We also inform you that it shall not be lawful to impose tribute, taxes, or tolls upon any of the priests and Levites, the singers, gatekeepers, temple servants, or servants of this house of God.

Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.

And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God that is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges, who may judge all the people who are in the province beyond the River, all those who know the laws of your God; and teach anyone who does not know them.

And everyone who will not observe the law of your God and the law of the king, let judgment be executed upon him with all diligence, whether to death or to banishment or to confiscation of goods or to imprisonment.

上主我们祖先的天主，应受赞美，因为他感动了君王的心，决意光荣耶路撒冷上主的殿宇，

永恒主我们列祖的上帝是当受祝颂的，因为他将这样的意思放在王的心意中，使他去修饰那在耶路撒冷的永恒主之殿；

“雅威──我们列祖的神是应当称颂的！因祂使王起这心意．装饰雅威在耶路撒冷的殿，

בָּר֥וּךְ יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י אֲבֹותֵ֑ינוּ אֲשֶׁ֨ר נָתַ֤ן כָּזֹאת֙ בְּלֵ֣ב הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ לְפָאֵ֕ר אֶת־בֵּ֥ית יְהוָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֥רבִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃

Blessed be Jehovah, the God of our fathers, who has put such a thing as this into the king's heart, to beautify the house of Jehovah, which is in Jerusalem,

Praise be to the Lord , the God of our fathers, who has put it into the king's heart to bring honor to the house of the Lord in Jerusalem in this way
恢
祂又在王和谋士面前，并王一切大能的军长面前施慈爱与我。因耶和华我神的手帮助我，我就得以坚强，从以色列中招聚首领，与我一同上来。
和
又在王和谋士，并大能的军长面前施恩于我。因耶和华我神的手帮助我，我就得以坚强，从以色列中招聚首领，与我一同上来。”

又使我在王和谋士，以及王手下有权势的领袖面前蒙恩。因为耶和华我神的手帮助我，我就有勇气，召集以色列中一些首领，与我一同上来。”
思
使我在王和他的参谋前，以及在王所有的一切有权势的首长前，获得了宠幸。我因上主我天主的扶助，增加了勇气，遂召集以色列人的首领，与我一同起程。
吕
上帝又使我在王和众参谋跟王所有英勇军官面前恩宠。因为永恒主我的上帝的手帮助了我，我就壮胆；我便从以色列中选拔了首领、和我一同上来。
直
又在王和他的谋士…面前施恩给我。并王所有大能的军长．我因雅威──我神的手帮助我，就得以坚强，从以色列中招聚首领，跟我一同上来。

וְעָלַ֣י הִטָּה־חֶ֗סֶד לִפְנֵ֤י הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ֙ וְיֹֽועֲצָ֔יו וּלְכָל־שָׂרֵ֥י הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ הַגִּבֹּרִ֑ים וַאֲנִ֣י הִתְחַזַּ֗קְתִּיכְּיַד־יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהַי֙ עָלַ֔י וָאֶקְבְּצָ֧ה מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֛ל רָאשִׁ֖ים לַעֲלֹ֥ות עִמִּֽי׃ פ

And has extended lovingkindness to me before the king and his counselors, and before all the mighty officers of the king. And I was strengthened according to the hand of Jehovah my God upon me, and I gathered together out of Israel leading men to go up with me.

And hath extended mercy unto me before the king, and his counsellors, and before all the king's mighty princes. And I was strengthened as the hand of the LORD my God was upon me, and I gathered together out of Israel chief men to go up with me.

and unto me hath stretched out kindness before the king and his counsellors, and before all the mighty heads of the king: and I have strengthened myself as the hand of Jehovah my God is upon me, and I gather out of Israel heads to go up with me.

and who has extended his good favor to me before the king and his advisers and all the king's powerful officials. Because the hand of the Lord my God was on me, I took courage and gathered leading men from Israel to go up with me.
