人子啊，你要向埃及王法老和他的众民说，论你的伟大，谁能与你相比呢？

“人子啊，你要向埃及王法老和他的众人说：在威势上谁能与你相比呢？

בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם אֱמֹ֛ר אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֥ה מֶֽלֶךְ־מִצְרַ֖יִם וְאֶל־הֲמֹונֹ֑ו אֶל־מִ֖י דָּמִ֥יתָ בְגָדְלֶֽךָ׃

Son of man, say to Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, and to his multitude: Whom are you like in your greatness?

亚述曾是利巴嫩中的香柏树，枝条荣美，影密如林，极其高大，树梢立于茂密枝叶中。

亚述王曾如黎巴嫩中的香柏树，枝条荣美，影密如林，极其高大，树尖插入云中。

看哪！亚述曾是黎巴嫩的香柏树，枝条秀美，林影茂密，树身高大，树顶在茂密的枝叶之上。

看，你是一棵黎巴嫩香柏，枝叶美观，荫影浓密，枝干高大，树梢插入云霄。

看哪，我要将你比作（传统：‘看哪，亚述人’）利巴嫩中的香柏树，枝条美丽，成荫之林，树身高大，树梢挺立于云霄间。

亚述王曾像黎巴嫩中的香柏树，枝条荣美，荫密如林，极其高大，它的树梢在厚树枝中间。

Indeed Assyria was a cedar in Lebanon / With beautiful branches and forest shade / And great height, / And its top shoots were among the thick boughs.

众水使它长大，深处的泉水使它长高；所栽之地有江河围流，汊出的水道延到田野诸树。

Waters nourished it, / The deep springs made it grow; / Its rivers flowed around / The place it was planted; / And it flowed out its channels / To all the trees of the field.

Thus it was beautiful in its greatness, / In the length of its branches; / For its roots were beside abundant waters.

神园中的香柏树不能遮蔽它；松树比不上它的枝子，枫树也不及它的枝条；神园中的树没有一棵能比得上它的美丽。

天主乐园中的香柏，都不能同它相比，扁柏不及它的枝干，枫树不及它的枝桠，天主乐园中所有的树木都没有它那样美丽。

上帝园中的香柏树遮它不着，松树也比不着它的枝子；枫树不如它的枝条；上帝园中的众树都比不着它的美丽。

神园中的香柏树不能遮蔽它；松树不及它的枝子，枫树不及它的枝条，神园中的树都不及它的荣美。

אֲרָזִ֣ים לֹֽא־עֲמָמֻהוּ֮ בְּגַן־אֱלֹהִים֒ בְּרֹושִׁ֗ים לֹ֤א דָמוּ֙ אֶל־סְעַפֹּתָ֔יו וְעַרְמֹנִ֥ים לֹֽא־הָי֖וּ כְּפֹֽארֹתָ֑יוכָּל־עֵץ֙ בְּגַן־אֱלֹהִ֔ים לֹא־דָמָ֥ה אֵלָ֖יו בְּיָפְיֹֽו׃

Cedars in the garden of God could not hide it; / Cypresses could not compare to its boughs, / And plane trees could not equal its branches; / No tree in the garden of God could compare to it in its beauty.

The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him: the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the chesnut trees were not like his branches; nor any tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his beauty.

The cedars in the garden of God could not rival it, nor could the pine trees equal its boughs, nor could the plane trees compare with its branches- no tree in the garden of God could match its beauty.

我使它的枝条繁多，成为荣美，以致在神的园中，伊甸的树都嫉妒它。

我使它的枝条蕃多，成为荣美，以致神伊甸园中的树都嫉妒它。”

我使它因枝条繁多而显得秀美，以致在神的园中，伊甸所有的树木都嫉妒它。

יָפֶ֣ה עֲשִׂיתִ֔יו בְּרֹ֖ב דָּֽלִיֹּותָ֑יו וַיְקַנְאֻ֨הוּ֙ כָּל־עֲצֵי־עֵ֔דֶן אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּגַ֥ן הָאֱלֹהִֽים׃ ס

I made it beautiful / By the multitude of its branches, / So that all the trees of Eden, / Which were in the garden of God, envied it.

所以主耶和华如此说，因它树身高大，树梢立于茂密枝叶中，心高气傲，

“‘因此，主耶和华这样说：因为它树身高大，树顶在茂密的枝叶之上，又因它高大而心骄气傲，

因此吾主上主这样说：因它枝干高大，枝梢插入云霄，遂因自己高大而心高气傲。

“故此主永恒主这么说：其树身既高耸（传统：你高耸），其树梢挺立于云霄间，其心既以其高大而骄傲，

所以主神如此说：“因它(原文是你)高大，使它的树梢在厚树枝中间，心骄气傲，

לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה יַ֕עַן אֲשֶׁ֥ר גָּבַ֖הְתָּ בְּקֹומָ֑ה וַיִּתֵּ֤ן צַמַּרְתֹּו֙ אֶל־בֵּ֣ין עֲבֹותִ֔ים וְרָ֥םלְבָבֹ֖ו בְּגָבְהֹֽו׃

Therefore thus says the Lord Jehovah, Because you are exalted in height — it set its top shoots among the thick boughs, and its heart is lifted up in its height —

Therefore, thus said the Lord Jehovah: Because that thou hast been high in stature, And he yieldeth his foliage between thickets, And high is his heart in his haughtiness,

'Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because it towered on high, lifting its top above the thick foliage, and because it was proud of its height,

我必将它交在列国中有威势的人手中；那人必定对付它。我已照它的恶，驱逐了它。

我就必将它交给列国中大有威势的人。他必定办它，我因它的罪恶，已经驱逐它。

我就把它交在列国中为首的人手中，他必定对付它；因着它的罪恶，我就把它驱逐出去。

我必将它交在列国最强的人手中，他们要任意对待它；我必要因它的罪行而将它铲除；

那我就要将它交于列国中大有威势的人手中；他一定要照它的邪恶来办它，并驱逐它（传统：我己经驱逐它）。

我要将它交给列国中大有威势的人，他必定按着它的罪恶办它。我已经驱逐了它。

וְאֶ֨תְּנֵ֔הוּ בְּיַ֖ד אֵ֣יל גֹּויִ֑ם עָשֹׂ֤ו יַֽעֲשֶׂה֙ לֹ֔ו כְּרִשְׁעֹ֖ו גֵּרַשְׁתִּֽהוּ׃

Therefore I will deliver it into the hands of the mighty one of the nations; he will surely deal with it. I have driven it out according to its wickedness.

I give him into the hand of a god of nations, He dealeth sorely with him, In his wickedness I have cast him out.

I handed it over to the ruler of the nations, for him to deal with according to its wickedness. I cast it aside,

外人，就是列邦中最凶残的，将它砍断弃于山上，它的枝条落在一切山谷中，它的枝子折断，落在地的一切深谷旁；地上的众民已经离开它的荫下，丢弃了它。

外邦人，就是列邦中强暴的，将它砍断弃掉。它的枝条落在山间和一切谷中；它的枝子折断，落在地的一切河旁。地上的众民已经走去，离开它的荫下。

必有外族人，就是列国中最强暴的，把它砍下丢弃。它的枝叶落在山上和所有的谷中；它的枝子折断，落在地上所有的水沟里；地上的万族都必走离它的荫下，把它丢弃。

列国最凶残的人必要将它伐倒，把它抛弃在山上；它的枝桠，倒卧在山谷中，枝条折落在一切洼地上；万国的人民都要离开它的荫影，而弃舍它；

外族人、列国中的强横人、必将它砍掉、而丢弃它在山上；它的枝条必掉落在各平谷中；它的枝子必折断在国中各水沟里；地上列族之民都必逃走（传统：下去），离开它的荫影（本节之未有‘而丢弃它’）。

异族人，就是列邦中凶暴的，将它砍断，抛弃它。它的枝条落在山间和一切谷中，它的枝子折断，落在地上一切河道旁。地上的众民下去，离开它的荫下，离弃它。

וַיִּכְרְתֻ֧הוּ זָרִ֛ים עָרִיצֵ֥י גֹויִ֖ם וַֽיִּטְּשֻׁ֑הוּ אֶל־הֶ֠הָרִים וּבְכָל־גֵּ֨אָיֹ֜ות נָפְל֣וּ דָלִיֹּותָ֗יו וַתִּשָּׁבַ֤רְנָהפֹֽארֹתָיו֙ בְּכֹל֙ אֲפִיקֵ֣י הָאָ֔רֶץ וַיֵּרְד֧וּ מִצִּלֹּ֛ו כָּל־עַמֵּ֥י הָאָ֖רֶץ וַֽיִּטְּשֻֽׁהוּ׃

And strangers, the most ruthless of the nations, have cut it down and left it on the mountains, and its branches have fallen into all the valleys, and its boughs lie broken by all the ravines of the land; and all the peoples of the earth have abandoned its shade and left it.

and the most ruthless of foreign nations cut it down and left it. Its boughs fell on the mountains and in all the valleys; its branches lay broken in all the ravines of the land. All the nations of the earth came out from under its shade and left it.

空中的飞鸟都要宿在这倾倒的树上，田野的走兽都要来到它的枝条上，

空中的飞鸟都要宿在这败落的树上；田野的走兽都要卧在它的枝条下。

空中的飞鸟都住在倒下的树身上，田野的走兽都卧在它的枝条间。

天上的飞鸟都栖在它倒了的枝干上，田间的各种野兽都停在它的枝条下，

空中的飞鸟都必栖宿在它倾覆的遗迹上，田野的走兽都必躺卧在它的枝条下。

空中的飞鸟都要宿在它的残骸，田野的走兽都要卧在它的枝条下，

עַל־מַפַּלְתֹּ֥ו יִשְׁכְּנ֖וּ כָּל־עֹ֣וף הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם וְאֶל־פֹּארֹתָ֣יו הָי֔וּ כֹּ֖ל חַיַּ֥ת הַשָּׂדֶֽה׃

Upon its fallen trunk / All the birds of the sky will dwell, / And upon its branches / All the beasts of the field will be.

Upon his ruin shall all the fowls of the heaven remain, and all the beasts of the field shall be upon his branches:

Upon his fallen [trunk] do all the fowl of the heavens dwell, and all the beasts of the field are upon his branches:

On his ruin dwell do all fowls of the heavens, And on his boughs have been all the beasts of the field,

All the birds of the air settled on the fallen tree, and all the beasts of the field were among its branches.

好使水旁的诸树不因高大而自高，也不将树梢立于茂密枝叶中，并且那些得水滋润的树木，都不得高大自立；因为它们都被交与死亡，到地的深处，到那些下坑的世人中去了。

好使水旁的诸树不因高大而自尊，也不将树尖插入云中，并且那些得水滋润有势力的也不得高大自立；因为它们在世人中和下坑的人都被交与死亡，到阴府去了。”

好使水旁所有的树木都不会因树身高大而自高，也不会使树顶长到茂密的枝叶上，又使一切有水滋润的树都不会高傲地屹立；因为他们在世人中，与那些下到阴府的人一起，都交与死亡、交与地的深处了。

这是为使一切有水滋润的树木，不要因自己的躯干高大而自负，不要再让枝梢插入云霄，免得各种有水滋润的树木，因高耸而自大，因为他们都要归于死亡，降到阴间，到那些已降入深渊的人子中。

都为的是要使水旁的众树、树身都不高耸，不将其树梢挺立入于云霄间，只要使凡所有得水滋润的树都不屹立于高耸中；因为他们都被交于死亡，交于地府之最低处、在人类中间、到那些下坑冥的人那里。”

好叫水边的众树，它们的高度不再长高，也不使它们的树梢在厚树枝中间，那些得水滋润的，都不再高大屹立。因为它们…都被交付死亡，到阴府那里去。和下到地府的世人一起，

לְמַ֡עַן אֲשֶׁר֩ לֹא־יִגְבְּה֨וּ בְקֹומָתָ֜ם כָּל־עֲצֵי־מַ֗יִם וְלֹֽא־יִתְּנ֤וּ אֶת־צַמַּרְתָּם֙ אֶל־בֵּ֣ין עֲבֹתִ֔יםוְלֹֽא־יַעַמְד֧וּ אֵלֵיהֶ֛ם בְּגָבְהָ֖ם כָּל־שֹׁ֣תֵי מָ֑יִם כִּֽי־כֻלָּם֩ נִתְּנ֨וּ לַמָּ֜וֶת אֶל־אֶ֣רֶץ תַּחְתִּ֗ית בְּתֹ֛וךְ בְּנֵ֥יאָדָ֖ם אֶל־יֹ֥ורְדֵי בֹֽור׃ ס

This is so that none of the well-watered trees will exalt themselves in their height by setting their top shoots among the thick boughs, and none of the well-watered trees will stand next to them in their height; for all of them have been delivered to death, to the lowest parts of the earth among the children of men who descend into the pit.

To the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves for their height, neither shoot up their top among the thick boughs, neither their trees stand up in their height, all that drink water: for they are all delivered unto death, to the nether parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with them that go down to the pit.

to the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves in their stature, nor set their top amidst the thick boughs, and that none of them that drink water stand up in his height by himself; for they are all given over unto death in the lower parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with them that go down to the pit.

In order that none of the trees of the waters May become haughty because of their stature, Nor give their foliage between thickets, Nor any drinking waters stand up unto them in their haughtiness, For all of them are given up to death, Unto the earth -- the lower part, In the midst of the sons of men, Unto those going down to the pit.

Therefore no other trees by the waters are ever to tower proudly on high, lifting their tops above the thick foliage. No other trees so well-watered are ever to reach such a height; they are all destined for death, for the earth below, among mortal men, with those who go down to the pit.

主耶和华如此说，它下阴间的那日，我便使人悲哀；我为它遮盖深处的泉源，使江河受阻，大水停流；我也使利巴嫩为它悲伤，田野的诸树都因它发昏。

主耶和华如此说：“它下阴间的那日，我便使人悲哀。我为它遮盖深渊，使江河凝结，大水停流；我也使黎巴嫩为它凄惨，田野的诸树都因它发昏。

“‘主耶和华这样说：它下阴间的日子，我就因它以悲哀遮盖深渊，阻塞深渊的江河，使大水停流；我要使黎巴嫩为它悲伤、田野所有的树木都因它枯干。

吾主上主这样说：在它下到阴府的那天，我要使人哀吊它；为了它我要使深渊闭塞，使江河凝结，洪水停流，使黎巴嫩为它举哀，使田间所有的树木因它而枯萎。

“永恒主这么说：当它下阴间的日子，我必使深洋为它而悲哀：（传统此处有：我遮盖着）我限制它的江河，大水就停流；我也使利巴嫩为它而哀悼，田野的众树都为它而晕过去。

主神如此说：“它下阴间的那日，我堵塞深渊，…以表哀悼；冻结江河，使大水停流，我使黎巴嫩为它悲哀，田野的众树都因它发昏。

כֹּֽה־אָמַ֞ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֗ה בְּיֹ֨ום רִדְתֹּ֤ו שְׁאֹ֨ולָה֙ הֶאֱבַ֜לְתִּי כִּסֵּ֤תִי עָלָיו֙ אֶת־תְּהֹ֔ום וָֽאֶמְנַע֙נַהֲרֹותֶ֔יהָ וַיִּכָּלְא֖וּ מַ֣יִם רַבִּ֑ים וָאַקְדִּ֤ר עָלָיו֙ לְבָנֹ֔ון וְכָל־עֲצֵ֥י הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה עָלָ֥יו עֻלְפֶּֽה׃

Thus says the Lord Jehovah, On the day it descended to Sheol I caused a mourning; I covered the deep springs for it, and I restrained its rivers, and the great waters were shut up. I also made Lebanon mourn for it, and all the trees of the field wilted on account of it.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: In the day when he went down to Sheol, I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed; and I made Lebanon black for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him.

Thus said the Lord Jehovah: In the day of his going down to sheol I have caused mourning, I have covered for him the deep, and diminish its flowings, And restrained are many waters, And I make Lebanon black for him, And all trees of the field have been covered for him.

'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On the day it was brought down to the grave I covered the deep springs with mourning for it; I held back its streams, and its abundant waters were restrained. Because of it I clothed Lebanon with gloom, and all the trees of the field withered away.

我扔它下阴间、跟那些下阴坑的人在一起，那时列国听见它坠落的响声、就都震动，伊甸的众树、利巴嫩所有得水滋润的、最佳最美的树、在地府之最低处就都心平气静。

…那时，列国听见他坠落的响声就都震动，我将它扔到阴间，与下到地府的人一同下去。并且伊甸的一切树…都在阴府受了安慰。──就是黎巴嫩得水滋润、最佳最美的树──

I made the nations quake at the sound of its fall when I cast it down to Sheol with those who descend into the pit. And all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all who drink water, were comforted in the lowest parts of the earth.

I made the nations tremble at the sound of its fall when I brought it down to the grave with those who go down to the pit. Then all the trees of Eden, the choicest and best of Lebanon, all the trees that were well-watered, were consoled in the earth below.

גַּם־הֵ֗ם אִתֹּ֛ו יָרְד֥וּ שְׁאֹ֖ולָה אֶל־חַלְלֵי־חָ֑רֶב וּזְרֹעֹ֛ו יָשְׁב֥וּ בְצִלֹּ֖ו בְּתֹ֥וךְ גֹּויִֽם׃

They also descended with it into Sheol to those who were slain by the sword; indeed to those who were its arm, who dwelt under its shade among the nations.

在伊甸所有的树木中，有谁的荣美和高大能与你相比呢？然而你却要与伊甸的树木一同下到地的深处。你要在没有受割礼的人中，与被刀剑所杀的人一同躺卧。这树就是法老和他的众民。这是主耶和华说的。’”

“伊甸”的树木中，就华丽和高大说，你相似那一棵？你也要同“伊甸”的树木一起被推入阴间，在未受割损的人中，同丧身刀下的人卧在一起：这是指法郎和他所有的人民说的──吾主上主的断语。”

论光荣和昌大、在伊甸的众树谁能这样跟你相比呢？然而你却要跟伊甸的众树一起被送下地府之最低处，在没受割礼的人中间、跟被刀刺死的人长卧在一起。“这就是法老和他的众民：永恒主发神谕说。”

…谁能与你相比呢？在这样荣耀的威势上，在伊甸诸树中，然而你要与伊甸的诸树一同下到阴府，在未受割礼的人中，与被刀剑所杀的人一同躺卧。法老和他的群众正是如此。”这是主神的话语。

אֶל־מִ֨י דָמִ֥יתָ כָּ֛כָה בְּכָבֹ֥וד וּבְגֹ֖דֶל בַּעֲצֵי־עֵ֑דֶן וְהוּרַדְתָּ֙ אֶת־עֲצֵי־עֵ֜דֶן אֶל־אֶ֣רֶץ תַּחְתִּ֗יתבְּתֹ֨וךְ עֲרֵלִ֤ים תִּשְׁכַּב֙ אֶת־חַלְלֵי־חֶ֔רֶב ה֤וּא פַרְעֹה֙ וְכָל־המונה נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃ ס

Which among the trees of Eden then are you like in glory and in greatness? Yet you will be brought down with the trees of Eden to the lowest parts of the earth; you will lie among the uncircumcised, with those who were slain by the sword. This is Pharaoh and all his multitude, declares the Lord Jehovah.

To whom art thou thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? yet shalt thou be brought down with the trees of Eden unto the nether parts of the earth: thou shalt lie in the midst of the uncircumcised with them that be slain by the sword. This is Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord GOD.

Unto whom hast thou been thus like, In honour and in greatness among the trees of Eden, And thou hast been brought down with the trees of Eden, Unto the earth -- the lower part, In the midst of the uncircumcised thou liest, With the pierced of the sword? It is Pharaoh, and all his multitude, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah!'

'Which of the trees of Eden can be compared with you in splendor and majesty? Yet you, too, will be brought down with the trees of Eden to the earth below; you will lie among the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword. 'This is Pharaoh and all his hordes, declares the Sovereign LORD .' "
