你要大声喊叫,不留余力;要扬起声来好像吹角,向我百姓说明他们的过犯,向雅各家说明他们的罪。

你大声呼喊,不要停止,提高你的喉咙,有如号筒,向我的百姓宣布他们的过犯,向雅各伯家指明他们的罪孽。

他们天天寻求我,乐意认识我的道路,好像行义的国民,未曾离弃他们神的典章。他们向我求问公义的判语,喜爱亲近神。

Yet they seek Me day by day / And take delight in knowing My ways, / Like a nation that has done righteousness / And has not forsaken the ordinance of their God. / They ask Me for righteous judgments; / They take delight in approaching God.

For day after day they seek me out; they seem eager to know my ways, as if they were a nation that does what is right and has not forsaken the commands of its God. They ask me for just decisions and seem eager for God to come near them.

他们说,我们禁食,你为何不看见?我们刻苦己心,你为何不理会?看哪,你们禁食的日子,仍寻求自己喜爱的事,欺压为你们作苦工的人。

他们说:‘我们禁食,你为何不看见呢?我们刻苦己心,你为何不理会呢?’看哪,你们禁食的日子仍求利益,勒逼人为你们作苦工。

他们说:“为什么我们禁食,你不看呢?为什么我们刻苦己身,你不理会呢?”看哪!你们在禁食的日子,仍然追求自己喜欢作的事,欺压为你们作工的人。

“为什么我们守斋而你看不见,我们克苦而你不理会呢?”看哪!你们在守斋日仍然苦心经营,勒索你们所有的工人。

他们说:‘为什么我们禁食,而你不看呢?为什么我们刻苦自己,而你不理会呢?’嘿,你们禁食的日子、仍然追求所喜欢作的事!迳自压迫一切为你们作苦工的人!

(他们说:)我们禁食,你为何看不见呢?我们刻苦己心,你为何不理会呢?看哪,你们禁食的时候仍然追求私利,剥削为你们做苦工的人。

Why have we fasted, and yet You do not see? / Why have we afflicted our soul, and yet You do not acknowledge? / Indeed, on the day of your fast you find delight, / And oppress all your laborers.

Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.

你们禁食,却吵闹争竞,以凶恶的拳头打人;你们今日这样禁食,并不能使你们的声音听闻于上。

你们禁食,却互相争竞,以凶恶的拳头打人。你们今日禁食,不得使你们的声音听闻于上。

看哪!你们禁食,结果是吵闹和打架,用凶恶的拳头打人;你们不要像今天这样的禁食,使你们的声音可以听闻于天上。

看哪!你们一面守斋,一面争吵,打架,以恶拳打人;你们不必再如今天一样守斋了,免得你们的嘈杂在高处可以听到。

嘿,你们禁食、只为的是吵闹和争竞,拿凶恶的拳头打人呀!像你们今天这样的禁食并不能使你们的声音在高天得听到呀。

看哪,你们禁食,却起纷争与争竞,以凶恶的拳头打人。你们今日这样的禁食无法让你们的声音听闻于上。

Indeed, you fast for contention and strife, / And to strike with a fist of wickedness; / You do not fast, in the way you do today, / To make your voice heard on high.

Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.

Your fasting ends in quarreling and strife, and in striking each other with wicked fists. You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high.

这岂是我所拣选,使人在刻苦己心的日子,禁食的样子么?岂是叫人垂头像苇子,用麻布和炉灰当床铺么?你可以称这为禁食,为耶和华所悦纳的日子么?

这样禁食,岂是我所拣选使人刻苦己心的日子吗?岂是叫人垂头像苇子,用麻布和炉灰铺在他以下吗?你这可称为禁食为耶和华所悦纳的日子吗?

使人刻苦自己的日子,这样的禁食是我拣选的吗?难道只是叫人垂头像一根苇子,用麻布和炉灰铺在下面吗?你可以称这是禁食,为耶和华所悦纳的日子吗?

我所选择、使人刻苦自己的日子难道是这样的禁食么?难道只是叫人垂头像灯心草,拿麻布和炉灰当床铺么?难道你要把这样叫做禁食,作为使永恒主悦纳的日子么?我所选择的真禁食岂不是以下这些行为:

像这样岂是我所要的禁食,…吗?我心所要的令人刻苦己心的日子.我难道只叫人如芦苇般低我的头,…吗?铺麻布和炉灰.你能称此为禁食,…吗?为雅威所悦纳的日子

Is such the fast that I choose, / The day when a man afflicts his soul? / Is it for bowing his head like a rush / And for spreading out sackcloth and ashes as his bed? / Will you call this a fast, / And an acceptable day to Jehovah?

Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?

我所拣选的禁食,岂不是要松开凶恶的绳,解下轭上的索,使被欺压的自由出去,并折断一切的轭么?

“我所拣选的禁食,不是要松开凶恶的绳,解下轭上的索,使被欺压的得自由,折断一切的轭吗?

我所拣选的禁食不是这样吗?不是要松开凶恶的锁链,解开轭上的绳索,使被压迫的获得自由,折断所有的轭吗?

这样,你的光就必暴发如破晓,你的新肉就必迅速地生;你义气就必在你前头行进;永恒主的荣光就必做你的后卫了。

Then your light will break forth like the dawn, / And your recovery will speedily spring forth. / And your righteousness will go before you; / The glory of Jehovah will guard you from behind.

那时你求告,雅威必应允;你呼求,祂必说:“看哪,我在这里。”你若从你(们)中间除掉重轭、指摘人的指头,和发恶言的事,

אָ֤ז תִּקְרָא֙ וַיהוָ֣ה יַעֲנֶ֔ה תְּשַׁוַּ֖ע וְיֹאמַ֣ר הִנֵּ֑נִי אִם־תָּסִ֤יר מִתֹּֽוכְךָ֙ מֹוטָ֔ה שְׁלַ֥ח אֶצְבַּ֖עוְדַבֶּר־אָֽוֶן׃

Then you will call, and Jehovah will answer; / You will cry out, and He will say, Here I am. If you remove the yoke from your midst, / The pointing of the finger and the speaking of wickedness,

你若从心里向饥饿的人发怜悯,使困苦人的愿望得满足;你的光就必在黑暗中出现,你的幽暗必变如正午;

你心若向饥饿的人发怜悯,使困苦的人得满足,你的光就必在黑暗中发现,你的幽暗必变如正午。

你的心若顾念饥饿的人,使困苦的人得到饱足,你的光就必在黑暗中升起来,你的幽暗必如日中天。

你若把你的食粮施舍给饥饿的人,满足贫穷者的心灵;那么,你的光明要在黑暗中升起,你的幽暗将如中午。

וְתָפֵ֤ק לָֽרָעֵב֙ נַפְשֶׁ֔ךָ וְנֶ֥פֶשׁ נַעֲנָ֖ה תַּשְׂבִּ֑יעַ וְזָרַ֤ח בַּחֹ֨שֶׁךְ֙ אֹורֶ֔ךָ וַאֲפֵלָתְךָ֖ כַּֽצָּהֳרָֽיִם׃

And if you draw out your soul to the hungry / And satisfy the desires of the afflicted; / Then your light will rise in the darkness, / And your gloom will be like midday;

And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:

and thou proffer thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul: then shall thy light rise in the darkness, and thine obscurity be as midday;

And dost bring out to the hungry thy soul, And the afflicted soul dost satisfy, Then risen in the darkness hath thy light, And thy thick darkness is as noon.
I  
and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.

耶和华也必时常引导你,在干旱之时使你的心满足,使你的骨头强壮;你必像浇灌的园子,又像水流不绝的水泉。

耶和华也必时常引导你,在干旱之地,使你心满意足,骨头强壮。你必像浇灌的园子,又像水流不绝的泉源。

耶和华必常常引导你,在干旱之地使你的心灵饱足,使你的骨头坚强有力;你必像有水源浇灌的园子,又像水流不绝的泉源。

上主必要时常引领你,在干枯之地,使你心满意足,并使你的骨头坚强有力;你将成为一座灌溉的乐园,一个总不涸竭的水泉。

永恒主必不断地引导你,用美物使你的心满足,使你的骨头振奋;你必像浇透了的园子,像水之涌出源,总不令人失望。

雅威必时常引导你,在干旱之地使你心满意足,又使你身的骨头健壮。你必如浇灌的园囿,又像水流不绝的泉源。

וְנָחֲךָ֣ יְהוָה֮ תָּמִיד֒ וְהִשְׂבִּ֤יעַ בְּצַחְצָחֹות֙ נַפְשֶׁ֔ךָ וְעַצְמֹתֶ֖יךָ יַחֲלִ֑יץ וְהָיִ֨יתָ֙ כְּגַ֣ן רָוֶ֔ה וּכְמֹוצָ֣אמַ֔יִם אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־יְכַזְּב֖וּ מֵימָֽיו׃

And Jehovah will guide you continually, / And satisfy your soul in the dry times, / And strengthen your bones; / And you will be like a watered garden, / And like a spring of water, / Whose waters do not deceive.
