大卫的上行之歌。
A Song of Ascents. Of David 人对我说，我们往耶和华的殿去，我就欢喜。
I rejoiced when they said to me, / Let us go to the house of Jehovah. 耶路撒冷啊，我们的脚，站在你的门内。
Our feet are standing / Within your gates, O Jerusalem. 耶路撒冷被建造，如同连络整齐的一座城；
Jerusalem has been built as a city / That has been compacted together; 众支派，就是耶和华的支派，上那里去，作以色列的见证，称谢耶和华的名。
To which the tribes go up, / The tribes of Jehovah — / A testimony for Israel — / To give thanks to the name of Jehovah. 因为在那里设立了审判的宝座，就是大卫家的宝座。
For there thrones are set for judgment, / Thrones of the house of David. 你们要为耶路撒冷求平安。耶路撒冷啊，爱你的人必然兴旺。
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. / Those who love you will prosper. 愿你城中平安，愿你宫内兴旺。
Peace be within your bulwarks, / And prosperity within your citadels. 因我弟兄和同伴的缘故，我要说，愿平安在你中间。
For my brothers' and companions' sake I will now say, / Peace be within you. 因耶和华我们神殿的缘故，我要为你求好处。
For the sake of the house of Jehovah our God / I will seek your good. |
