因此，我们既照所蒙的怜悯，受了这职事，就不丧胆，

所以，我们既然蒙了怜悯，得着这职分，就不沮丧，

为此，我们既蒙垂青，获得了这职务，我们决不胆怯；

Διὰ τοῦτο, ἔχοντες τὴν διακονίαν ταύτην καθὼς ἠλεήθημεν, οὐκ ἐγκακοῦμεν

Therefore having this ministry as we have been shown mercy, we do not lose heart;

Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;

Therefore, having this ministry, as we have had mercy shewn us, we faint not.

Because of this, having this ministration, according as we did receive kindness, we do not faint,

Therefore, since through God's mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart.

乃将那些可耻隐密的事弃绝了，不以诡诈行事，也不搀混神的话，只将真理显扬出来，借以在神面前将自己荐与各人的良心。

乃将那些暗昧可耻的事弃绝了，不行诡诈，不谬讲神的道理，只将真理表明出来，好在神面前把自己荐与各人的良心。

却把暗昧可耻的事弃绝了；不行诡诈，不搀混神的道，反而借着显扬真理，在神面前把自己推荐给众人的良心。

反而戒绝了一切可耻的隐瞒行为，不以狡猾行事，也不变通天主的道理，只是借着显示真理，在天主前将我们自己举荐于众人的良心。

ἀλλ᾽ ἀπειπάμεθα τὰ κρυπτὰ τῆς αἰσχύνης, μὴ περιπατοῦντες ἐν πανουργίᾳ μηδὲ δολοῦντες τὸν λόγον τοῦ θεοῦ ἀλλὰ τῇ φανερώσει τῆς ἀληθείας συνιστάνοντες ἑαυτοὺς πρὸς πᾶσαν συνείδησιν ἀνθρώπων ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ.

But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor adulterating the word of God, but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every conscience of men before God.

But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

如果我们的福音真的受蒙蔽，也是蒙蔽在灭亡的人身上；

And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in those who are perishing,

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

But if also our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in those that are lost;

and if also our good news is vailed, in those perishing it is vailed,

And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.

在他们里面，这世代的神弄瞎了他们这不信者的心思，叫基督荣耀之福音的光照，不照亮他们；基督本是神的像。

此等不信之人被这世界的神弄瞎了心眼，不叫基督荣耀福音的光照着他们。基督本是神的像。

In whom the god of this age has blinded the thoughts of the unbelievers that the illumination of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine on them.

For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves for Jesus' sake.

ὅτι ὁ θεὸς ὁ εἰπών, Ἐκ σκότους φῶς λάμψει, ὃς ἔλαμψεν ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις ἡμῶν πρὸς φωτισμὸν τῆς γνώσεως τῆς δόξης τοῦ θεοῦ ἐν προσώπῳ [Ἰησοῦ] Χριστοῦ.

Because the God who said, Out of darkness light shall shine, is the One who shined in our hearts to illuminate the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

For our momentary lightness of affliction works out for us, more and more surpassingly, an eternal weight of glory,

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

For our momentary [and] light affliction works for us in surpassing measure an eternal weight of glory;

for the momentary light matter of our tribulation, more and more exceedingly an age-during weight of glory doth work out for us --

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
