大卫的训诲诗，交给诗班长，用丝弦的乐器伴奏，是在西弗人去对扫罗说：“大卫不是在我们中间躲藏吗？”以后作的。（本篇细字标题在《马索拉抄本》为54:1~2）神啊！求你因你的名拯救我，求你以你的大能为我伸冤。

达味训诲歌，交与乐官，和以絃乐。

上帝啊，用你的名拯救我，凭你的大能证显我得胜哦。

(原文54:1)大卫作的训诲诗，交给诗班指挥，用丝弦的乐器；(原文54:2)是在西弗人来对扫罗说：“大卫岂不是躲藏在我们那里吗？”那时所作。(原文54:3)神啊，求你因你的名救我，凭你的大能为我伸冤。

לַמְנַצֵּ֥חַ בִּנְגִינֹ֗ת מַשְׂכִּ֥יל לְדָוִֽד׃

(To the choir director: on the stringed instruments. A Maschil of David, when the Ziphites came and said to Saul, David is indeed hiding among us!) O God, save me by Your name, / And execute judgment for me by Your might.

(To the chief Musician on Neginoth, Maschil, A Psalm of David, when the Ziphims came and said to Saul, Doth not David hide himself with us?) Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength.

{To the chief Musician. On stringed instruments: an instruction. Of David; when the Ziphites came, and said to Saul, Is not David hiding himself with us?} O God, by thy name save me, and by thy strength do me justice.

To the Overseer with stringed instruments. -- An instruction, by David, in the coming in of the Ziphim, and they say to Saul, 'Is not David hiding himself with us?' O God, by Thy name save me, and by Thy might judge me.

Save me, O God, by your name; vindicate me by your might.

神啊，求你听我的祷告，侧耳听我口中的言语。

因为外人起来攻击我，强暴人寻索我的命；他们不把神摆在眼里。〔细拉〕

For strangers have risen up against me, / And those who terrorize seek my life; / They do not set God before them. Selah

For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.

看哪，神是帮助我的，主是扶持我命的。

Behold, God is my Helper; / The Lord is among those who sustain my soul.

祂要报应那些埋伏等候我之人的恶。求你凭你的信实灭绝他们。

他要报应我仇敌所行的恶，求你凭你的诚实灭绝他们。

愿灾祸报应在我仇敌的身上；愿你因你的信实消灭他们。

因为傲慢的人们起来向我进攻，蛮横的人想谋害我的生命，他们没有把天主放在眼中。（休止）

愿灾祸回归于那窥伺我的；愿你凭你的忠信剿灭他们。

(原文54:7)祂要报应我仇敌所行的恶；求你凭你的信实灭绝他们。

כִּ֤י זָרִ֨ים׀ קָ֤מוּ עָלַ֗י וְֽ֭עָרִיצִים בִּקְשׁ֣וּ נַפְשִׁ֑י לֹ֤א שָׂ֨מוּ אֱלֹהִ֖ים לְנֶגְדָּ֣ם סֶֽלָה׃

He will return the evil to those who lie in wait for me. / Annihilate them in Your faithfulness.

He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.

He will requite evil to mine enemies: in thy truth cut them off.

Turn back doth the evil thing to mine enemies, In Thy truth cut them off.

Let evil recoil on those who slander me; in your faithfulness destroy them.

我要把甘心祭献给你；耶和华啊，我要赞美你的名，这名本为美好。

I will offer a freewill offering to You; / I will praise Your name, O Jehovah, for it is good.

I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.

With a free will-offering I sacrifice to Thee, I thank Thy name, O Jehovah, for it is good,

祂从一切的急难中，把我救出来；我的眼睛也看见了我仇敌遭报。

求你使灾祸报应在我的仇仇身上，求你凭你的忠诚将他们消除灭亡。

For He has delivered me from all distress, / And my eye looks triumphantly upon my enemies.

For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.

For he hath delivered me out of all trouble; and mine eye hath seen [its desire] upon mine enemies.

For, from all adversity He delivered me, And on mine enemies hath mine eye looked!

For he has delivered me from all my troubles, and my eyes have looked in triumph on my foes.

我要自愿地向你奉上祭献，上主，我要对你的美名称赞。

בִּנְדָבָ֥ה אֶזְבְּחָה־לָּ֑ךְ אֹ֤ודֶה שִּׁמְךָ֖ יְהוָ֣ה כִּי־טֹֽוב׃

因为你救我脱离了一切灾难，使我亲眼看见我的仇敌溃散。

כִּ֣י מִכָּל־צָ֭רָה הִצִּילָ֑נִי וּ֝בְאֹיְבַ֗י רָאֲתָ֥ה עֵינִֽי׃
