这番话得了全体的悦服，就选了斯德望，他是位充满信德和圣神的人，和斐理伯、仆洛曷洛、尼加诺尔、提孟、帕尔默纳及尼苛劳，他是个归依犹太教的安提约基雅人，

这话使全群的众人都满意，他们就拣选一个充满着信心和圣灵的人司提反、以及腓利、伯罗哥罗、尼迦挪、提门、巴米拿，和归依犹太教的安提阿人尼哥拉；

这话在大群体的所有人眼前都得喜悦，就拣选司提反，一个被信心和圣灵充满的人．及腓利、伯罗哥罗、尼迦挪、提门、巴米拿、及进犹太教的安提阿人尼哥拉，
