To Timothy, beloved child: Grace, mercy, peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.
写信给我亲爱的孩子提摩太：愿恩典、怜悯、平安，从父神和我们的主基督耶稣归与你。

I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers in a pure conscience, while unceasingly I have remembrance concerning you in my petitions night and day,
我感谢神，就是我接续祖先，用清洁的良心所事奉的神，昼夜祈求的时候，不住地提到你，

Longing to see you, remembering your tears, that I may be filled with joy;
记念你的眼泪，渴望见你，好叫我充满喜乐；

Having been reminded of the unfeigned faith in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded dwells also in you.
记得你里面无伪的信心，就是先在你外祖母罗以，和你母亲友尼基里面的，我深信也在你里面。

For which cause I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.
为这缘故，我提醒你，将那借我按手，在你里面神的恩赐，再如火挑旺起来。

For God has not given us a spirit of cowardice, but of power and of love and of sobermindedness.
因为神赐给我们的，不是胆怯的灵，乃是能力、爱并清明自守的灵。

Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord nor of me His prisoner; but suffer evil with the gospel according to the power of God;
所以你不要以给我们的主作见证为耻，也不要以我这主的囚犯为耻；总要按神的能力，与福音同受苦难。

Who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before the times of the ages
神救了我们，以圣召召了我们，不是按我们的行为，乃是按祂自己的定旨和恩典；这恩典是历世之前，在基督耶稣里赐给我们的，

But now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who nullified death and brought life and incorruption to light through the gospel,
但如今借着我们救主基督耶稣的显现，才显明出来。祂已经把死废掉，借着福音将生命和不朽坏照耀出来；

For which I was appointed a herald and an apostle and a teacher.
我为这福音被派作传扬者，作使徒，作教师。

For which cause also I suffer these things; but I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that He is able to guard my deposit unto that day.
为这缘故，我也受这些苦难；然而我不以为耻，因为知道我所信的是谁，也深信祂能保守我所托付的，直到那日。

Hold a pattern of the healthy words that you have heard from me, in the faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.
你从我听的那健康话语的规范，要用基督耶稣里的信和爱持守着。

Guard the good deposit through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us.
你要借着那住在我们里面的圣灵，保守那美好的托付。

This you know, that all who are in Asia turned away from me, of whom are Phygelus and Hermogenes.
你知道所有在亚西亚的人都离弃了我，其中有腓吉路和黑摩其尼。

May the Lord grant mercy to the house of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshed me and was not ashamed of my chain;
愿主怜悯阿尼色弗一家，因他屡次使我舒爽，且不以我的锁链为耻；

But being in Rome, he sought me out diligently and found me.
反倒在罗马的时候，殷勤地寻找我，并且找着了。

May the Lord grant him to find mercy from the Lord in that day. And in how many things he served me in Ephesus, you know best.
愿主使他在那日从主得着怜悯。他在以弗所怎样多方地服事我，你知道得最清楚。

Concerning the prophets: My heart is broken within me; / All my bones fail. / I have become like a man who is drunk, / Even like a mighty man who is overcome by wine, / Because of Jehovah / And because of the words of His holiness.
论到那些申言者，我的心在我里面忧伤，我的骨头都发颤；因耶和华和祂的圣言，我像醉酒的人，像被酒所胜的人。

For the land is full of adulterers; / For the land mourns because of the curse. / The pastures of the wilderness are dried up, / And the course they run is evil, / And their might is not right.
这地满了行淫的人；因受咒诅，这地就悲哀，旷野的草场都枯干了；他们所跑的道路是恶的，他们的勇力是不正的。

For both the prophet and the priest are profane; / Even in My house I have found their wickedness, / Declares Jehovah.
连申言者和祭司都是亵渎的，甚至在我殿中我也看见他们的恶；这是耶和华说的。

Therefore their way will become like slippery paths for them; / In the darkness they will be driven and will fall in it; / For I will bring evil on them / In the year of their punishment, declares Jehovah.
因此，他们的道路必像黑暗中的滑地；他们必被赶逐，在这路中仆倒；因为当追讨之年，我必使灾祸临到他们；这是耶和华说的。

And in the prophets of Samaria / I have seen an offensive thing: / They prophesied by Baal / And led My people Israel astray.
我在撒玛利亚的申言者中曾见可厌的事：他们借巴力说预言，使我的百姓以色列走岔了路。

And yet in the prophets of Jerusalem / I have seen a horrible thing: / The committing of adultery and walking in falsehood; / And they strengthen the hands of evildoers, / So that none turn / From their wickedness. / All of them have become to Me like Sodom / And her inhabitants like Gomorrah.
我在耶路撒冷的申言者中曾见可怖的事：他们行奸淫，行事虚假；又坚固作恶之人的手，以致无人回头离开他的恶。他们在我面前都像所多玛，耶路撒冷的居民都像蛾摩拉。

Therefore thus says Jehovah of hosts concerning the prophets: / I will feed them with wormwood / And give them poisonous water to drink, / For profaneness has gone forth / From the prophets of Jerusalem into all the land.
所以万军之耶和华论到申言者如此说，我必将茵陈给他们吃，又将苦毒的水给他们喝，因为亵渎的事出于耶路撒冷的申言者，已经遍及全地。

Thus says Jehovah of hosts, / Do not listen to the words of the prophets who are prophesying to you; / They are leading you to vanity; / They speak a vision of their own heart, / Not out of the mouth of Jehovah.
万军之耶和华如此说，这些申言者向你们说预言，你们不要听他们的话；他们把你们引到虚空，所说的异象，是出于自己的心，不是出于耶和华的口。

They say continually to those who despise Me, / Jehovah has spoken, You will have peace; / And to everyone who walks in the stubbornness of his own heart, / They say, Evil will not come upon you.
他们常对藐视我的人说，耶和华说，你们必享平安；又对一切按自己顽梗之心而行的人说，必没有灾祸临到你们。

For who has stood in the council of Jehovah, / That he should perceive and hear His word? / Who has given heed to His word and listened?
有谁站在耶和华的议会中，得以看见并听见祂的话呢？有谁留心听祂的话呢？

Look, the storm wind of Jehovah! Wrath has gone forth, / Even a whirling tempest; / It will whirl down on the head of the wicked.
看哪，耶和华的暴风！祂的忿怒已经发出，是急旋的暴风，必转到恶人的头上。

The anger of Jehovah will not turn back / Until He has executed and until He has accomplished / The purposes of His heart; / In the last days / You will understand it clearly.
耶和华的怒气必不转回，直到祂心中的定旨都施行了，成就了；在末后的日子，你们要全然明白。

I did not send the prophets, / But they ran forth; / I did not speak to them, / Yet they prophesied.
我没有打发那些申言者，他们竟自奔跑；我没有对他们说话，他们竟自预言。

But if they had stood in My council / And had caused My people to hear My words, / They would have turned them from their evil way / And from the evil of their deeds.
他们若曾站在我的议会中，并使我的百姓听我的话，就必使他们回头离开恶道，和他们所行的恶。

Am I a God who is near, declares Jehovah, / And not a God who is far off?
耶和华说，我岂是近处的神么？不也是远处的神么？

Can a man hide himself in secret places, / So that I will not see him? declares Jehovah. / Do I not fill the heavens and the earth? / Declares Jehovah.
耶和华说，人岂能在隐密处藏身，使我看不见他呢？耶和华说，我岂不充满天地么？

I have heard what the prophets say, who prophesy falsehood in My name, saying, I have dreamed; I have dreamed.
我已听见那些申言者所说的，就是托我名说的假预言，说，我作了梦，我作了梦。

How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy falsehood and who are prophets of the deceit of their own heart,
说假预言的申言者，就是申述自己心中诡诈的申言者，他们这样存心要到几时呢？

Who think to cause My people to forget My name with their dreams which they tell, each one to his neighbor, even as their fathers forgot My name because of Baal?
他们各人将自己的梦对邻舍述说，想要使我的百姓忘记我的名，正如他们列祖因巴力忘记我的名一样。

The prophet who has a dream, let him tell the dream; and he with whom is My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What is the straw to the grain? declares Jehovah.
得梦的申言者，可以述说那梦；得我话的人，可以忠诚地讲说我的话。禾秆怎能与麦粒相比呢？这是耶和华说的。

Is not My word thus — like fire, declares Jehovah, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
耶和华说，我的话岂不是像火，又像能打碎磐石的大锤么？

Therefore indeed, I am against the prophets, declares Jehovah, who steal My words, each one from his neighbor.
耶和华说，那些申言者，各从邻舍偷窃我的言语，因此我必与他们反对。

Indeed, I am against the prophets, declares Jehovah, who use their tongues and declare, He has declared.
耶和华说，那些申言者用舌头说是耶和华说的；我必与他们反对。

Indeed, I am against those who prophesy false dreams, declares Jehovah, and who tell them and lead My people astray by their lies and by their recklessness, although I did not send them or command them; neither do they profit this people at all, declares Jehovah.
耶和华说，那些以假梦为预言，又述说这些梦，以谎言和谬语使我百姓走岔了路的，我必与他们反对；我没有打发他们，也没有吩咐他们；他们与这百姓毫无益处；这是耶和华说的。

And when this people or the prophet or priest asks you, saying, What is the burden of Jehovah? then you shall say to them, What burden? I will even cast you off, declares Jehovah.
无论是这百姓，是申言者，是祭司，问你说，耶和华的负担是什么？你就要对他们说，什么负担？耶和华说，我要丢弃你们。

And as for the prophet and the priest and the people who say, The burden of Jehovah, I will punish that man and his household.
无论是申言者，是祭司，是百姓，讲说耶和华的负担，我必刑罚那人和他的家。

Thus you shall say every one to his neighbor and every one to his brother, What has Jehovah answered? or, What has Jehovah spoken?
你们各人要对邻舍，各人要对弟兄如此说，耶和华回答了什么？耶和华说了什么呢？

And you shall mention no more the burden of Jehovah, for every man's word will be his own burden; for you have perverted the words of the living God, Jehovah of hosts, our God.
你们不可再提耶和华的负担，各人所说的话必作自己的负担；因为你们扭曲了活神万军之耶和华我们神的言语。

Thus you shall say to the prophet, What has Jehovah answered you? or, What has Jehovah spoken?
你们要对申言者如此说，耶和华回答了你什么，耶和华说了什么呢？

But if you say, The burden of Jehovah, therefore thus says Jehovah, Because you have said this word, The burden of Jehovah, and I have sent to you, saying, You shall not say, The burden of Jehovah,
你们若说耶和华的负担，耶和华就如此说，因你们说耶和华的负担这句话，我也打发人到你们那里去，说，你们不可说耶和华的负担，

Therefore, I will utterly forget you and cast away from My presence you and the city which I gave to you and to your fathers.
所以我必全然忘记你们，将你们和我所赐给你们并你们列祖的城，从我面前抛弃。

And I will bring upon you eternal reproach and eternal humiliation, which will not be forgotten.
我必使永远的凌辱和永远的羞耻，临到你们，是不能忘记的。

Jehovah showed me, and there were two baskets of figs placed before the temple of Jehovah, after Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon had exiled Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, the king of Judah, and the princes of Judah and the craftsmen and the smiths from Jerusalem and had brought them to Babylon.
巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒，将犹大王约雅敬的儿子耶哥尼雅，和犹大的首领，并工匠、铁匠，从耶路撒冷迁徙出去，带到巴比伦；这事以后，耶和华指给我看，有两筐无花果，放在耶和华的殿前。

One basket had very good figs, like first ripe figs, but the other basket had very bad figs, which could not be eaten because of their rottenness.
一筐是极好的无花果，好像是初熟的；一筐是极坏的无花果，坏得不可吃。

And Jehovah said to me, What do you see, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs. The good figs are very good; the bad figs are very bad, which cannot be eaten because of their rottenness.
耶和华问我说，耶利米，你看见什么？我说，我看见无花果，好的无花果极好，坏的极坏，坏得不可吃。

Then the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
于是耶和华的话临到我，说，

Thus says Jehovah the God of Israel, Like these good figs, so I will regard those who are exiled of Judah, whom I have sent from this place to the land of the Chaldeans, for good.
耶和华以色列的神如此说，被迁徙的犹大人，就是我打发离开这地到迦勒底人之地去的，我必看他们如这些好无花果，使他们得好处。

And I will set My eyes upon them for good and will bring them back to this land and build them up and not tear them down, and I will plant them and not uproot them.
我要向他们定住眼目，使他们得好处，领他们归回这地，也要建立他们并不拆毁，栽植他们并不拔出。

And I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am Jehovah; and they will be My people, and I will be their God; for they will return to Me with their whole heart.
我要赐他们认识我的心，知道我是耶和华；他们要作我的子民，我要作他们的神；因为他们要全心归向我。

And like the bad figs that cannot be eaten because of their rottenness, thus says Jehovah, so I will make Zedekiah, the king of Judah, and his princes and the remnant of Jerusalem who remain in this land and those who dwell in the land of Egypt —
耶和华如此说，我必使犹大王西底家和他的首领，以及耶路撒冷的余民，无论是剩在这地的，或是住在埃及地的，都像那极坏，坏得不可吃的无花果。

I will even make them a terror to all the kingdoms of the earth for evil, to be a reproach and a proverb and a byword and a curse in all the places where I will drive them.
我必使他们在地上万国中令人惊恐，使他们遭遇灾祸，在我赶逐他们到的各处，成为凌辱、笑谈、讥刺、咒诅。

And I will send sword and famine and pestilence upon them until they are consumed from the land which I gave to them and to their fathers.
我必使刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫临到他们，直到他们从我所赐给他们和他们列祖之地灭绝。
