וַיַּ֤עַן מֹשֶׁה֙ וַיֹּ֔אמֶר וְהֵן֙ לֹֽא־יַאֲמִ֣ינוּ לִ֔י וְלֹ֥א יִשְׁמְע֖וּ בְּקֹלִ֑י כִּ֣י יֹֽאמְר֔וּ לֹֽא־נִרְאָ֥ה אֵלֶ֖יךָ יְהוָֽה׃

Then Moses answered and said, What if they do not believe me or listen to my voice, but say, Jehovah has not appeared to you?

And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.

Then the Lord said to him, "What is that in your hand?" "A staff," he replied.

And Jehovah said to Moses, Stretch out your hand, and take it by its tail — so he stretched out his hand and seized it, and it became a staff in his hand —

And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:

And Jehovah saith unto Moses, 'Put forth thy hand, and lay hold on the tail of it;' and he putteth forth his hand, and layeth hold on it, and it becometh a rod in his hand --

Then the Lord said to him, "Reach out your hand and take it by the tail." So Moses reached out and took hold of the snake and it turned back into a staff in his hand.

That they may believe that Jehovah, the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has appeared to you.

And He said, Put your hand into your bosom again — so he put his hand into his bosom again, and when he took it out of his bosom, there it was, restored like the rest of his flesh —

And he said, Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, it was turned again as his other flesh.

Now put it back into your cloak, he said. So Moses put his hand back into his cloak, and when he took it out, it was restored, like the rest of his flesh.

又说，倘若他们不信你，也不信头一个神迹，他们必信第二个神迹。

又说：“倘或他们不听你的话，也不信头一个神迹，他们必信第二个神迹。

耶和华又说：“如果他们不信你，也不听从头一个神迹的话，他们必信随后来的神迹。

如果他们不肯信你，也不信服第一个奇迹，必定信服第二个奇迹。

永恒主又说：“将来他们若不信你，不听这头一个神迹所表示的，他们就必信这以后的神迹所表示的。

“倘若他们不相信你，也不听头一个神迹的声音，他们就会相信后一个神迹的声音。

וְהָיָה֙ אִם־לֹ֣א יַאֲמִ֣ינוּ לָ֔ךְ וְלֹ֣א יִשְׁמְע֔וּ לְקֹ֖ל הָאֹ֣ת הָרִאשֹׁ֑ון וְהֶֽאֱמִ֔ינוּ לְקֹ֖ל הָאֹ֥ת הָאַחֲרֹֽון׃

And if they do not believe you or heed the first sign, then they may believe the next sign.

And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign.

And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the other sign.

'-- and it hath come to pass, if they do not give credence to thee, and hearken not to the voice of the first sign, that they have given credence to the voice of the latter sign.

Then the Lord said, "If they do not believe you or pay attention to the first miraculous sign, they may believe the second.

他们若这两个神迹都不信，也不听你的话，你就从河里取些水，倒在干地上，你从河里取的水必在干地上变作血。
和
这两个神迹若都不信，也不听你的话，你就从河里取些水，倒在旱地上，你从河里取的水必在旱地上变作血。”

如果连这两个神迹他们也不信，也不听你的话，你就从河里取些水，倒在旱地上；你从河里取来的水就必在旱地上变成血。”

וְהָיָ֡ה אִם־לֹ֣א יַאֲמִ֡ינוּ גַּם֩ לִשְׁנֵ֨י הָאֹתֹ֜ות הָאֵ֗לֶּה וְלֹ֤א יִשְׁמְעוּן֙ לְקֹלֶ֔ךָ וְלָקַחְתָּ֙ מִמֵּימֵ֣י הַיְאֹ֔רוְשָׁפַכְתָּ֖ הַיַּבָּשָׁ֑ה וְהָי֤וּ הַמַּ֨יִם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תִּקַּ֣ח מִן־הַיְאֹ֔ר וְהָי֥וּ לְדָ֖ם בַּיַּבָּֽשֶׁת׃
R
And if they will not believe even these two signs or listen to your voice, then you shall take some of the water of the River and pour it on the dry ground, and the water that you take out of the River will become blood upon the dry ground.

And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land.

And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also those two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour [it] on the dry [land]; and the water that thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry [land].

'And it hath come to pass, if they do not give credence even to these two signs, nor hearken to thy voice, that thou hast taken of the waters of the River, and hast poured on the dry land, and the waters which thou takest from the River have been, yea, they have become -- blood on the dry land.'
I
But if they do not believe these two signs or listen to you, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. The water you take from the river will become blood on the ground."

摩西对耶和华说，主啊，我向来不是能言的人，就是从你对仆人说话以后，还是这样；我本是拙口笨舌的。
和
摩西对耶和华说：“主啊，我素日不是能言的人，就是从你对仆人说话以后，也是这样，我本是拙口笨舌的。”

摩西对耶和华说：“主啊，我不是个会说话的人；以前不是，自从你对仆人说话以后也不是；因为我本是拙口笨舌的。”

梅瑟对上主说：“吾主，请原谅！我不是个有口才的人，以前不是，你向你的仆人说话以后，也不是；我原是笨口结舌的人。”
吕
摩西对永恒主说：“主啊，我不是善于说话的人：昨天不是，前天不是，从你对仆人说话时以后也不是；也是这样。因为我本是口舌迟钝的。”

摩西对雅威说：“主啊，我并不是一个能言善道的人，从过去以来是这样，就是从你对你的仆人说话以后，也是这样。我本是拙口笨舌的。”

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֣ה אֶל־יְהוָה֮ בִּ֣י אֲדֹנָי֒ לֹא֩ אִ֨ישׁ דְּבָרִ֜ים אָנֹ֗כִי גַּ֤ם מִתְּמֹול֙ גַּ֣ם מִשִּׁלְשֹׁ֔ם גַּ֛ם מֵאָ֥זדַּבֶּרְךָ אֶל־עַבְדֶּ֑ךָ כִּ֧י כְבַד־פֶּ֛ה וּכְבַ֥ד לָשֹׁ֖ון אָנֹֽכִי׃
R
And Moses said to Jehovah, Please, Lord, I am not a man of words, neither in the past, nor since You have spoken to Your servant, for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.

And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.

And Moses said to Jehovah, Ah Lord! I am not eloquent, neither heretofore nor since thou hast spoken to thy servant, for I am slow of speech and of a slow tongue.
Y
And Moses saith unto Jehovah, 'O, my Lord, I am not a man of words, either yesterday, or before, or since Thy speaking unto Thy servant, for I am slow of mouth, and slow of tongue.'
I
Moses said to the Lord , "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue."

耶和华对他说，谁使人有口？谁使人口哑、耳聋、目明、眼瞎？岂不是我耶和华么？
和
耶和华对他说：“谁造人的口呢？谁使人口哑、耳聋、目明、眼瞎呢？岂不是我耶和华吗？

上主回答他说：“是谁给人一个嘴？是谁使人口哑耳聋，眼明眼瞎呢？不是我上主吗？

永恒主对他说：“谁使人有口呢？谁使人口哑、耳聋、眼明、眼瞎呢？岂不是我永恒主么？
直
雅威对他说：“谁造人的口呢？谁使人口哑、或耳聋、或目明、或眼瞎呢？岂不是我──雅威吗？
原
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֵלָ֗יו מִ֣י שָׂ֣ם פֶּה֮ לָֽאָדָם֒ אֹ֚ו מִֽי־יָשׂ֣וּם אִלֵּ֔ם אֹ֣ו חֵרֵ֔שׁ אֹ֥ו פִקֵּ֖חַ אֹ֣ו עִוֵּ֑ר הֲלֹ֥אאָנֹכִ֖י יְהוָֽה׃
R
And Jehovah said to him, Who gave man a mouth? Or who makes him dumb or deaf or seeing or blind? Is it not I, Jehovah?

And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?
D
And Jehovah said to him, Who gave man a mouth? or who maketh dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? [have] not I, Jehovah?
Y
And Jehovah saith unto him, 'Who appointed a mouth for man? or who appointeth the dumb, or deaf, or open, or blind? is it not I, Jehovah?
I
The Lord said to him, "Who gave man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or mute? Who gives him sight or makes him blind? Is it not I, the Lord ?

现在去吧，我必赐你口才，指教你所当说的话。

וְעַתָּ֖ה לֵ֑ךְ וְאָנֹכִי֙ אֶֽהְיֶ֣ה עִם־פִּ֔יךָ וְהֹורֵיתִ֖יךָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר תְּדַבֵּֽר׃
R
Now go therefore, and I will be with your mouth and will teach you what you shall speak.

Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.

And now go, and I will be with thy mouth, and will teach thee what thou shalt say.

and now, go, and I -- I am with thy mouth, and have directed thee that which thou speakest;'
I
Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say."

摩西说，主啊，你愿意差遣谁，就差遣谁吧。

וַיֹּ֖אמֶר בִּ֣י אֲדֹנָ֑י שְֽׁלַֽח־נָ֖א בְּיַד־תִּשְׁלָֽח׃

And he said, Please, Lord, send word by sending someone else.

And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send.

And he said, Ah Lord! send, I pray thee, by the hand [of him whom] thou wilt send.

and he saith, 'O, my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand Thou dost send.'
I
But Moses said, "O Lord, please send someone else to do it."

耶和华向摩西发怒，说，不是有你的哥哥利未人亚伦么？我知道他是能言的；现在他出来迎接你，他一见你，心里就欢喜。

永恒主向摩西发怒说：“不是有你哥哥‘利未人’亚伦么？我知道他是很能说话的；看哪，他正出来迎接着你呢。他一看见你，心里就欢喜。

雅威向摩西发怒，他说：“不是有你的哥哥利未人亚伦吗？我知道他是能言的；看哪，他出来迎接你，他看见你，他的心里就欢喜。

And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Moses, and He said, Is there not Aaron your brother the Levite? I know that he can certainly speak. And even now he is coming out to meet you; and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.

And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart.

Then the Lord 's anger burned against Moses and he said, "What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he can speak well. He is already on his way to meet you, and his heart will be glad when he sees you.

And you shall take in your hand this staff, with which you shall perform the signs.

And Moses went back to Jethro his father-in-law. And he said to him, Please let me go and return to my brothers who are in Egypt and see whether they are still alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace.

And Jehovah said to Moses, When you go to return to Egypt, see that you perform before Pharaoh all the wonders which I have put in your power; but I will harden his heart, and he will not let the people go.

And I said to you, Let My son go that he may serve Me; but you have refused to let him go. I will now slay your son, your firstborn.

So He let him alone. It was then that she said, A bridegroom of blood, because of the circumcision.

And the people believed; and when they heard that Jehovah had visited the children of Israel and that He had seen their affliction, they bowed and worshipped.
