你要大声喊叫，不留余力；要扬起声来好像吹角，向我百姓说明他们的过犯，向雅各家说明他们的罪。

你要张开喉咙呼叫，不可停止；你要提高声音，像吹号角一样；你要向我子民宣告他们的过犯，向雅各家陈明他们的罪恶。

你大声呼喊，不要停止，提高你的喉咙，有如号筒，向我的百姓宣布他们的过犯，向雅各伯家指明他们的罪孽。

他们天天寻求我，乐意认识我的道路，好像行义的国民，未曾离弃他们神的典章。他们向我求问公义的判语，喜爱亲近神。

他们天天寻求我，乐意明白我的道，好像行义的国民，不离弃他们神的典章，向我求问公义的判语，喜悦亲近神。

他们天天寻求我，乐意明白我的道路，好像行义的国民，不离弃他们神的公理；他们向我求问公义的判语，又喜欢亲近神。

他们固然天天寻找我，喜欢认识我的道路，好似一个行义而没有背弃天主法令的民族，向我要求正义的措施，祈望天主与之接近：

他们天天寻求的乃是我！他们喜欢明白的是我的道路！他们好像行义之国的人！不离弃他们的上帝之典章的！他们向我求问公义的审判，他们喜欢亲近上帝呢！

他们天天寻求，(似乎)乐意明白我的道，好像行义的国家，并未离弃他神的典章；向我求问公义的判语，(似乎)喜悦亲近神。

וְאֹותִ֗י יֹ֥ום יֹום֙ יִדְרֹשׁ֔וּן וְדַ֥עַת דְּרָכַ֖י יֶחְפָּצ֑וּן כְּגֹ֞וי אֲשֶׁר־צְדָקָ֣ה עָשָׂ֗ה וּמִשְׁפַּ֤ט אֱלֹהָיו֙ לֹ֣אעָזָ֔ב יִשְׁאָל֨וּנִי֙ מִשְׁפְּטֵי־צֶ֔דֶק קִרְבַ֥ת אֱלֹהִ֖ים יֶחְפָּצֽוּן׃

Yet they seek Me day by day / And take delight in knowing My ways, / Like a nation that has done righteousness / And has not forsaken the ordinance of their God. / They ask Me for righteous judgments; / They take delight in approaching God.

Seeing -- Me day by day they seek, And the knowledge of My ways they desire, As a nation that righteousness hath done, And the judgment of its God hath not forsaken, They ask of me judgments of righteousness, The drawing near of God they desire:

For day after day they seek me out; they seem eager to know my ways, as if they were a nation that does what is right and has not forsaken the commands of its God. They ask me for just decisions and seem eager for God to come near them.

他们说，我们禁食，你为何不看见？我们刻苦己心，你为何不理会？看哪，你们禁食的日子，仍寻求自己喜爱的事，欺压为你们作苦工的人。

他们说：‘我们禁食，你为何不看见呢？我们刻苦己心，你为何不理会呢？’看哪，你们禁食的日子仍求利益，勒逼人为你们作苦工。

他们说：“为什么我们禁食，你不看呢？为什么我们刻苦己身，你不理会呢？”看哪！你们在禁食的日子，仍然追求自己喜欢作的事，欺压为你们作工的人。

“为什么我们守斋而你看不见，我们克苦而你不理会呢？”看哪！你们在守斋日仍然苦心经营，勒索你们所有的工人。

他们说：‘为什么我们禁食，而你不看呢？为什么我们刻苦自己，而你不理会呢？’嘿，你们禁食的日子、仍然追求所喜欢作的事！迳自压迫一切为你们作苦工的人！

(他们说：)我们禁食，你为何看不见呢？我们刻苦己心，你为何不理会呢？看哪，你们禁食的时候仍然追求私利，剥削为你们做苦工的人。

לָ֤מָּה צַּ֨מְנוּ֙ וְלֹ֣א רָאִ֔יתָ עִנִּ֥ינוּ נַפְשֵׁ֖נוּ וְלֹ֣א תֵדָ֑ע הֵ֣ן בְּיֹ֤ום צֹֽמְכֶם֙ תִּמְצְאוּ־חֵ֔פֶץ וְכָל־עַצְּבֵיכֶ֖םתִּנְגֹּֽשׂוּ׃

Why have we fasted, and yet You do not see? / Why have we afflicted our soul, and yet You do not acknowledge? / Indeed, on the day of your fast you find delight, / And oppress all your laborers.

Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.

你们禁食，却吵闹争竞，以凶恶的拳头打人；你们今日这样禁食，并不能使你们的声音听闻于上。

看哪！你们禁食，结果是吵闹和打架，用凶恶的拳头打人；你们不要像今天这样的禁食，使你们的声音可以听闻于天上。

看哪！你们一面守斋，一面争吵，打架，以恶拳打人；你们不必再如今天一样守斋了，免得你们的嘈杂在高处可以听到。

嘿，你们禁食、只为的是吵闹和争竞，拿凶恶的拳头打人呀！像你们今天这样的禁食并不能使你们的声音在高天得听到呀。

看哪，你们禁食，却起纷争与争竞，以凶恶的拳头打人。你们今日这样的禁食无法让你们的声音听闻于上。

הֵ֣ן לְרִ֤יב וּמַצָּה֙ תָּצ֔וּמוּ וּלְהַכֹּ֖ות בְּאֶגְרֹ֣ף רֶ֑שַׁע לֹא־תָצ֣וּמוּ כַיֹּ֔ום לְהַשְׁמִ֥יעַ בַּמָּרֹ֖ום קֹולְכֶֽם׃

Indeed, you fast for contention and strife, / And to strike with a fist of wickedness; / You do not fast, in the way you do today, / To make your voice heard on high.

Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.

Your fasting ends in quarreling and strife, and in striking each other with wicked fists. You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high.

这岂是我所拣选，使人在刻苦己心的日子，禁食的样子么？岂是叫人垂头像苇子，用麻布和炉灰当床铺么？你可以称这为禁食，为耶和华所悦纳的日子么？

这样禁食，岂是我所拣选使人刻苦己心的日子吗？岂是叫人垂头像苇子，用麻布和炉灰铺在他以下吗？你这可称为禁食为耶和华所悦纳的日子吗？

使人刻苦自己的日子，这样的禁食是我拣选的吗？难道只是叫人垂头像一根苇子，用麻布和炉灰铺在下面吗？你可以称这是禁食，为耶和华所悦纳的日子吗？

难道这就是我所中意的斋戒吗？难道这就是人们克己的日子吗？难道低头如同芦苇，以苦衣和灰尘铺床，你就称为斋戒，称为上主悦纳的日子吗？

我所选择、使人刻苦自己的日子难道是这样的禁食么？难道只是叫人垂头像灯心草，拿麻布和炉灰当床铺么？难道你要把这样叫做禁食，作为使永恒主悦纳的日子么？我所选择的真禁食岂不是以下这些行为：

像这样岂是我所要的禁食，…吗？我心所要的令人刻苦己心的日子．我难道只叫人如芦苇般低我的头，…吗？铺麻布和炉灰．你能称此为禁食，…吗？为雅威所悦纳的日子

הֲכָזֶ֗ה יִֽהְיֶה֙ צֹ֣ום אֶבְחָרֵ֔הוּ יֹ֛ום עַנֹּ֥ות אָדָ֖ם נַפְשֹׁ֑ו הֲלָכֹ֨ף כְּאַגְמֹ֜ן רֹאשֹׁ֗ו וְשַׂ֤ק וָאֵ֨פֶר֙ יַצִּ֔יעַהֲלָזֶה֙ תִּקְרָא־צֹ֔ום וְיֹ֥ום רָצֹ֖ון לַיהוָֽה׃

Is such the fast that I choose, / The day when a man afflicts his soul? / Is it for bowing his head like a rush / And for spreading out sackcloth and ashes as his bed? / Will you call this a fast, / And an acceptable day to Jehovah?

Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?

Is such the fast that I have chosen, a day for a man to afflict his soul, -- that he should bow down his head as a bulrush, and spread sackcloth and ashes [under him]? Wilt thou call this a fast, and a day acceptable to Jehovah?

Like this is the fast that I choose? The day of a man's afflicting his soul? To bow as a reed his head, And sackcloth and ashes spread out? This dost thou call a fast, And a desirable day -- to Jehovah?

Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for a man to humble himself? Is it only for bowing one's head like a reed and for lying on sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the Lord ?

我所拣选的禁食，岂不是要松开凶恶的绳，解下轭上的索，使被欺压的自由出去，并折断一切的轭么？

“我所拣选的禁食，不是要松开凶恶的绳，解下轭上的索，使被欺压的得自由，折断一切的轭吗？

我所拣选的禁食不是这样吗？不是要松开凶恶的锁链，解开轭上的绳索，使被压迫的获得自由，折断所有的轭吗？

我所中意的斋戒，岂不是要人解除不义的锁链，废除轭上的绳索，使受压迫者获得自由，折断所有的轭吗？

“岂不是打开凶恶的铐镣，解下轭上的绳索，使被压制的得自由，折断一切的轭么？

我所喜爱的禁食，岂不是这样，…吗？松开凶恶的绳，解下轭上的索，使被欺压的得自由，折断一切的轭

הֲלֹ֣וא זֶה֮ צֹ֣ום אֶבְחָרֵהוּ֒ פַּתֵּ֨חַ֙ חַרְצֻבֹּ֣ות רֶ֔שַׁע הַתֵּ֖ר אֲגֻדֹּ֣ות מֹוטָ֑ה וְשַׁלַּ֤ח רְצוּצִים֙ חָפְשִׁ֔יםוְכָל־מֹוטָ֖ה תְּנַתֵּֽקוּ׃

Is this not the fast that I choose, / To loosen the bonds of wickedness, / To undo the bands of the yoke, / And to let the oppressed go free, / And to break every yoke?

Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?

岂不是要把你的饼分给饥饿的人，将飘流的穷人接到你家中；见赤身的，给他衣服遮体；顾恤自己的骨肉而不掩藏么？

不是要把你的食物分给饥饿的人，把流浪的穷困人接到你的家里，见到赤身露体的，给他衣服蔽体，不可逃避自己的骨肉而不顾恤吗？

岂不是要人将食粮分给饥饿的人，将无地容身的贫穷人领到自己的屋里，见到赤身露体的人给他衣穿，不要避开你的骨肉吗？

岂不是把你的食物分给饥饿的人，将流浪的贫困人带到你家中，见赤身的裸体的、给他衣服遮身，而不躲藏避开你骨肉之亲么？

岂不是要将你的食物分给饥饿的人，…吗？将流浪的困苦人接到家中，见赤身的给他衣服遮体，顾惜自己的骨肉而非避不见面

הֲלֹ֨וא פָרֹ֤ס לָֽרָעֵב֙ לַחְמֶ֔ךָ וַעֲנִיִּ֥ים מְרוּדִ֖ים תָּ֣בִיא בָ֑יִת כִּֽי־תִרְאֶ֤ה עָרֹם֙ וְכִסִּיתֹ֔ו וּמִבְּשָׂרְךָ֖לֹ֥א תִתְעַלָּֽם׃

Is it not to divide your bread to the hungry, / And to bring the wandering poor home; / When you see the naked, to cover him, / And not to hide yourself from your own flesh?

Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

这样，你的光就必突然发出如晨光，你所得的医治要速速发生。你的公义必在你前面行；耶和华的荣耀必作你的后盾。

这样，你的光就必发现如早晨的光，你所得的医治要速速发明。你的公义必在你前面行；耶和华的荣光必作你的后盾。

这样，你的光就必突然发出，像黎明的曙光，你的伤口就必快快复原；你的公义就必行在你的前面，耶和华的荣耀要作你的后盾。

若这样，你的光明将要射出，有如黎明，你的伤口将会迅速地复原；你的救援要走在你前面，上主的光荣要作你的后盾。

这样，你的光就必暴发如破晓，你的新肉就必迅速地生；你义气就必在你前头行进；永恒主的荣光就必做你的后卫了。

这样，你的光必如黎明的曙光绽出，你所得的医治要速速临到；你的公义在你前面行，雅威的荣光必作你的后盾。

אָ֣ז יִבָּקַ֤ע כַּשַּׁ֨חַר֙ אֹורֶ֔ךָ וַאֲרֻכָתְךָ֖ מְהֵרָ֣ה תִצְמָ֑ח וְהָלַ֤ךְ לְפָנֶ֨יךָ֙ צִדְקֶ֔ךָ כְּבֹ֥וד יְהוָ֖ה יַאַסְפֶֽךָ׃

Then your light will break forth like the dawn, / And your recovery will speedily spring forth. / And your righteousness will go before you; / The glory of Jehovah will guard you from behind.

Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.

Then shall thy light break forth as the dawn, and thy health shall spring forth speedily; and thy righteousness shall go before thee, the glory of Jehovah shall be thy rearguard.

Then broken up as the dawn is thy light, And thy health in haste springeth up, Gone before thee hath thy righteousness, The honour of Jehovah doth gather thee.

Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.

那时你呼求，耶和华必应允；你呼救，祂必说，我在这里。你若从你中间除掉重轭和指摘人的指头并发恶言的事；

那时你求告，耶和华必应允；你呼求，他必说：我在这里。“你若从你中间除掉重轭和指摘人的指头，并发恶言的事，

那时，你求告，耶和华必应允；你呼求，他必说：“我在这里！”你若从你中间除掉欺压人的轭，除去指责人的指头和恶毒的言语，

那时，你如呼喊，上主必要俯允；你若哀求，他必答说：“我在这里！”你若由你中间消除欺压，指手画脚的行为和虚伪的言谈，

那时你呼求，永恒主就必应你；你喊救，他就必说：‘啊，我在这里！’“你若从你中间除掉压制人的轭，除掉手指头的指骂人和奸恶的讲话；

那时你求告，雅威必应允；你呼求，祂必说：“看哪，我在这里。”你若从你(们)中间除掉重轭、指摘人的指头，和发恶言的事，

אָ֤ז תִּקְרָא֙ וַיהוָ֣ה יַעֲנֶ֔ה תְּשַׁוַּ֖ע וְיֹאמַ֣ר הִנֵּ֑נִי אִם־תָּסִ֤יר מִתֹּֽוכְךָ֙ מֹוטָ֔ה שְׁלַ֥ח אֶצְבַּ֖עוְדַבֶּר־אָֽוֶן׃

Then you will call, and Jehovah will answer; / You will cry out, and He will say, Here I am. If you remove the yoke from your midst, / The pointing of the finger and the speaking of wickedness,

Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;

Then shalt thou call, and Jehovah will answer; thou shalt cry, and he will say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger and the unjust speech,

Then thou callest, and Jehovah answereth, Thou criest, and He saith, 'Behold Me.' If thou turn aside from thy midst the yoke, The sending forth of the finger, And the speaking of vanity,

Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I. "If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk,

你若从心里向饥饿的人发怜悯，使困苦人的愿望得满足；你的光就必在黑暗中出现，你的幽暗必变如正午；

你心若向饥饿的人发怜悯，使困苦的人得满足，你的光就必在黑暗中发现，你的幽暗必变如正午。

你的心若顾念饥饿的人，使困苦的人得到饱足，你的光就必在黑暗中升起来，你的幽暗必如日中天。

你若把你的食粮施舍给饥饿的人，满足贫穷者的心灵；那么，你的光明要在黑暗中升起，你的幽暗将如中午。

你若将你的食物（传统：你本身）拿出来供应饥饿的人，使困苦的人得到满足，那你的光就必在黑暗中升现起来，你的幽暗就必变像中午。

你若向饥饿的人施怜悯，使困苦的人得饱足，你的光就必在黑暗中绽出，你的幽暗变如正午。

וְתָפֵ֤ק לָֽרָעֵב֙ נַפְשֶׁ֔ךָ וְנֶ֥פֶשׁ נַעֲנָ֖ה תַּשְׂבִּ֑יעַ וְזָרַ֤ח בַּחֹ֨שֶׁךְ֙ אֹורֶ֔ךָ וַאֲפֵלָתְךָ֖ כַּֽצָּהֳרָֽיִם׃

And if you draw out your soul to the hungry / And satisfy the desires of the afflicted; / Then your light will rise in the darkness, / And your gloom will be like midday;

And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:

and thou proffer thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul: then shall thy light rise in the darkness, and thine obscurity be as midday;

And dost bring out to the hungry thy soul, And the afflicted soul dost satisfy, Then risen in the darkness hath thy light, And thy thick darkness is as noon.

and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.

耶和华也必时常引导你，在干旱之时使你的心满足，使你的骨头强壮；你必像浇灌的园子，又像水流不绝的水泉。

上主必要时常引领你，在干枯之地，使你心满意足，并使你的骨头坚强有力；你将成为一座灌溉的乐园，一个总不涸竭的水泉。

永恒主必不断地引导你，用美物使你的心满足，使你的骨头振奋；你必像浇透了的园子，像水之涌出源，总不令人失望。

雅威必时常引导你，在干旱之地使你心满意足，又使你身的骨头健壮。你必如浇灌的园囿，又像水流不绝的泉源。

וְנָחֲךָ֣ יְהוָה֮ תָּמִיד֒ וְהִשְׂבִּ֤יעַ בְּצַחְצָחֹות֙ נַפְשֶׁ֔ךָ וְעַצְמֹתֶ֖יךָ יַחֲלִ֑יץ וְהָיִ֨יתָ֙ כְּגַ֣ן רָוֶ֔ה וּכְמֹוצָ֣אמַ֔יִם אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־יְכַזְּב֖וּ מֵימָֽיו׃

And Jehovah will guide you continually, / And satisfy your soul in the dry times, / And strengthen your bones; / And you will be like a watered garden, / And like a spring of water, / Whose waters do not deceive.

And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

and Jehovah will guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and strengthen thy bones; and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a water-spring, whose waters deceive not.

And Jehovah doth lead thee continually, And hath satisfied in drought thy soul, And thy bones He armeth, And thou hast been as a watered garden, And as an outlet of waters, whose waters lie not.

The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

那些出于你的人，必修造古久的荒场；你要建立累代的根基；你必称为修补破口的，和重修路径给人居住的。

那些出于你的人，必修造久已荒废之处。你要建立拆毁累代的根基，你必称为补破口的，和重修路径与人居住的。”

你的子孙必重建久已荒废之处，你必重建历代拆毁了的根基；你要称为修补破口的人，重修路径给人居住的人。

你的后裔将重建往日的废址，你要竖起那久远的基础，人要称你为：“缺口的修补者”，“废墟的兴建者”，为叫人居住。

你那些久已颓废的荒场就必被重建（传统：他们必重建）；你必建立起代代拆毁的根基；你必称为修补城墙破口者，重修毁宅（传统：路径）给人居住者。

你(们)中间必有人起来修造久已荒废之处，你要立起代代相承的根基。你必称为补破口的，修路径给人居住的人。

וּבָנ֤וּ מִמְּךָ֙ חָרְבֹ֣ות עֹולָ֔ם מֹוסְדֵ֥י דֹור־וָדֹ֖ור תְּקֹומֵ֑ם וְקֹרָ֤א לְךָ֙ גֹּדֵ֣ר פֶּ֔רֶץ מְשֹׁבֵ֥ב נְתִיבֹ֖ותלָשָֽׁבֶת׃

And those who are of you will rebuild the ancient ruins; / You will raise up the foundations of generation upon generation; / And you will be called the repairer of the breach, / The restorer of the paths in which to dwell.

And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

And they [that come] of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations [that have remained] from generation to generation; and thou shalt be called, Repairer of the breaches, restorer of frequented paths.

And they have built out of thee the wastes of old, The foundations of many generations thou raisest up, And one calleth thee, 'Repairer of the breach, Restorer of paths to rest in.'

Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.

你若在安息日掉转你的脚步，在我的圣日不作自己喜爱的事，称安息日为可喜乐的，称那归耶和华为圣之日为可尊重的，并且尊重这日，不行自己的路，不寻求自己的喜乐，也不说闲话；

“你若在安息日掉转（或作“谨慎”）你的脚步，在我圣日不以操作为喜乐，称安息日为可喜乐的，称耶和华的圣日为可尊重的，而且尊敬这日，不办自己的私事，不随自己的私意，不说自己的私话，

“因安息日的缘故，你若转离你的脚步；在我的圣日不作你喜欢作的；你若称安息日为可喜乐的，称耶和华的圣日为可尊重的；你若尊重这日，不作自己的事，不寻求自己所喜悦的，或不说无谓的话，

假使你在安息日限止你的脚步，在我的圣日停止你的营业，称安息日为喜乐，为上主可敬的圣日；假使你尊崇圣日，而不去旅行，不苦心经营或谈论生意，

“你若从安息日掉转你的脚步，在我的圣日不作你自己喜欢作的事，只称安息日为有乐乐，称永恒主之圣日为可尊重，而你若尊重它（或译：他），不行你自己的路，不寻求你自己喜欢作的事，不说你的废话，

你若禁止自己的脚践踏安息日，不在我的圣日做自己喜欢的事，称安息日为“喜乐之日”，称雅威的圣日为“尊贵之辰”；尊敬这日，不随己意而行，不求自己的喜悦，也不任意说话，

אִם־תָּשִׁ֤יב מִשַּׁבָּת֙ רַגְלֶ֔ךָ עֲשֹׂ֥ות חֲפָצֶ֖יךָ בְּיֹ֣ום קָדְשִׁ֑י וְקָרָ֨אתָ לַשַּׁבָּ֜ת עֹ֗נֶג לִקְדֹ֤ושׁ יְהוָה֙מְכֻבָּ֔ד וְכִבַּדְתֹּו֙ מֵעֲשֹׂ֣ות דְּרָכֶ֔יךָ מִמְּצֹ֥וא חֶפְצְךָ֖ וְדַבֵּ֥ר דָּבָֽר׃

If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath, / From doing whatever you please on My holy day, / And call the Sabbath a delight, / That which is holy to Jehovah honorable, / And honor it, not doing your own ways, / Nor finding your own pleasure and speaking idle words;

If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

If thou turn back thy foot from the sabbath, [from] doing thy pleasure on my holy day, and call the sabbath a delight, the holy [day] of Jehovah, honourable; and thou honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking [idle] words;

If thou dost turn from the sabbath thy foot, Doing thine own pleasure on My holy day, And hast cried to the sabbath, 'A delight,' To the holy of Jehovah, 'Honoured,' And hast honoured it, without doing thine own ways, Without finding thine own pleasure, And speaking a word.

If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord 's holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words,

你就以耶和华为乐；我要使你乘驾地的高处，又以你祖雅各的产业喂养你；这是耶和华亲口说的。

你就以耶和华为乐。耶和华要使你乘驾地的高处，又以你祖雅各的产业养育你。”这是耶和华亲口说的。

你就必以耶和华为乐，我要使你乘驾地的高处，用你祖雅各的产业喂养你。”这是耶和华亲口说的。

那时你将喜乐于上主。我要使你驾临地之高处，使你享受你祖先雅各伯的产业：这是上主亲口说的。

那么，你就必以永恒主为有乐趣；永恒主就必使你乘驾地之山丘；将你祖雅各的产业喂养你了：这是永恒主亲口说的。”

至终，你就会以雅威(所喜悦的)为乐；雅威要使你乘驾地的高处，又要以你祖雅各的产业养育你。这是雅威亲口说的。

אָ֗ז תִּתְעַנַּג֙ עַל־יְהוָ֔ה וְהִרְכַּבְתִּ֖יךָ עַל־בָּמֹותֵי אָ֑רֶץ וְהַאֲכַלְתִּ֗יךָ נַחֲלַת֙ יַעֲקֹ֣ב אָבִ֔יךָ כִּ֛י פִּ֥ייְהוָ֖ה דִּבֵּֽר׃ ס

Then you will have delight in Jehovah; / And I will cause you to ride upon the heights of the earth, / And I will feed you with the inheritance of Jacob your father; / For the mouth of Jehovah has spoken.

Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

then shalt thou delight thyself in Jehovah, and I will cause thee to ride on the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of Jehovah hath spoken.

Then dost thou delight thyself on Jehovah, And I have caused thee to ride on high places of earth, And have caused thee to eat the inheritance of Jacob thy father, For the mouth of Jehovah hath spoken!

then you will find your joy in the Lord , and I will cause you to ride on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob." The mouth of the Lord has spoken.
