Then Joshua rose early in the morning; and they set out from Shittim and came to the Jordan, he and all the children of Israel; and they stayed there overnight, before they crossed over.

吩咐百姓说，你们看见耶和华你们神的约柜，又见祭司利未人抬着，就要从所在的地方起行，跟着约柜去。

And they commanded the people, saying, When you see the Ark of the Covenant of Jehovah your God and the Levitical priests bearing it, you shall set out from your place and go after it.

But there shall be a space between you and it of about two thousand cubits by measure. Do not come near it, so that you may know the way by which you must go; for you have not passed this way before.

וַיֹּ֧אמֶר יְהֹושֻׁ֛עַ אֶל־הָעָ֖ם הִתְקַדָּ֑שׁוּ כִּ֣י מָחָ֗ר יַעֲשֶׂ֧ה יְהוָ֛ה בְּקִרְבְּכֶ֖ם נִפְלָאֹֽות׃

And Joshua said to the people, Sanctify yourselves, for tomorrow Jehovah will do wondrous things in your midst.

And Joshua said unto the people, Sanctify yourselves: for to morrow the LORD will do wonders among you.

And Joshua said to the people, Hallow yourselves; for to-morrow Jehovah will do wonders in your midst.

And Joshua saith unto the people, 'Sanctify yourselves, for to-morrow doth Jehovah do in your midst wonders.'

Joshua told the people, "Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you."

雅威对约书亚说：“从今日起，在全以色列眼前你必尊大，使他们知道我怎样与摩西同在，也必照样与你同在。

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אֶל־יְהֹושֻׁ֔עַ הַיֹּ֣ום הַזֶּ֗ה אָחֵל֙ גַּדֶּלְךָ֔ בְּעֵינֵ֖י כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אֲשֶׁר֙ יֵֽדְע֔וּן כִּ֗י כַּאֲשֶׁ֥רהָיִ֛יתִי עִם־מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶהְיֶ֥ה עִמָּֽךְ׃

And Jehovah said to Joshua, On this day I will begin to magnify you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that as I was with Moses, I will be with you.

And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day will I begin to magnify thee in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee.

And you shall command the priests who carry the Ark of the Covenant, saying, When you come to the edge of the waters of the Jordan, you shall stand still in the Jordan.

And thou shalt command the priests that bear the ark of the covenant, saying, When ye are come to the brink of the water of Jordan, ye shall stand still in Jordan.

And thou shalt command the priests who bear the ark of the covenant, saying, When ye come to the edge of the waters of the Jordan, stand still in the Jordan.

and thou, thou dost command the priests bearing the ark of the covenant, saying, When ye come unto the extremity of the waters of the Jordan -- in the Jordan ye stand.'

Tell the priests who carry the ark of the covenant: 'When you reach the edge of the Jordan's waters, go and stand in the river.' "

约书亚说：“看哪，普天下主的约柜必在你们前头过去，到约旦河里，因此你们就知道在你们中间有永生神。并且他必在你们面前赶出迦南人、赫人、希未人、比利洗人、革迦撒人、亚摩利人、耶布斯人。

约书亚说：“看哪，全地之主的约柜必在你们前面过约旦河，你们因此就知道永活的神是在你们中间，他必把迦南人、赫人、希未人、比利洗人、革迦撒人、亚摩利人和耶布斯人，从你们面前驱逐出去。

若苏厄遂说：“你们由此可知道，永生的天主是在你们中间，他必从你们面前，将客纳罕人、赫特人、希威人、培黎齐人、基尔加士人、阿摩黎人和耶步斯人赶走。

约书亚说：“看哪，全地之主的约柜要在你们前面在约但河里过去：在这一点上你们就知道永活的上帝在你们中间，

约书亚说：“你们会因此知道永生神在你们中间；祂必从你们面前赶出迦南人、和赫人、和希未人、和比利洗人、和革迦撒人、和亚摩利人、和耶布斯人。

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר יְהֹושֻׁ֔עַ בְּזֹאת֙ תֵּֽדְע֔וּן כִּ֛י אֵ֥ל חַ֖י בְּקִרְבְּכֶ֑ם וְהֹורֵ֣שׁ יֹורִ֣ישׁ מִ֠פְּנֵיכֶם אֶת־הַכְּנַעֲנִ֨יוְאֶת־הַחִתִּ֜י וְאֶת־הַחִוִּ֗י וְאֶת־הַפְּרִזִּי֙ וְאֶת־הַגִּרְגָּשִׁ֔י וְהָאֱמֹרִ֖י וְהַיְבוּסִֽי׃

And Joshua said, By this you will know that the living God is in your midst, and that He will most certainly dispossess before you the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Hivites and the Perizzites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Jebusites.

And Joshua said, Hereby ye shall know that the living God is among you, and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Jebusites.

And Joshua said, Hereby shall ye know that the living God is in your midst, and [that] he will without fail dispossess from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Jebusites.

and Joshua saith, 'By this ye know that the living God is in your midst, and He doth certainly dispossess from before you the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Hivite, and the Perizzite, and the Girgashite, and the Amorite, and the Jebusite:

This is how you will know that the living God is among you and that he will certainly drive out before you the Canaanites, Hittites, Hivites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Amorites and Jebusites.

你们现在要从以色列支派中选取十二个人，每支派一人，

Therefore now take twelve men for yourselves out of the tribes of Israel, one man for each tribe.

等到抬全地之主耶和华约柜的祭司，把脚掌踏在约但河水里，约但河的水，就是从上往下流的水，必然断绝，立起成垒。

等到抬普天下主耶和华约柜的祭司把脚站在约旦河水里，约旦河的水，就是从上往下流的水，必然断绝，立起成垒。”

抬全地之主耶和华约柜的祭司的脚掌一踏进约旦河水里，约旦河的水必被截断，那从上游流下来的水必立起成垒。”

当抬大地的主宰上主约柜的司祭的脚掌，一踏入约但河的水，约但河的水就必中断，由上流下的水要停住，像一道堤。”

等到抬全地之主永恒主之柜那祭司的脚一插在约但河水里，约但河的水就会被截断，那从上边往下流的水便会站住、成为一垒。

当…祭司的脚掌落在抬全地之主雅威(约)柜的．约旦河水里，约旦河的水，…必然断绝，就是从上往下流的水．停住，形成一个水堤。

וְהָיָ֡ה כְּנֹ֣וחַ כַּפֹּ֣ות רַגְלֵ֣י הַכֹּהֲנִ֡ים נֹשְׂאֵי֩ אֲרֹ֨ון יְהוָ֜ה אֲדֹ֤ון כָּל־הָאָ֨רֶץ֙ בְּמֵ֣י הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן מֵ֤י הַיַּרְדֵּן֙יִכָּ֣רֵת֔וּן הַמַּ֥יִם הַיֹּרְדִ֖ים מִלְמָ֑עְלָה וְיַעַמְד֖וּ נֵ֥ד אֶחָֽד׃

And when the soles of the feet of the priests who carry the Ark of Jehovah, the Lord of all the earth, come to rest in the waters of the Jordan; the waters of the Jordan, the waters that flow down from upstream, will be cut off, and they will stand in a heap.

And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the LORD, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap.

And it shall come to pass, when the soles of the feet of the priests who bear the ark of Jehovah, the Lord of all the earth, rest in the waters of the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan, the waters flowing down from above, shall be cut off, and shall stand up in a heap.

and it hath been, at the resting of the soles of the feet of the priests bearing the ark of Jehovah, Lord of all the earth, in the waters of the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan are cut off -- the waters which are coming down from above -- and they stand -- one heap.'

And as soon as the priests who carry the ark of the Lord -the Lord of all the earth-set foot in the Jordan, its waters flowing downstream will be cut off and stand up in a heap."

百姓离开帐棚要过约但河的时候，抬约柜的祭司乃在百姓的前头。

וַיְהִ֗י בִּנְסֹ֤עַ הָעָם֙ מֵאָ֣הֳלֵיהֶ֔ם לַעֲבֹ֖ר אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּ֑ן וְהַכֹּהֲנִ֗ים נֹֽשְׂאֵ֛י הָאָרֹ֥ון הַבְּרִ֖ית לִפְנֵ֥יהָעָֽם׃

And so it happened that when the people set out from their tents to cross over the Jordan, the priests who carried the Ark of the Covenant were before the people.

And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people;

And it came to pass when the people removed from their tents, to pass over the Jordan, that the priests bearing the ark of the covenant were before the people;

And it cometh to pass, in the journeying of the people from their tents to pass over the Jordan, and of the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people,

So when the people broke camp to cross the Jordan, the priests carrying the ark of the covenant went ahead of them.

抬柜的祭司到了约但河，脚一沾到水边（原来约但河水在收割的日子涨过两岸），

他们到了约旦河，脚一入水（原来约旦河水在收割的日子涨过两岸），

抬约柜的祭司来到约旦河，他们的脚碰到水边的时候（原来约旦河水在收割的日子，常是涨过两岸的），

当抬约柜的司祭到了约但河，他们的脚一踏入水边，──原来约但河在整个收割期间，水常涨至河岸──

原来约但河水在收割的日子总是涨满河岸的。当下抬柜的人来到约但河；抬柜的祭司的脚一蘸在水边，

抬柜的来到约旦河，抬柜的祭司的脚．一被浸入水边，(…约旦河涨满它所有的岸边)，在收割的一切日子，

וּכְבֹ֞וא נֹשְׂאֵ֤י הָֽאָרֹון֙ עַד־הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן וְרַגְלֵ֤י הַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ נֹשְׂאֵ֣י הָֽאָרֹ֔ון נִטְבְּל֖וּ בִּקְצֵ֣ה הַמָּ֑יִם וְהַיַּרְדֵּ֗ןמָלֵא֙ עַל־כָּל־גְּדֹותָ֔יו כֹּ֖ל יְמֵ֥י קָצִֽיר׃

And when those who carried the Ark came to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who carried the Ark dipped into the edge of the water (now the Jordan overflowed all its banks throughout all the days of the harvest),

And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,)

and when they that bore the ark were come to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark dipped in the edge of the water (and the Jordan is full over all its banks throughout the days of harvest),

and at those bearing the ark coming in unto the Jordan, and the feet of the priests bearing the ark have been dipped in the extremity of the waters (and the Jordan is full over all its banks all the days of harvest) --

Now the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest. Yet as soon as the priests who carried the ark reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water's edge,

那从上往下流的水便在极远之地，撒拉但旁的亚当城那里停住，立起成垒；那往亚拉巴的海，就是盐海，下流的水全然断绝。于是百姓在耶利哥的对面过去了。

水就停住了，那从上游流下来的水立起成垒，在很远的地方，就是在撒拉但旁边的亚当城那里停住；那往下流入亚拉巴海，就是盐海的水完全被截断；于是人民就在耶利哥的对面过了河。

水就停住了：由上流下的水像一道堤，停在很远的地方，远至匝尔堂附近的阿当城；往下流入阿辣巴海，即盐海的水，已全退去；于是百姓在耶里哥对面过了河。

那从上边住下流的水便从极远之处、在亚当、在撒拉但旁边的城那里站住，立成了一垒，而那向亚拉巴海、就是盐海、往下流的水便全然截断；于是人民在耶利哥对面过去了。

那从上往下流的水便…停住，立起形成一个水堤；在极远处撒拉但旁的亚当城．那往亚拉巴的海，就是盐海，下流的水．被全然切断。于是百姓在耶利哥的对面过去了。

וַיַּעַמְד֡וּ הַמַּיִם֩ הַיֹּרְדִ֨ים מִלְמַ֜עְלָה קָ֣מוּ נֵד־אֶחָ֗ד הַרְחֵ֨ק מְאֹ֜ד בָאָדָם הָעִיר֙ אֲשֶׁר֙ מִצַּ֣דצָֽרְתָ֔ן וְהַיֹּרְדִ֗ים עַ֣ל יָ֧ם הָעֲרָבָ֛ה יָם־הַמֶּ֖לַח תַּ֣מּוּ נִכְרָ֑תוּ וְהָעָ֥ם עָבְר֖וּ נֶ֥גֶד יְרִיחֹֽו׃

The waters that flowed down from upstream stood and rose up in a heap a great distance away, at Adam, the city that is beside Zarethan; and those that flowed down toward the sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, were completely cut off. And the people crossed over from opposite Jericho.

That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho.

the waters which flowed down from above stood [and] rose up in a heap, very far, by Adam, the city that is beside Zaretan; and those that flowed down towards the sea of the plain, the salt sea, were completely cut off. And the people went over opposite to Jericho.

that the waters stand; those coming down from above have risen -- one heap, very far above Adam the city, which is at the side of Zaretan; and those going down by the sea of the plain, the Salt Sea, have been completely cut off; and the people have passed through over-against Jericho;

the water from upstream stopped flowing. It piled up in a heap a great distance away, at a town called Adam in the vicinity of Zarethan, while the water flowing down to the Sea of the Arabah (the Salt Sea ) was completely cut off. So the people crossed over opposite Jericho.

抬耶和华约柜的祭司在约但河中的干地上站定，以色列众人就从干地上过去，直到国民尽都过了约但河。

当全以色列人在旱地上渡过时，抬上主约柜的司祭稳立在约但河中的旱地上，直到全民众都渡过约但河。

抬永恒主约柜的祭司在约但河中间的干地上直站着，等以色列众人都在干地上过去，直到全国的人尽都过了约但河为止。

抬雅威约柜的祭司…站立，在约旦河中的干地上．稳住，以色列众人都从干地上过去，直到整个国家全都过了约旦河。

וַיַּעַמְד֣וּ הַכֹּהֲנִ֡ים נֹ֠שְׂאֵי הָאָרֹ֨ון בְּרִית־יְהוָ֜ה בֶּחָֽרָבָ֛ה בְּתֹ֥וךְ הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן הָכֵ֑ן וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֗לעֹֽבְרִים֙ בֶּחָ֣רָבָ֔ה עַ֤ד אֲשֶׁר־תַּ֨מּוּ֙ כָּל־הַגֹּ֔וי לַעֲבֹ֖ר אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃

And the priests who carried the Ark of the Covenant of Jehovah stood firmly on dry ground in the middle of the Jordan while all Israel was crossing over on dry ground, until all the nation had completely crossed over the Jordan.

And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan.

And the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of Jehovah stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan. And all Israel went over on dry ground, until all the nation had completely gone over the Jordan.

and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant of Jehovah stand on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan -- established, and all Israel are passing over on dry ground till that all the nation hath completed to pass over the Jordan.

The priests who carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord stood firm on dry ground in the middle of the Jordan, while all Israel passed by until the whole nation had completed the crossing on dry ground.
