弟兄们！如今我们愿意告诉你们：天主在马其顿各教会所施与的恩惠，

但我要你们知道，弟兄们，神所赐的恩典．在马其顿的众教会中，

Γνωρίζομεν δὲ ὑμῖν, ἀδελφοί, τὴν χάριν τοῦ θεοῦ τὴν δεδομένην ἐν ταῖς ἐκκλησίαις τῆς Μακεδονίας,

Furthermore we make known to you, brothers, the grace of God which has been given in the churches of Macedonia,
K
Moreover, brethren, we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia;
D
But we make known to you, brethren, the grace of God bestowed in the assemblies of Macedonia;
Y
And we make known to you, brethren, the grace of God, that hath been given in the assemblies of Macedonia,
I
And now, brothers, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches.

就是在患难中受大试验的时候，他们充盈的喜乐，和极深的贫困，汇溢出丰厚的慷慨。
和
就是他们在患难中受大试炼的时候，仍有满足的快乐；在极穷之间，还格外显出他们乐捐的厚恩。

R
That in much proving of affliction the abundance of their joy and the depth of their poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality;

How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.

that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty has abounded to the riches of their [free-hearted] liberality.

That according to their power, I testify, and beyond their power, of their own accord,

For to their power, I bear record, yea, and beyond their power they were willing of themselves;

For according to [their] power, I bear witness, and beyond [their] power, [they were] willing of their own accord,

because, according to their power, I testify, and above their power, they were willing of themselves,
I
For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own,

自愿地多方恳求，向我们要求这供给圣徒的恩典和交通，

With much entreaty they besought of us the grace and the fellowship of the ministry to the saints;

Praying us with much intreaty that we would receive the gift, and take upon us the fellowship of the ministering to the saints.

begging of us with much entreaty [to give effect to] the grace and fellowship of the service which [was to be rendered] to the saints.

with much entreaty calling on us to receive the favour and the fellowship of the ministration to the saints,

they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the saints.

并且他们未照着我们所盼望的，反而凭着神的旨意，先把自己给了主，也给了我们，

并且他们所作的，不但照我们所想望的，更照神的旨意，先把自己献给主，又归附了我们。

And this, not as we had hoped, but they gave themselves first to the Lord, and to us through the will of God.

And this they did, not as we hoped, but first gave their own selves to the Lord, and unto us by the will of God.

And not according as we hoped, but they gave themselves first to the Lord, and to us by God's will.

and not according as we expected, but themselves they did give first to the Lord, and to us, through the will of God,

以致我们劝提多，他怎样开始了，也当照样为你们完成这恩典，像完成其他的事一样。

因此我劝提多，既然在你们中间开办这慈惠的事，就当办成了。

εἰς τὸ παρακαλέσαι ἡμᾶς Τίτον, ἵνα καθὼς προενήρξατο οὕτως καὶ ἐπιτελέσῃ εἰς ὑμᾶς καὶ τὴν χάριν ταύτην.

So we entreated Titus that, even as he began before, so also he would complete for you this grace as well.

Insomuch that we desired Titus, that as he had begun, so he would also finish in you the same grace also.

So that we begged Titus that, according as he had before begun, so he would also complete as to you this grace also;

so that we exhorted Titus, that, according as he did begin before, so also he may finish to you also this favour,

So we urged Titus, since he had earlier made a beginning, to bring also to completion this act of grace on your part.

但你们当在这恩典上也充盈满溢，像你们在凡事上，在信心，在言语，在知识，在一切的热诚，并在那出于我们而在你们里面的爱心上，都充盈满溢一样。
和
你们既然在信心、口才、知识、热心和待我们的爱心上，都格外显出满足来，就当在这慈惠的事上也格外显出满足来。

你们在一切事上，就如信心、口才、知识、热情和爱我们的心，既然都是富足的，那么，在这慈善的事上，也要显出你们是富足的。

就如你们在一切事上，在信德、语言、知识和各种热情上，并在我们所交于你们的爱情上，超群出众，这样也要在这慈善事上超群出众。

但你们既在凡事上、在信心、口才、知识、和万分热切上、又在你们待我们的爱心上、都充盈满溢，那么在这恩惠捐献上也就应当充盈满溢出来啊。

但你们在凡事上丰盛，在信心、口才、知识、极为热忱、和从我们而来在你们之中的爱心，以致你们也应在这恩惠的事胜丰盛。

ἀλλ᾽ ὥσπερ ἐν παντὶ περισσεύετε, πίστει καὶ λόγῳ καὶ γνώσει καὶ πάσῃ σπουδῇ καὶ τῇ ἐξ ἡμῶν ἐν ὑμῖν ἀγάπῃ, ἵνα καὶ ἐν ταύτῃ τῇ χάριτι περισσεύητε.

But just as you abound in everything, in faith and in word and in knowledge and in all earnestness and in the love in you from us, abound in this grace also.

Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also.

but even as ye abound in every way, in faith, and word, and knowledge, and all diligence, and in love from you to us, that ye may abound in this grace also.

but even as in every thing ye do abound, in faith, and word, and knowledge, and all diligence, and in your love to us, that also in this grace ye may abound;

But just as you excel in everything--in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us --see that you also excel in this grace of giving.

Οὐ κατ᾽ ἐπιταγὴν λέγω ἀλλὰ διὰ τῆς ἑτέρων σπουδῆς καὶ τὸ τῆς ὑμετέρας ἀγάπης γνήσιον δοκιμάζων·
R
I am not speaking by way of command, but through the earnestness of others, proving also the genuineness of your love.
K
I speak not by commandment, but by occasion of the forwardness of others, and to prove the sincerity of your love.
D
I do not speak as commanding [it], but through the zeal of others, and proving the genuineness of your love.
Y
not according to command do I speak, but because of the diligence of others, and of your love proving the genuineness,
I
I am not commanding you, but I want to test the sincerity of your love by comparing it with the earnestness of others.

你们知道我们主耶稣基督的恩典，祂本来富足，却为你们成了贫穷，叫你们因祂的贫穷，可以成为富足。
和
你们知道我们主耶稣基督的恩典；他本来富足，却为你们成了贫穷，叫你们因他的贫穷，可以成为富足。

你们是知道我们的主耶稣基督的恩典的：他本来富足，却为你们成了贫穷，要使你们因他的贫穷成为富足。

γινώσκετε γὰρ τὴν χάριν τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ, ὅτι δι᾽ ὑμᾶς ἐπτώχευσεν πλούσιος ὤν, ἵνα ὑμεῖς τῇ ἐκείνου πτωχείᾳ πλουτήσητε.
R
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, for your sakes He became poor in order that you, because of His poverty, might become rich.
K
For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that for your sakes he, being rich, became poor, in order that *ye* by *his* poverty might be enriched.

for ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that because of you he became poor -- being rich, that ye by that poverty may become rich.

我在这事上提出意见，因这是与你们有益的；你们不但在实行上，也在意愿上，在一年前就先开始了，

我在这事上把我的意见告诉你们，是与你们有益，因为你们下手办这事，而且起此心意已经有一年了，

我在这里表示我的意见，这对你们是有益的：你们不仅一年前就在办这事，而且早就想这样作了，
思
我在这事上只给你们贡献意见，因为这样更适合于你们，因为你们从去年不但已开始实行了，而且还是出于自愿。

在这事上我发表意见；这事对你们有益的。你们对于这事，不但在实行上、也在发愿上、从去年就提倡而开办了；

并且我给你们在这事上的想法；这是对你们有益，你们不单做这事，并且在一年前开始这心意；

καὶ γνώμην ἐν τούτῳ δίδωμι· τοῦτο γὰρ ὑμῖν συμφέρει, οἵτινες οὐ μόνον τὸ ποιῆσαι ἀλλὰ καὶ τὸ θέλειν προενήρξασθε ἀπὸ πέρυσι·
R
And I give my opinion in this matter, for this is profitable for you who were the first to begin a year ago not only to do this but even to intend to do this.
K
And herein I give my advice: for this is expedient for you, who have begun before, not only to do, but also to be forward a year ago.
D
And I give [my] opinion in this, for this is profitable for you who began before, not only to do, but also to be willing, a year ago.
Y
and an opinion in this do I give: for this to you is expedient, who not only to do, but also to will, did begin before -- a year ago,
I
And here is my advice about what is best for you in this matter: Last year you were the first not only to give but also to have the desire to do so.

如今也当办成这事，好叫你们怎样有愿作的热切，也怎样照所有的办成，
和
如今就当办成这事。既有愿作的心，也当照你们所有的去办成，

现在就应当把这事办好；这样，你们既然有愿意作的心，因着你们尽了自己所能的，就可以完成。
思
所以如今，请完成你们所实行的事吧！好使你们怎样甘心情愿，也怎样照所有的予以完成，
吕
如今你们所实行的请即办成；好叫你们怎样有愿作的热心，也能照所有的怎样办成。
直
如今你们应该完成所做的，既有愿意的热忱，就当出于你们拥有的去完成。

νυνὶ δὲ καὶ τὸ ποιῆσαι ἐπιτελέσατε, ὅπως καθάπερ ἡ προθυμία τοῦ θέλειν, οὕτως καὶ τὸ ἐπιτελέσαι ἐκ τοῦ ἔχειν.

But now complete also the doing, so that as there was the eagerness in intending, so also there would be the completing out of what you have.
K
Now therefore perform the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have.

But now also complete the doing of it; so that as [there was] the readiness to be willing, so also to complete out of what ye have.

and now also finish doing it, that even as there is the readiness of the will, so also the finishing, out of that which ye have,

Now finish the work, so that your eager willingness to do it may be matched by your completion of it, according to your means.

因为人若热切愿作，必蒙悦纳，乃是照他所有的，不是照他所无的。

For if the eagerness is there, it is acceptable according to whatever one has, not according to what he does not have.

For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not.

For if the readiness be there, [a man is] accepted according to what he may have, not according to what he has not.

for if the willing mind is present, according to that which any one may have it is well-accepted, not according to that which he hath not;

For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what he does not have.

这原不是要别人轻省，你们为难，

这不是说要使别人轻松，叫你们为难；而是说要出于均匀：

οὐ γὰρ ἵνα ἄλλοις ἄνεσις, ὑμῖν θλῖψις, ἀλλ᾽ ἐξ ἰσότητος·

For it is not that to others there would be relief, yet to you affliction,
K
For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened:
D
For [it is] not in order that there may be ease for others, and for you distress,
Y
for not that for others release, and ye pressured, do I speak,
I
Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality.

乃是要出于均平，就是要你们的富余，今时可以补他们的不足，为使他们的富余，将来也可以补你们的不足，这就均平了；
和
乃要均平，就是要你们的富余，现在可以补他们的不足，使他们的富余，将来也可以补你们的不足，这就均平了。

现在你们富裕，就要补助他们的缺乏，到了他们富裕的时候，也可以补助你们的缺乏，这样就均等了；

在现今的时候，你们的富裕弥补了他们的缺乏，好使他们的富裕也弥补你们的缺乏，这样就有了均匀，

乃是说要出以均匀。在现今的时候、你们的富余去补他们的缺乏，为的是将来他们的富余也可以补你们的缺乏，好有均匀。

ἐν τῷ νῦν καιρῷ τὸ ὑμῶν περίσσευμα εἰς τὸ ἐκείνων ὑστέρημα, ἵνα καὶ τὸ ἐκείνων περίσσευμα γένηται εἰς τὸ ὑμῶν ὑστέρημα, ὅπως γένηται ἰσότης,

But it is out of equality; at the present time your abundance for their lack that their abundance also may be for your lack, so that there may be equality;

But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality:
D
but [on the principle] of equality; in the present time your abundance for their lack, that their abundance may be for your lack, so that there should be equality.
Y
but by equality, at the present time your abundance -- for their want, that also their abundance may be for your want, that there may be equality,
I
At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. Then there will be equality,

如经上所记：“多收的没有余，少收的也没有缺。”

As it is written, "He who gathered much had no excess, and he who gathered little had no lack."

As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.

According as it is written, He who [gathered] much had no excess, and he who [gathered] little was nothing short.

according as it hath been written, 'He who did gather much, had nothing over; and he who did gather little, had no lack.'
I
as it is written: "He who gathered much did not have too much, and he who gathered little did not have too little."

感谢神，把我为你们同样的热诚，赐在提多心里，

But thanks be to God who puts the same earnestness on your behalf in the heart of Titus,

But thanks be to God, which put the same earnest care into the heart of Titus for you.

But thanks [be] to God, who gives the same diligent zeal for you in the heart of Titus.

因他固然接受了恳求，但自己更是热诚，自愿往你们那里去。

他固然是听了我的劝，但自己更是热心，情愿往你们那里去。

Because he not only received the entreaty, but being more earnest, he also went forth of his own accord to you.

For indeed he accepted the exhortation; but being more forward, of his own accord he went unto you.

For he received indeed the entreaty, but, being full of zeal, he went of his own accord to you;

because indeed the exhortation he accepted, and being more diligent, of his own accord he went forth unto you,

For Titus not only welcomed our appeal, but he is coming to you with much enthusiasm and on his own initiative.

And we sent together with him the brother whose praise in the gospel is throughout all the churches,

And we have sent with him the brother, whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the churches;

but we have sent with him the brother whose praise [is] in the glad tidings through all the assemblies;

and we sent with him the brother, whose praise in the good news is through all the assemblies,
I
And we are sending along with him the brother who is praised by all the churches for his service to the gospel.

不但这样，他也被众召会选出，在我们所服事的这恩典上，和我们同行，是为着主自己的荣耀，也是为着我们的热切。
和
不但这样，他也被众教会挑选和我们同行，把所托与我们的这捐资送到了，可以荣耀主，又表明我们乐意的心。

不但这样，众教会更选派了他作我们的旅伴。我们办理这慈善的事，是为了主的荣耀，也是为了我们的心愿。）

不但如此，而且各教会也派定了他在这恩惠上作我们的旅伴，我们经管这事是为主的光荣，并为表现我们的好心──

不但如此，他还蒙众教会所选立、在我们所经管这恩惠的事上做我们的旅伴，以增加主的荣耀，并成全我们所愿作的热心。

然后不只，他也被教会们拣选、我们的旅行同伴．

οὐ μόνον δέ, ἀλλὰ καὶ χειροτονηθεὶς ὑπὸ τῶν ἐκκλησιῶν συνέκδημος ἡμῶν σὺν τῇ χάριτι ταύτῃ τῇ διακονουμένῃ ὑφ᾽ ἡμῶν πρὸς τὴν [αὐτοῦ] τοῦ κυρίου δόξαν καὶ προθυμίαν ἡμῶν,

And not only this, but who has also been selected by the churches as our fellow traveler in this grace which is being ministered by us, to the glory of the Lord Himself and to demonstrate our eagerness;

And not that only, but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord, and declaration of your ready mind:

and not only [so], but [is] also chosen by the assemblies as our fellow-traveller with this grace, ministered by us to the glory of the Lord himself, and [a witness of] our readiness;

and not only so, but who was also appointed by vote by the assemblies, our fellow-traveller, with this favour that is ministered by us, unto the glory of the same Lord, and your willing mind;

What is more, he was chosen by the churches to accompany us as we carry the offering, which we administer in order to honor the Lord himself and to show our eagerness to help.

这就避免人在我们所服事的这丰裕上，挑剔我们，

这就免得有人因我们收的捐银很多，就挑我们的不是。

Avoiding this, that anyone should find fault with us in this abundance which is being ministered by us.
