Then the children of Israel again did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah. And they served the Baals and the Ashtaroth and the gods of Aram and the gods of Sidon and the gods of Moab and the gods of the children of Ammon and the gods of the Philistines, and they forsook Jehovah and did not serve Him.

וַֽיִּזְעֲקוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֶל־יְהוָ֖ה לֵאמֹ֑ר חָטָ֣אנוּ לָ֔ךְ וְכִ֤י עָזַ֨בְנוּ֙ אֶת־אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ וַֽנַּעֲבֹ֖דאֶת־הַבְּעָלִֽים׃ פ

Then the children of Israel cried out to Jehovah, saying, We have sinned against You, for we have forsaken our God and have served the Baals.

And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, saying, We have sinned against thee, both because we have forsaken our God, and also served Baalim.

雅威对以色列人说：“我岂没有(救你们)脱离埃及人、脱离亚摩利人、脱离亚扪人，和脱离非利士人吗？

וַ֥יֹּאמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל הֲלֹ֤א מִמִּצְרַ֨יִם֙ וּמִן־הָ֣אֱמֹרִ֔י וּמִן־בְּנֵ֥י עַמֹּ֖ון וּמִן־פְּלִשְׁתִּֽים׃

And Jehovah said to the children of Israel, Did I not save you from the Egyptians and from the Amorites and from the children of Ammon and from the Philistines?

And the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Did not I deliver you from the Egyptians, and from the Amorites, from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines?

But you forsook Me and served other gods; therefore I will not save you again.

你们去哀求你们所选择的众神；你们遭难的时候，让他们救你们吧。

你们去向你们拣选的神呼求吧！让他们在你们遭遇患难的时候拯救你们吧。”

去呼吁你们所选择的神吧！让他们在你们遭难时来拯救你们！”

你们去向你们所选择的神哀呼！让他在你们遭遇患难时拯救你们吧。”

你们去哀求．你们在他们当中所选择的神明吧！让它们在你们遭遇急难的时候救你们吧！

לְכ֗וּ וְזַֽעֲקוּ֙ אֶל־הָ֣אֱלֹהִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר בְּחַרְתֶּ֖ם בָּ֑ם הֵ֛מָּה יֹושִׁ֥יעוּ לָכֶ֖ם בְּעֵ֥ת צָרַתְכֶֽם׃

Go and cry out to the gods that you have chosen. Let them save you in the time of your distress.

Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let them deliver you in the time of your tribulation.

Go and cry to the gods that ye have chosen: let them save you in the time of your trouble.

Go and cry unto the gods on which ye have fixed; they -- they save you in the time of your adversity.'

Go and cry out to the gods you have chosen. Let them save you when you are in trouble!"

以色列人对雅威说：“我们犯罪了，照祢眼睛所看为好的一切待我们吧！但求祢今日拯救我们。”

וַיֹּאמְר֨וּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל אֶל־יְהוָה֙ חָטָ֔אנוּ עֲשֵׂה־אַתָּ֣ה לָ֔נוּ כְּכָל־הַטֹּ֖וב בְּעֵינֶ֑יךָ אַ֛ךְ הַצִּילֵ֥נוּנָ֖א הַיֹּ֥ום הַזֶּֽה׃

But the children of Israel said to Jehovah, We have sinned. You do with us according to all that is good in Your sight. Only deliver us this day, we pray.

And the children of Israel said unto the LORD, We have sinned: do thou unto us whatsoever seemeth good unto thee; deliver us only, we pray thee, this day.

以色列子民遂从他们中间除去外邦的神，而事奉上主；上主再不能容忍以色列受苦。

וַיָּסִ֜ירוּ אֶת־אֱלֹהֵ֤י הַנֵּכָר֙ מִקִּרְבָּ֔ם וַיַּעַבְד֖וּ אֶת־יְהוָ֑ה וַתִּקְצַ֥ר נַפְשֹׁ֖ו בַּעֲמַ֥ל יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ פ

And they removed the foreign gods from their midst and served Jehovah. And His soul could no longer bear Israel's misery.

基列的民和众首领彼此商议，说：“谁能先去攻打亚扪人，谁必作基列一切居民的领袖。”

基列的人民和众领袖彼此说：“谁先去攻打亚扪人，谁就可以作基列所有居民的首领。”

基肋阿得人民的首领彼此说：“谁开始攻打阿孟子民，谁就作全基肋阿得居民的首领。”

基列的人民、基列的首领、就彼此说：“哪一个能先去攻打亚扪人，那一个人就可以做基列一切居民的首领。”

基列的军兵，众首领彼此说：“什么人领先去攻打亚扪人，他必作基列一切居民的领袖。”

וַיֹּאמְר֨וּ הָעָ֜ם שָׂרֵ֤י גִלְעָד֙ אִ֣ישׁ אֶל־רֵעֵ֔הוּ מִ֣י הָאִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יָחֵ֔ל לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם בִּבְנֵ֣י עַמֹּ֑ון יִֽהְיֶ֣הלְרֹ֔אשׁ לְכֹ֖ל יֹשְׁבֵ֥י גִלְעָֽד׃ פ

And the people, that is, the princes of Gilead, said each to his companion, Who is the man who will begin to fight against the children of Ammon? He shall be head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

And the people and princes of Gilead said one to another, What man is he that will begin to fight against the children of Ammon? he shall be head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

And the people -- heads of Gilead -- say one unto another, 'Who is the man that doth begin to fight against the Bene-Ammon? he is for head to all inhabitants of Gilead.'

The leaders of the people of Gilead said to each other, "Whoever will launch the attack against the Ammonites will be the head of all those living in Gilead."
