我若能说人和天使的方言，却没有爱，我就成了鸣的锣、响的钹。

And if I dole out all my possessions to feed others, and if I deliver up my body that I may boast, but do not have love, I profit nothing.

Love suffers long. Love is kind; it is not jealous. Love does not brag and is not puffed up;

It does not behave unbecomingly and does not seek its own things; it is not provoked and does not take account of evil;

doth not act unseemly, doth not seek its own things, is not provoked, doth not impute evil,

It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

不因不义而欢乐，却与真理同欢乐；

不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；

不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理。

不以不义为乐，却与真理同乐：

不喜欢不义，只赞许真实；

不因不义欢喜，只因真理欢喜；

οὐ χαίρει ἐπὶ τῇ ἀδικίᾳ, συγχαίρει δὲ τῇ ἀληθείᾳ

It does not rejoice because of unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;

Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

does not rejoice at iniquity but rejoices with the truth,

rejoiceth not over the unrighteousness, and rejoiceth with the truth;

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。

all things it beareth, all it believeth, all it hopeth, all it endureth.

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

爱是永不败落；但申言终必归于无用，方言终必停止，知识也终必归于无用。

爱是永不止息。先知讲道之能终必归于无有，说方言之能终必停止，知识也终必归于无有。

爱是永存不息的。先知的讲道终必过去，方言终必停止，知识终必消失。

爱永存不朽，而先知之恩，终必消失；语言之恩，终必停止；知识之恩，终必消逝。

爱、永不废堕（或译：消失）；神言传讲的才呢、必废掉；卷舌头说话呢、必止息；知识呢、必废掉。

爱从不停下。不论说神话语的能力将被废止；不论灵语将停止；不论知识也将被废止。

Ἡ ἀγάπη οὐδέποτε πίπτει· εἴτε δὲ προφητεῖαι, καταργηθήσονται· εἴτε γλῶσσαι, παύσονται· εἴτε γνῶσις, καταργη­θήσεται.

Love never falls away. But whether prophecies, they will be rendered useless; or tongues, they will cease; or knowledge, it will be rendered useless.

Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

Love never fails; but whether prophecies, they shall be done away; or tongues, they shall cease; or knowledge, it shall be done away.

因为我们所知道的是局部的，所申言的也是局部的；

我们现在所知道的有限，先知所讲的也有限，

因为我们现在所知道的，只是局部的；我们作先知所讲的，也只是局部的；

我们一点一点地知道，一点一点地传讲神言；

因为我们知道一部分，我们讲神话语也一部分，

ἐκ μέρους γὰρ γινώσκομεν καὶ ἐκ μέρους προφητεύομεν·

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part;

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

for in part we know, and in part we prophecy;

For we know in part and we prophesy in part,

及至那完全的来到，这局部的就要归于无用了。

等那完全的来到，这有限的必归于无有了。

等那完全的来到，这部分的就要过去了。

及至那圆满的一来到，局部的就必要消逝。

那完全的一来到，这一点一点的就废掉了。

但当完全的来了，一部分的将被废止。

ὅταν δὲ ἔλθῃ τὸ τέλειον, τὸ ἐκ μέρους καταργηθήσεται.

But when that which is complete comes, that which is in part will be rendered useless.

But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

but when that which is perfect has come, that which is in part shall be done away.

and when that which is perfect may come, then that which is in part shall become useless.

but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.

我作孩童的时候，说话像孩童，思想像孩童，推究像孩童，既已成人，就把孩童的事废掉了。

我作孩子的时候，话语像孩子，心思像孩子，意念像孩子；既成了人，就把孩子的事丢弃了。

我作孩子的时候，说话像孩子，心思像孩子，想法像孩子，既然长大了，就把孩子的事都丢弃了。

当我是孩子的时候，说话像孩子，看事像孩子，思想像孩子；几时我一成了人，就把孩子的事丢弃了。

我做婴孩的时候，说话是婴孩，意念是婴孩，理论是婴孩。既长大成人，就把婴孩的事废掉了。

当我是孩子的时候，讲话如同孩子，心态如同孩子，思考如同孩子，当成为成人的时候，就废止了孩子的事。

ὅτε ἤμην νήπιος, ἐλάλουν ὡς νήπιος, ἐφρόνουν ὡς νήπιος, ἐλογιζόμην ὡς νήπιος· ὅτε γέγονα ἀνήρ, κατήργηκα τὰ τοῦ νηπίου.

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I thought as a child, I reasoned as a child; since I have become a man, I have done away with childish things.

When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a child, I reasoned as a child; when I became a man, I had done with what belonged to the child.

我们如今对着镜子观看，模糊不清，到那时就要面对面了。我如今所知道的是局部的，到那时就全知道，如同我全被知道一样。

我们如今仿佛对着镜子观看，模糊不清（“模糊不清”原文作“如同猜谜”），到那时，就要面对面了。我如今所知道的有限，到那时就全知道，如同主知道我一样。

我们现在是对着镜子观看，模糊不清，到那时就要面对面了。我现在所知道的只是一部分，到那时就完全知道了，好像主完全知道我一样。

我们现在是借着镜子观看，模糊不清，到那时，就要面对面的观看了。我现在所认识的，只是局部的，那时我就要全认清了，如同我全被认清一样。

我们现在对着镜子（古人的镜子是铜的）观看、在猜谜中；到那时就面对面了。我现在一点一点地认识；到那时就完全认识，如同完全被认识一样。

因为我们现在通过镜子观看，在谜之中，但那时面对面；现在我知道一部分，但那时我将完全知道，甚至如同我被知道一样。

βλέπομεν γὰρ ἄρτι δι᾽ ἐσόπτρου ἐν αἰνίγματι, τότε δὲ πρόσωπον πρὸς πρόσωπον· ἄρτι γινώσκω ἐκ μέρους, τότε δὲ ἐπιγνώσομαι καθὼς καὶ ἐπεγνώσθην.

For now we see in a mirror obscurely, but at that time face to face; now I know in part, but at that time I will fully know even as also I was fully known.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

如今常存的，有信、望、爱这三样，其中最大的是爱。

νυνὶ δὲ μένει πίστις, ἐλπίς, ἀγάπη, τὰ τρία ταῦτα· μείζων δὲ τούτων ἡ ἀγάπη.

Now there abide faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these is love.

And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
