耶和华的手臂并非缩短不能拯救；祂的耳朵并非发沉不能听见。

הֵ֛ן לֹֽא־קָצְרָ֥ה יַד־יְהוָ֖ה מֵֽהֹושִׁ֑יעַ וְלֹא־כָבְדָ֥ה אָזְנֹ֖ו מִשְּׁמֹֽועַ׃

No, Jehovah's hand is not so short that it cannot save; / Nor is His ear so heavy that it cannot hear.

真实少见，离开恶事的人反成掠物。耶和华看见没有公平，祂眼中以此为恶。

诚实少见，离恶的人反成掠物。那时，耶和华看见没有公平，甚不喜悦。

诚实缺乏，远离恶事的人反成为掠物。耶和华看见了，就看这为恶事，因为一点公平也没有。

真诚消逝了，避恶的人已荡然无存。上主见了，实在不悦，因为一点正直也没有了；

‘真实’已不存在；离开坏事的人反而成为被掠物。永恒主看见了；他见没有公平，很不喜悦。

诚实少见，转离邪恶的人反成掠物。那时，雅威看见…就不喜悦。没有公平，

וַתְּהִ֤י הָֽאֱמֶת֙ נֶעְדֶּ֔רֶת וְסָ֥ר מֵרָ֖ע מִשְׁתֹּולֵ֑ל וַיַּ֧רְא יְהוָ֛ה וַיֵּ֥רַע בְּעֵינָ֖יו כִּֽי־אֵ֥ין מִשְׁפָּֽט׃

And truth is lacking, / And he who turns from evil becomes plunder. And Jehovah saw it, and it was evil in His sight / That there was no justice.

Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice.

祂见没有一人，祂诧异无人代求；就用自己的膀臂施行拯救，以公义扶持自己。

他见无人拯救，无人代求，甚为诧异，就用自己的膀臂施行拯救，以公义扶持自己。

他见无人行善，无人代求，就非常诧异，所以他用自己的膀臂为他施行拯救，以自己的公义扶持他。

他看不见一个人，他诧异连一个调停者也没有了，遂以自己的手臂来施救，以自己的正义来扶持。

他见没有一个人，没有一个插进解救的，就很诧异，他自己的膀臂就给他施拯救，他自己的义气就扶持他。

他见无人，竟无一人代求，甚为诧异，他的膀臂就拯救他，他的公义扶持他。

וַיַּרְא֙ כִּֽי־אֵ֣ין אִ֔ישׁ וַיִּשְׁתֹּומֵ֖ם כִּ֣י אֵ֣ין מַפְגִּ֑יעַ וַתֹּ֤ושַֽׁע לֹו֙ זְרֹעֹ֔ו וְצִדְקָתֹ֖ו הִ֥יא סְמָכָֽתְהוּ׃

And He saw that there was no man, / And He was appalled that there was no intercessor. / Therefore His arm accomplished salvation for Him, / And His righteousness sustained Him.

祂穿上公义如胸甲，头戴救恩的头盔，又穿上报仇为衣服，披上热心如外袍。

他以公义为铠甲（或作“护心镜”），以拯救为头盔，以报仇为衣服，以热心为外袍。

他穿上公义的铠甲，戴上救恩的头盔，穿上复仇的衣服，披上热心作外袍。

他身穿正义作铠甲，头戴救恩作钢盔，身佩复仇作衣服，外披妒恨作外氅。

他穿着义气为铠甲，将拯救的头盔戴在头上；他穿着替人伸冤的衣裳为服装，披着热心为外袍。

他穿上公义如穿军装，戴上救恩的头盔在头上，穿上惩戒之衣为外衣，覆盖热心如覆外袍。

וַיִּלְבַּ֤שׁ צְדָקָה֙ כַּשִּׁרְיָ֔ן וְכֹ֥ובַע יְשׁוּעָ֖ה בְּרֹאשֹׁ֑ו וַיִּלְבַּ֞שׁ בִּגְדֵ֤י נָקָם֙ תִּלְבֹּ֔שֶׁת וַיַּ֥עַט כַּמְעִ֖ילקִנְאָֽה׃

Thus He put on righteousness as a breastplate, / And a helmet of salvation upon His head; / And He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing / And wrapped Himself with zeal as a mantle.

祂必按人的行为施报，将恼怒加给祂的敌人，将报应加给祂的仇敌，向众海岛施行报应。

他必按人的行为施报，恼怒他的敌人，报复他的仇敌，向众海岛施行报应。

他要按照各人的行为施行报应，把烈怒降与他的敌人，把报应加给他的仇敌，向众海岛的人施行报应。

他要按照各人的行为施行报复，向他的敌人发怒，向他的仇人复仇（也向群岛施行报应。）

他现在就要按人的行为而施报应，将烈怒加于他的敌人，将报罚加于他的仇敌，向沿海地带施行报应。

祂必按人的行为报应，恼怒他的敌人，报复祂的仇敌，向众海岛施行报应。

כְּעַ֤ל גְּמֻלֹות֙ כְּעַ֣ל יְשַׁלֵּ֔ם חֵמָ֣ה לְצָרָ֔יו גְּמ֖וּל לְאֹֽיְבָ֑יו לָאִיִּ֖ים גְּמ֥וּל יְשַׁלֵּֽם׃

According to their dealings, so will He repay: / Wrath to His adversaries, recompense to His enemies; / To the coastlands He will repay with recompense.

According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.

According to deeds, so will he repay: fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.

According to deeds -- so He repayeth. Fury to His adversaries, their deed to His enemies, To the isles their deed He repayeth.

According to what they have done, so will he repay wrath to his enemies and retribution to his foes; he will repay the islands their due.

如此，人从日落之处，必敬畏耶和华的名，从日出之地，也必敬畏祂的荣耀；敌人好像河水冲来时，耶和华的灵必高举旌旗抵挡他。

如此，人从日落之处必敬畏耶和华的名；从日出之地，也必敬畏他的荣耀。因为仇敌好像急流的河水冲来，是耶和华之气所驱逐的。

这样，人从日落之处必敬畏耶和华的名，从日出之地也必敬畏他的荣耀，仇敌像河水冲来的时候，耶和华的气必向他催逼。

西方的人要看见上主的名号，东方的人要看见他的荣耀，因为他要来临，好似被强烈的风催促的急流。

这样、从日落之处人就必敬畏永恒主的名，从日出之地人就必看见（同音：敬畏）他的荣耀；因为他必像狭急的河流冲来，永恒主的气直催迫着。

在日落之处，人必敬畏雅威的名；在日出之地，人必敬畏他的荣耀。因为他如湍急的河流冲来，雅威的灵催逼他。

וְיִֽירְא֤וּ מִֽמַּעֲרָב֙ אֶת־שֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֔ה וּמִמִּזְרַח־שֶׁ֖מֶשׁ אֶת־כְּבֹודֹ֑ו כִּֽי־יָבֹ֤וא כַנָּהָר֙ צָ֔ר ר֥וּחַ יְהוָ֖הנֹ֥סְסָה בֹֽו׃

So they will fear the name of Jehovah from the west, / And His glory from the rising of the sun; / When the adversary comes like a flood, / The Spirit of Jehovah will lift up a standard against him.

So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

And they shall fear the name of Jehovah from the west, and from the rising of the sun, his glory. When the adversary shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of Jehovah will lift up a banner against him.

And they fear from the west the name of Jehovah, And from the rising of the sun -- His honour, When come in as a flood doth an adversary, The Spirit of Jehovah hath raised an ensign against him.

From the west, men will fear the name of the Lord , and from the rising of the sun, they will revere his glory. For he will come like a pent-up flood that the breath of the Lord drives along.

必有一位救赎主来到锡安，来到雅各家中转离过犯的人那里；这是耶和华说的。

必有一位救赎主来到锡安、雅各族中转离过犯的人那里，这是耶和华说的。

“必有一位救赎主来到锡安，来到雅各家中那些转离过犯的人那里。”这是耶和华说的。

拯救者必要临于熙雍，临于雅各伯家中的弃邪归依者：上主的断语。

“必有一位赎回主来到锡安，来找雅各族中转离过犯的人：这是永恒主发神谕说的。

必有一位救赎主来到锡安，到雅各族中离弃过犯的人那里。这是雅威说的。

וּבָ֤א לְצִיֹּון֙ גֹּואֵ֔ל וּלְשָׁבֵ֥י פֶ֖שַׁע בְּיַֽעֲקֹ֑ב נְאֻ֖ם יְהוָֽה׃

And a Redeemer will come to Zion, / And unto those who turn from transgression in Jacob, / Declares Jehovah.

And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.

And the Redeemer will come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith Jehovah.

And come to Zion hath a redeemer, Even to captives of transgression in Jacob, An affirmation of Jehovah.

The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins, declares the Lord .

耶和华说，至于我，我与他们所立的约乃是这样：我加在你身上的灵，放在你口中的话，必不离你的口，也不离你后裔与你后裔之后裔的口，从今时直到永远；这是耶和华说的。

耶和华说：“至于我与他们所立的约乃是这样：我加给你的灵，传给你的话，必不离你的口，也不离你后裔与你后裔之后裔的口，从今直到永远。这是耶和华说的。”

耶和华说：“至于我，我与他们所立的约是这样：我加在你们身上的灵和我放在你口里的话，必不离开你的口，不离开你后裔的口，也不离开你后裔的后裔的口，从现在直到永远；这是耶和华说的。”

至于我──上主说──这是我与他们所立的盟约：我在你身上所赋的神，我在你口中所放的话，总不离开你的口和你子孙的口，以及你子子孙孙的口，上主说，从现今直到永远。

“至于我呢、永恒主说，以下这个就是我跟他们立的约：我的灵、那加于你身上的、我的话、那放在你口中的、不离开你的口，不离开你后裔的口，也不离开你后裔之后裔的口，从今时直到永远：这是永恒主说的。”

雅威说：这就是我与他们所立的约：在你身上我的灵．和我放在你口中我的话语，必不离你的口，也不离你后裔与你后裔之后裔的口，从今直到永远；这是雅威说的。

וַאֲנִ֗י זֹ֣את בְּרִיתִ֤י אֹותָם֙ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה רוּחִי֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָלֶ֔יךָ וּדְבָרַ֖י אֲשֶׁר־שַׂ֣מְתִּי בְּפִ֑יךָלֹֽא־יָמ֡וּשׁוּ מִפִּיךָ֩ וּמִפִּ֨י זַרְעֲךָ֜ וּמִפִּ֨י זֶ֤רַע זַרְעֲךָ֙ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה מֵעַתָּ֖ה וְעַד־עֹולָֽם׃ ס

And as for Me, this is My covenant with them, says Jehovah: My Spirit which is upon you and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your seed, nor from the mouth of your seed's seed, says Jehovah, from now and forever.

As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.

As for me, this is my covenant with them, says the Lord . "My Spirit, who is on you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever," says the Lord .
