וַיֹּ֤אמֶר שְׁמוּאֵל֙ אֶל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל הִנֵּה֙ שָׁמַ֣עְתִּי בְקֹֽלְכֶ֔ם לְכֹ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־אֲמַרְתֶּ֖ם לִ֑י וָאַמְלִ֥יךְעֲלֵיכֶ֖ם מֶֽלֶךְ׃

And Samuel said to all Israel, I have now listened to your voice according to all that you have said to me, and I have placed a king over you.

And Samuel said unto all Israel, Behold, I have hearkened unto your voice in all that ye said unto me, and have made a king over you.

וְעַתָּ֞ה הִנֵּ֥ה הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ׀ מִתְהַלֵּ֣ךְ לִפְנֵיכֶ֗ם וַאֲנִי֙ זָקַ֣נְתִּי וָשַׂ֔בְתִּי וּבָנַ֖י הִנָּ֣ם אִתְּכֶ֑ם וַאֲנִי֙ הִתְהַלַּ֣כְתִּילִפְנֵיכֶ֔ם מִנְּעֻרַ֖י עַד־הַיֹּ֥ום הַזֶּֽה׃

And now, here is the king who goes before you. But I am old and gray, and my sons are here with you, and I have gone before you from my youth until this day.

And now, behold, the king walketh before you: and I am old and grayheaded; and, behold, my sons are with you: and I have walked before you from my childhood unto this day.

And now behold, the king walks before you; and I am old and grey-headed; and behold, my sons are with you; and I have walked before you from my youth up to this day.

and now, lo, the king is walking habitually before you, and I have become aged and gray-headed, and my sons, lo, they are with you, and I have walked habitually before you from my youth till this day.
I
Now you have a king as your leader. As for me, I am old and gray, and my sons are here with you. I have been your leader from my youth until this day.

我在这里，你们只管在耶和华面前，并在祂的受膏者面前，作见证指控我。我夺过谁的牛，抢过谁的驴，欺压过谁，虐待过谁，从谁手里受过贿赂因而眼瞎？若有，我必偿还。
和
我在这里，你们要在耶和华和他的受膏者面前给我作见证。我夺过谁的牛，抢过谁的驴，欺负过谁，虐待过谁，从谁手里受过贿赂因而眼瞎呢？若有，我必偿还。”

看哪，我在这里！你们只管在耶和华面前，以及在他的受膏者面前，作证指控我：我夺过谁的牛？抢过谁的驴？欺负过谁？虐待过谁？从谁手里受过贿赂，以致我的眼睛因此被蒙住呢？如果有，我必偿还给你们。”

看，我在这里，请你们在上主面前，在他受傅者面前答复我：我夺过谁的牛，或夺过谁的驴？我压迫过谁，或虐待过谁？从谁手里接受过掩人耳目的贿赂？若有，我必归还你们。”
吕
看哪，我在这里；你们尽管当着永恒主和他所膏立者面前、作证控诉我：我取过谁的牛？取过谁的驴？我欺压过谁，虐待过谁，压制过谁？我从谁手里取过赎金，以致蒙蔽眼睛？作证控诉我吧，我要偿还。”
直
看哪，我在这里，你们要在雅威和他的受膏者面前给我作见证：我夺过谁的牛？抢过谁的驴？欺负过谁？虐待过谁？从谁手里受过贿赂，因而眼瞎呢？若有，我必偿还。”

הִנְנִ֣י עֲנ֣וּ בִי֩ נֶ֨גֶד יְהוָ֜ה וְנֶ֣גֶד מְשִׁיחֹ֗ו אֶת־שֹׁור֩׀ מִ֨י לָקַ֜חְתִּי וַחֲמֹ֧ור מִ֣י לָקַ֗חְתִּי וְאֶת־מִ֤יעָשַׁ֨קְתִּי֙ אֶת־מִ֣י רַצֹּ֔ותִי וּמִיַּד־מִי֙ לָקַ֣חְתִּי כֹ֔פֶר וְאַעְלִ֥ים עֵינַ֖י בֹּ֑ו וְאָשִׁ֖יב לָכֶֽם׃
R
Here I am; testify against me before Jehovah and before His anointed. Whose ox have I taken? Or whose donkey have I taken? Or whom have I defrauded? Whom have I oppressed? Or from whose hand have I taken a bribe in order to blind my eyes with it? Then I will restore it to you.

Behold, here I am: witness against me before the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I received any bribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.

Here I am: testify against me before Jehovah, and before his anointed. Whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I injured? or of whose hand have I received any ransom and blinded mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it to you.

'Lo, here am I; testify against me, over-against Jehovah, and over-against His anointed; whose ox have I taken, and whose ass have I taken, and whom have I oppressed; whom have I bruised, and of whose hand have I taken a ransom, and hide mine eyes with it? -- and I restore to you.'

Here I stand. Testify against me in the presence of the Lord and his anointed. Whose ox have I taken? Whose donkey have I taken? Whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed? From whose hand have I accepted a bribe to make me shut my eyes? If I have done any of these, I will make it right."

众人说，你未曾欺压我们，虐待我们，也未曾从谁手里拿过什么。
和
众人说：“你未曾欺负我们，虐待我们，也未曾从谁手里受过什么。”

他们回答：“你没有欺负过我们，没有虐待过我们，也没有从谁手里取过什么东西。”

他们答说：“你总没有压迫或虐待过我们，也没有从任何人手里接受过什么。”

众人说：“你未曾欺压过我们，未曾压制过我们，也未曾从任何人手里取过什么。”

众人说：“你未曾欺负我们，虐待我们，也未曾从谁手里受过什么。”

וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ לֹ֥א עֲשַׁקְתָּ֖נוּ וְלֹ֣א רַצֹּותָ֑נוּ וְלֹֽא־לָקַ֥חְתָּ מִיַּד־אִ֖ישׁ מְאֽוּמָה׃
R
And they said, You have not defrauded us or oppressed us or taken anything from anyone's hand.

And they said, Thou hast not defrauded us, nor oppressed us, neither hast thou taken ought of any man's hand.

And they said, Thou hast not defrauded us, and thou hast not injured us, neither hast thou taken aught of any man's hand.
Y
And they say, 'Thou hast not oppressed us, nor hast thou crushed us, nor hast thou taken from the hand of any one anything.'
I
You have not cheated or oppressed us, they replied. "You have not taken anything from anyone's hand."

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם עֵ֧ד יְהוָ֣ה בָּכֶ֗ם וְעֵ֤ד מְשִׁיחֹו֙ הַיֹּ֣ום הַזֶּ֔ה כִּ֣י לֹ֧א מְצָאתֶ֛ם בְּיָדִ֖י מְא֑וּמָה וַיֹּ֖אמֶרעֵֽד׃ פ
R
And he said to them, Jehovah is Witness against you, and His anointed is witness this day, that you have not found anything in my hand. And they said, He is witness.

And he said unto them, The LORD is witness against you, and his anointed is witness this day, that ye have not found ought in my hand. And they answered, He is witness.

And he said to them, Jehovah is witness against you, and his anointed is witness this day, that ye have not found aught in my hand! And [the people] said, [He is] witness!

And he saith unto them, 'A witness is Jehovah against you: and a witness is His anointed this day, that ye have not found anything in my hand;' and they say, 'A witness.'
I
Samuel said to them, "The Lord is witness against you, and also his anointed is witness this day, that you have not found anything in my hand." "He is witness," they said.

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר שְׁמוּאֵ֖ל אֶל־הָעָ֑ם יְהוָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר עָשָׂה֙ אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֣ה וְאֶֽת־אַהֲרֹ֔ן וַאֲשֶׁ֧ר הֶעֱלָ֛האֶת־אֲבֹתֵיכֶ֖ם מֵאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃

And Samuel said to the people, It is Jehovah who appointed Moses and Aaron and who brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.

And Samuel said unto the people, It is the LORD that advanced Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.

And Samuel said to the people, [It is] Jehovah who appointed Moses and Aaron, and who brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.

And Samuel saith unto the people, 'Jehovah -- He who made Moses and Aaron, and who brought up your fathers out of the land of Egypt!

Then Samuel said to the people, "It is the Lord who appointed Moses and Aaron and brought your forefathers up out of Egypt.

现在你们要站住，等我在耶和华面前对你们辩明，耶和华向你们和你们列祖所行一切公义的事。

现在你们要站住，我好将永恒主向你们和你们列祖所显的义气、都在永恒主面前跟你们辩诉清楚。

וְעַתָּ֗ה הִֽתְיַצְּב֛וּ וְאִשָּׁפְטָ֥ה אִתְּכֶ֖ם לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה אֵ֚ת כָּל־צִדְקֹ֣ות יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂ֥ה אִתְּכֶ֖םוְאֶת־אֲבֹותֵיכֶֽם׃
R
Now therefore stand here, that I may plead with you before Jehovah concerning all the righteous acts of Jehovah, which He did to you and to your fathers.

Now therefore stand still, that I may reason with you before the LORD of all the righteous acts of the LORD, which he did to you and to your fathers.

And now stand still, that I may plead with you before Jehovah of all the righteous acts of Jehovah which he did to you and to your fathers.

and, now, station yourselves, and I judge you before Jehovah, with all the righteous acts of Jehovah, which He did with you, and with your fathers.
I
Now then, stand here, because I am going to confront you with evidence before the Lord as to all the righteous acts performed by the Lord for you and your fathers.

从前雅各到了埃及，后来你们列祖哀求耶和华，耶和华就差遣摩西、亚伦；他们便领你们列祖出埃及，使他们在这地方居住。

When Jacob went to Egypt, and your fathers cried out to Jehovah, Jehovah sent Moses and Aaron; and they brought your fathers out from Egypt and caused them to dwell in this place.

When Jacob was come into Egypt, and your fathers cried unto the LORD, then the LORD sent Moses and Aaron, which brought forth your fathers out of Egypt, and made them dwell in this place.

וַֽיִּשְׁכְּח֖וּ אֶת־יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֑ם וַיִּמְכֹּ֣ר אֹתָ֡ם בְּיַ֣ד סִֽיסְרָא֩ שַׂר־צְבָ֨א חָצֹ֜ור וּבְיַד־פְּלִשְׁתִּ֗יםוּבְיַד֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ מֹואָ֔ב וַיִּֽלָּחֲמ֖וּ בָּֽם׃
R
But they forgot Jehovah their God, and He sold them into the hand of Sisera, the captain of Hazor's army, and into the hand of the Philistines and into the hand of the king of Moab; and they fought against them.

And when they forgat the LORD their God, he sold them into the hand of Sisera, captain of the host of Hazor, and into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the king of Moab, and they fought against them.

于是他们哀求耶和华，说，我们有罪了，因为我们离弃了耶和华，去事奉诸巴力和亚斯他录；现在求你救我们脱离仇敌的手，我们必事奉你。

他们就呼求耶和华说：‘我们离弃耶和华，侍奉巴力和亚斯他录，是有罪了。现在求你救我们脱离仇敌的手，我们必侍奉你。’

他们就哀求耶和华，说：‘我们犯了罪，因为我们背弃了耶和华，又去服事巴力和亚斯他录。现在求你救我们脱离仇敌的手，我们就必事奉你。’

他们就呼求上主说：我们犯了罪，离弃了上主，事奉了巴耳和阿市托勒特诸神；如今求你救我们脱离我们敌人的手，我们愿事奉你。
吕
他们就向永恒主哀呼，说：“我们有罪了，因为我们离弃了永恒主，去服事众巴力和亚斯他录，现在求你援救我们脱离仇敌的手，我们就事奉你。’
直
他们就呼求雅威说：‘我们有罪了，因为我们离弃雅威，事奉巴力和亚斯她录，现在求你救我们脱离我们仇敌的手，我们必事奉你。’

וַיִּזְעֲק֤וּ אֶל־יְהוָה֙ וַיֹּאמֶר חָטָ֔אנוּ כִּ֤י עָזַ֨בְנוּ֙ אֶת־יְהוָ֔ה וַנַּעֲבֹ֥ד אֶת־הַבְּעָלִ֖יםוְאֶת־הָעַשְׁתָּרֹ֑ות וְעַתָּ֗ה הַצִּילֵ֛נוּ מִיַּ֥ד אֹיְבֵ֖ינוּ וְנַעַבְדֶֽךָּ׃
R
Then they cried out to Jehovah and said, We have sinned, for we have forsaken Jehovah and have served the Baals and the Ashtaroth; but deliver us now from the hand of our enemies, and we will serve You.

And they cried unto the LORD, and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken the LORD, and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.

And they cried to Jehovah and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken Jehovah, and have served the Baals and the Ashtoreths; and now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.

and they cry unto Jehovah, and say, We have sinned, because we have forsaken Jehovah, and serve the Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and now, deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we serve Thee.

They cried out to the Lord and said, 'We have sinned; we have forsaken the Lord and served the Baals and the Ashtoreths. But now deliver us from the hands of our enemies, and we will serve you.'

耶和华就差遣耶路巴力、比但、耶弗他、撒母耳；祂救你们脱离四围仇敌的手，你们才安然居住。
和
耶和华就差遣耶路巴力、比但、耶弗他、撒母耳，救你们脱离四围仇敌的手，你们才安然居住。

于是耶和华差遣耶路．巴力、比但、耶弗他、撒母耳，救你们脱离四围仇敌的手，你们才可以安然居住。

上主就派耶鲁巴耳、巴辣克、依弗大和三松，从你们四围敌人的手中拯救了你们，你们才得安居。

永恒主就差遣耶路巴力、巴拉（传统：比但）、耶弗他、撒母耳来援救你们脱离四围仇敌的手，你们才得以安然居住。

雅威就差遣耶路巴力、和比但、和耶弗他、和撒母耳，救你们脱离你们四围仇敌的手，你们才安然居住。

וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח יְהוָה֙ אֶת־יְרֻבַּ֣עַל וְאֶת־בְּדָ֔ן וְאֶת־יִפְתָּ֖ח וְאֶת־שְׁמוּאֵ֑ל וַיַּצֵּ֨ל אֶתְכֶ֜ם מִיַּ֤ד אֹֽיְבֵיכֶם֙מִסָּבִ֔יב וַתֵּשְׁב֖וּ בֶּֽטַח׃
R
And Jehovah sent Jerubbaal and Bedan and Jephthah and Samuel, and He delivered you from the hand of your enemies all around; and you dwelt securely.

And the LORD sent Jerubbaal, and Bedan, and Jephthah, and Samuel, and delivered you out of the hand of your enemies on every side, and ye dwelled safe.

And Jehovah sent Jerubbaal and Bedan and Jephthah and Samuel, and delivered you out of the hand of your enemies round about, so that ye dwelt in safety.

'And Jehovah sendeth Jerubbaal, and Bedan, and Jephthah, and Samuel, and delivereth you out of the hand of your enemies round about, and ye dwell confidently.

Then the Lord sent Jerub-Baal, Barak, Jephthah and Samuel, and he delivered you from the hands of your enemies on every side, so that you lived securely.

你们见亚扪人的王拿辖来攻击你们，就对我说，不然，总要有一位王管辖我们；其实耶和华你们的神是你们的王。

你们见亚扪人的王拿辖来攻击你们，就对我说：‘我们定要一个王治理我们。’其实耶和华你们的神是你们的王。

可是，你们看到亚扪王拿辖来攻击你们，就对我说：‘不行，我们要有一个王来统治我们。’其实，耶和华你们的神是你们的王。

当你们看见阿孟子民的君王纳哈士来攻打你们时，曾对我说：不，我们要有一位君王来管理我们，──虽然上主你们的天主原是你们的君王。

你们见亚扪人的王拿辖来攻打你们，你们就对我说：‘不，总要有一个王来管理我们”；其实永恒主你们的上帝乃是你们的王。

你们见亚扪人的王拿辖．来攻击你们，就对我说：‘不，一定要有一个王治理我们。’其实雅威──你们的神是你们的王。

And when you saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, you said to me, No; but a king will reign over us, though Jehovah your God was your King.

If you fear Jehovah and serve Him and listen to His voice and do not rebel against the commandment of Jehovah, and if both you and the king who reigns over you follow Jehovah your God, fine.

If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God:

But if you do not listen to the voice of Jehovah, but rebel against the commandment of Jehovah, then the hand of Jehovah will be against you, as it was against your fathers.

现今不是收割麦子的时候吗？我要向耶和华呼求，他就会打雷降雨，你们就可以知道，又可以看见，你们为自己要求立王的事，在耶和华看来，是行了极大的恶事。”

现今不是收割麦子的季节吗？但是我要呼求上主打雷下雨，使你们明白，也看出：你们要求一位君王，是行了上主眼中多么可恶的事。”

今日不是收割麦子的时候么？我要呼求永恒主打雷下雨，那么你们就可以知道，可以看出：你们所行的坏事──那求立王的事──在永恒主看来、是多么大的坏事。”
直
这不是收割麦子的时候吗？我求告雅威，他必打雷降雨，使你们又知道，又看出，…犯大罪了。”你们求立王的事，是在雅威面前

Is it not the wheat harvest today? I will call to Jehovah, that He send thunder and rain; and you will know and see that your wickedness which you have done in the sight of Jehovah by asking for a king for yourselves is great.

Is it not wheat harvest to day? I will call unto the LORD, and he shall send thunder and rain; that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which ye have done in the sight of the LORD, in asking you a king.

And Samuel called to Jehovah, and Jehovah sent thunder and rain on that day. And all the people feared Jehovah and Samuel greatly.

众民对撒母耳说：“请为仆人们祷告永恒主你的上帝，免得我们死亡，因为求立王的事、正是在我们的一切罪上加了一件坏事。”

众民对撒母耳说：“求你为仆人们祷告雅威──你的神，免得我们死亡，…正是在我们所有的罪上再加添
原
וַיֹּאמְר֨וּ כָל־הָעָ֜ם אֶל־שְׁמוּאֵ֗ל הִתְפַּלֵּ֧ל בְּעַד־עֲבָדֶ֛יךָ אֶל־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ וְאַל־נָמ֑וּתכִּֽי־יָסַ֤פְנוּ עַל־כָּל־חַטֹּאתֵ֨ינוּ֙ רָעָ֔ה לִשְׁאֹ֥ל לָ֖נוּ מֶֽלֶךְ׃ ס
R
Then all the people said to Samuel, Pray to Jehovah your God for your servants that we would not die, for we have added to all our sins the evil of asking for a king for ourselves.

And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king.

撒母耳对百姓说：“不要惧怕，你们虽然行了这恶，却不要偏离雅威，只要用你们的全心事奉雅威，

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר שְׁמוּאֵ֤ל אֶל־הָעָם֙ אַל־תִּירָ֔אוּ אַתֶּ֣ם עֲשִׂיתֶ֔ם אֵ֥ת כָּל־הָרָעָ֖ה הַזֹּ֑את אַ֗ךְאַל־תָּס֨וּרוּ֙ מֵאַחֲרֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וַעֲבַדְתֶּ֥ם אֶת־יְהוָ֖ה בְּכָל־לְבַבְכֶֽם׃

And Samuel said to the people, Do not be afraid. You have done all this evil, yet do not turn away from following Jehovah, but serve Jehovah with all your heart.

Do not be afraid, Samuel replied. "You have done all this evil; yet do not turn away from the Lord , but serve the Lord with all your heart.

不要偏离耶和华，因为你们若偏离祂，就会随从那无益且不能施拯救的虚空偶像，它们本是虚空的。
和
若偏离耶和华去顺从那不能救人的虚神是无益的。

不可偏离耶和华，去追随那些空虚的偶像，因为它们本是空虚的，对人没有什么益处，也不能救人。

你们不要追求不能援助，也不能施救的虚无邪神，因为他们只是‘虚无’而已。

וְלֹ֖א תָּס֑וּרוּ כִּ֣י׀ אַחֲרֵ֣י הַתֹּ֗הוּ אֲשֶׁ֧ר לֹֽא־יֹועִ֛ילוּ וְלֹ֥א יַצִּ֖ילוּ כִּי־תֹ֥הוּ הֵֽמָּה׃
R
And do not turn away, for your turning away would be after vain idols, which cannot profit or deliver you, for they are vanity.

And turn ye not aside: for then should ye go after vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are vain.

and turn ye not aside; for [it would be] after vain things which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are vain.

and ye do not turn aside after the vain things which do not profit nor deliver, for they are vain,

Do not turn away after useless idols. They can do you no good, nor can they rescue you, because they are useless.

耶和华既喜悦把你们作成祂的子民，就必因祂的大名不撇弃祂的子民。

耶和华既喜悦选你们作他的子民，就必因他的大名不撇弃你们。

耶和华为了自己的大名的缘故，必不丢弃他的子民，因为他喜欢使你们作他的子民。

上主为了自己的大名，决不抛弃自己的百姓，因为上主喜欢你们作他的百姓。

永恒主为了他至大之名的缘故、必不丢弃他的人民，因为永恒主喜欢使你们做属他的子民。

雅威必…不撇弃祂的子民，因祂大名的缘故．因为雅威喜悦使你们作祂的子民，

כִּ֠י לֹֽא־יִטֹּ֤שׁ יְהוָה֙ אֶת־עַמֹּ֔ו בַּעֲב֖וּר שְׁמֹ֣ו הַגָּדֹ֑ול כִּ֚י הֹואִ֣יל יְהוָ֔ה לַעֲשֹׂ֥ות אֶתְכֶ֛ם לֹ֖ולְעָֽם׃

For because of His great name Jehovah will not forsake His people, for Jehovah has been pleased to make you a people for Himself.

For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great name's sake: because it hath pleased the LORD to make you his people.

For Jehovah will not cast away his people for his great name's sake; because it has pleased Jehovah to make you his people.

for Jehovah doth not leave His people, on account of His great name; for Jehovah hath been pleased to make you to Him for a people.

Moreover as for me, far be it from me that I would sin against Jehovah by ceasing to pray for you, but I will instruct you in the good and right way.

只要你们敬畏耶和华，凭真实全心事奉祂，因为你们看，祂为你们行了何等大的事。

只要你们敬畏耶和华，诚诚实实地尽心侍奉他，想念他向你们所行的事何等大。

But if you still do wickedly, both you and your king will be consumed.
