and the cave that is in it; to you I give it. In the presence of the children of my people I give it to you; bury your dead wife.
不然，我主请听，我送给你这块田，连田间的洞也送给你，在我同族的人面前都给你，可以埋葬你的死人。

And Abraham bowed down before the people of the land.
亚伯拉罕就在那地的人面前下拜，

And he spoke to Ephron in the hearing of the people of the land, saying, But if you will, please hear me; I will give the price of the field. Take it from me, that I may bury my dead wife there.
在他们面前对以弗仑说，你若应允，请听我的话，我要把田价给你，求你收下，使我可以在那里埋葬我的死人。

And Ephron answered Abraham, saying to him,
以弗仑回答亚伯拉罕说，

My lord, listen to me. A piece of land worth four hundred shekels of silver, what is that between me and you? Therefore bury your dead wife.
我主请听。值四百舍客勒银子的一块地，在你我中间还算什么呢？只管埋葬你的死人吧。

And Abraham listened to Ephron, and Abraham weighed out to Ephron the silver which he had named in the hearing of the children of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, current with the merchant.
亚伯拉罕听从了以弗仑，照着他在赫人面前所提说的，把买卖通用的银子称了四百舍客勒给以弗仑。

So the field of Ephron, which was in Machpelah and which was before Mamre, the field and the cave which was in it and all the trees that were in the field, which were in all its territory, were assured
于是，在幔利前的麦比拉，以弗仑的那块田和其中的洞，并田间四围的树木，

To Abraham for a possession in the presence of the children of Heth, in the presence of all who went in at the gate of his city.
都定准归与亚伯拉罕为业，乃是他在出入城门的赫人面前买妥的。

And after this, Abraham buried Sarah his wife in the cave of the field of Machpelah before Mamre (that is, Hebron) in the land of Canaan.
此后，亚伯拉罕把他妻子撒拉埋葬在迦南地幔利前，麦比拉田间的洞里（幔利就是希伯仑）。

And the field and the cave that is in it were assured to Abraham for the possession of a burial place from the children of Heth.
从此，那块田和田间的洞，就定准从赫人归与亚伯拉罕为业，作坟地。
